Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that is often associated with modern lifestyle habits such as smoking. The content of toxins in cigarettes can cause blood circulation disorders in the legs which can be measured through examination of the value of the ankle brachial pressure index. This comparative descriptive study aims to identify differences in anklebrachial pressure index values in smokers and non-smokers of diabetes mellitus patients. The sampling technique is in the form of purposive sampling involving 100 respondents to type 2 diabetes mellitus. The results of data analysis with the paired t test obtained a p-value value of 0.0001 > 0.05 there was an effect of giving tai chi movement on the value of ABI in smoker respondents, and obtained a p value of 0.01 > 0.05 there was an influence of giving tai chi movements on the value of ABI in non-smoker respondents. The conclusions of this study show that there are differences in the value of the ankle brachial pressure index in smokers and non-smokers of diabetes mellitus patients after being given tai chi. To prevent the occurrence of complications of diabetes mellitus, it is hoped that you will maintain a good lifestyle such as not smoking, maintaining a diet, and exercising regularly.

Abstract

The problem of the high number of MMR and IMR in Indonesia is that there are still many prolonged labor which is one of the several causes of maternal and newborn mortality. One of the therapies that can be done to prevent this is the use of Birth balls. Birth balls can prevent maternal fatigue caused by long duration of labor. The purpose of this articel was to provide an overview of the effect of birth ball exercises on the progress of the first stage of labor. This research used the Literature Review method. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique by selecting articles with appropriate topics. The results of the study through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility and include, found that there was an effect of giving birth ball exercises therapy in accelerating the progress of labor in maternity mothers. This is because the birth ball exercise is able to relieve pressure and increase the area of the pelvis, encourage the baby's head to descend, help uterine contractions more effectively, accelerate cervical dilation, and help to relax the ligaments in the pelvis.

A sample of 40 pregnant women with anemia in the second trimester in Primary Services in Tangerang City, Banten Province. Consisting of 20 pregnant women in the experimental group and 20 people in the control group. Anemia and nutrition education is given to pregnant women individually at the first visit for ANC and follow-up education via WA/SMS every week for 4 weeks and during ANC visits primary data is collected using a semi-structured questionnaire for interviews and hemoglobin levels are also checked. at the start of the ANC visit and 4 weeks later. Data were collected after 4 weeks for anemia and nutrition education intervention and data were analyzed using T test, Wilcoxon test, Mann Whitney test. Active collaboration support between medical personnel and pregnant women through online media Whatsapp/SMS reminder. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the factors of delay in BPJS claims for inpatients at the Yukum Medical Center Hospital. The type of research in this study using qualitative research using a qualitative approach is expected to produce a basic model in providing the most appropriate recommendations in solving the problem of the timeliness of submitting BPJS claims at the Yukum Medical Center hospital. This subject is the accuracy of BPJS claims. The object of this research is the Yukum Medical Center casemix team. The results of the analysis conclude that the claim procedure already has an SPO/regulation that regulates the procedure for submitting a BPJS claim but has not run according to the SPO/regulation. The delay in BPJS claims in 2021 is around 80%. delays in BPJS claims as a result of the lack of quality of the casemix team's human resources and inaccurate and incomplete medical resumes. Factors causing delays in BPJS claims from aspects of Man, Method, Machine, Material, and Money. Expected recommendations so that recommendations/solutions are proposed again. The claim procedure is in accordance with the implementation flow, but the SPO/regulation has not been running well. BPJS RS claim. Yukum Medical Center 80% of 2021 claims are late. Factors causing delays in BPJS claims there is no evaluation of the competency of the casemix team (man), late and incomplete medical resumes (material), lack of printers when there is an increase in the number of patients (mechine), lack of budget for HR training (money). The BPJS claim recommendations at the Yukum Medical Center Hospital have been running but the results of the implementation have not been in line with expectations, so recommendations are needed.

Abstract

Economic development's primary goal is to make the community prosperous. EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and Proquest databases are used for both international and domestic literature searches. In the initial rounds of looking for journal articles, we discovered 25 papers between 20 and 22 using the keywords "health services," "BPJS," and "health professionals." Only roughly 10 of them are thought to be important. Only eight products, two of low quality, and five of medium quality satisfied all requirements. Increased health behavior among BPJS members is a result of the interaction between the structure and function of social agents in administering the health service system. Participants in BPJS Kesehatan in Wonogiri shown notable cooperation with hospitals and Puskesmas.

Abstract

The number of delays in the cause of inpatient medical records in Indonesia is still high, in the range of 45.45% - 100%. Where the highest delay in return is caused by incompleteness in filling out the medical resume, this can potentially cause losses to the hospital due to delayed claim collection. This study aims to analyze the causes of the problem to develop an inpatient medical record control system model using the waterfall model method, including Requirements, Analysis, and Design at Aqidah Hospital, Tangerang City. This case study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Observation and Document Review of inpatient medical records for October – December 2021. The results showed that the delay in returning inpatient medical records in 2019 was 185 out of 280 (66.10%). In 2020 as many as 280 out of 410 (68.29%), and in 2021 as many as 228 out of 320 (71.25%). ) thus, the highest percentage of delays in returning inpatient medical records will occur in 2021. While the writing of the primary diagnosis only reached the percentage of 1.25%, and the secondary diagnosis only reached 0.93%. For this reason, the researcher proposes a solution to the problem of delaying the return of medical records at Aqidah Hospital to develop a medical record control system model to improve the medical record management process.
