Abstract

The hospital, there is no denying the possibility of unwanted or unexpected negative impacts in work activities, one of which is in the medical records work unit. The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of risk management in the medical records work unit in terms of the National Hospital Accreditation Standards. The research method used was a Systematic Literature Review with a search strategy using Google Scholar results criteria with the keywords "Risk management of medical records work units OR Risk management of medical records work units based on SNARS". The research results were obtained from an in-depth analysis of 6 journal articles, there was a link between the journal articles reviewed and the implementation of risk management in the medical records work unit in terms of the National Hospital Accreditation Standards where the problems found on average occurred in MIRM 12 Standards related to the determination of diagnosis code standards , procedure/action codes, symbols, abbreviations and their meanings, MIRM Standard 13 relating to the provision of medical records for each patient in hospitals, MIRM Standard 13.2 relating to hospital regulations which identify those who have the right to fill in patient medical records and determine the contents of medical records and format medical records, MIRM Standard 13.3 relates to filling in medical records by Professional Care Providers (PPA) by writing identification after the recording is made and MIRM Standard 13.4 relates to performance improvement efforts and hospitals regularly evaluating or reviewing medical records. The risk levels in the medical records work unit from these articles show that the risk categories are "Acceptable" (the intensity of risk is reduced to a minimum) to "Substantial" (requires technical improvement).

Abstract

Introduction: Surgery is a medical procedure carried out using invasive methods by opening, cutting or slashing parts of the body to provide treatment to the patient. Changes in body temperature can occur in post-operative patients which are influenced by age, gender, body mass index (BMI), duration of surgery, and type of surgery. Objective: To analyze the factors that influence the body temperature of post-operative patients at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Methods: This study is a correlative analytical research using cross sectional design. This study was conducted using primary data and the samples were selected by consecutive sampling technique with a total of 56 samples. Results:  The results of this study show that there is a relationship between age with body temperature of the patients after surgery (p=0,021, r=-0,308), there is no relationship between gender with body temperature of the patients after surgery (p=0,876, r=0,021), there is a relationship between BMI with body temperature of the patients after surgery   (p=0,033,  r=0,140), there is a relationship between duration of surgery with body temperature of the patients after surgery (p=0,027, r=-0,482), and there is no relationship between type of surgery with body temperature of the patients after surgery (p=0,762, r=0,041).  Conclusion:  There is a significant relationship between age, BMI and duration of surgery with body temperature of the patient's after surgery and there was no significant relationship between gender and type of surgery with body temperature of the patient's after surgery.

Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the condition of insomnia among elderly after being given combined exercise with reflexology and reflexology only before and after the intervention. Method: This research used a quasi-experimental design with pre-post design with the control group. Sampling was carried out systematically during the study period with samples was taken according to inclusion criteria. The target number of samples is set using the difference formula average. The instruments that measure Imsonia used is PIRS. Data analysis was carried out on all subjects in both groups A and B with analysis statistics measuring the difference between PIRS before and after intervention. Results: The results of the Mann-Whitney test before the intervention in group A obtained a mean rank of 16.07. Before the intervention in group B obtained a mean rank of 19.45. Statistically, it showed that the difference was not significant, p=0.33 (p>0.05). The results of the Mann-Whitney test after intervention in group A had a mean rank of 22.10 and after intervention in group B had a mean rank of 14. 93. Statistically showed a significant difference, p=0.04 (p<<0.0) Conclusion: We found that there was a change in the condition of insomnia before and after the combination intervention (group A). The average decrease in insomnia scores for the elderly was carried out using the Pittsburg Insomnia Rating Scale (PIRS) questionnaire> However, there was no change in the condition of insomnia. statistically significant. Likewise, in group B, the average insomnia score decreased and was statistically significant

Abstract

Tinuktuk is a traditional spice sauce of the  simalungun ethnic group. It is believed as a traditional health icon  To search the best formulation of ingredients', to search the best production process and to evaluate its organoleptics properties. The search for formulation ingredients is an exploratory qualitative study with participant observation method. The organoleptic test was carried out by fifty untrained panelists on a scale of 1 (dislike) to 5 (very like). Organoleptic values including taste, aroma, texture and color Six formulations of tinuktuk, containing of 8 to 15 ingredients. Three kinds of production process:  first by mashing the fresh ingredients and then roasting them. The second process is mashing the rosated material. The third is a combination of both processes. These processes could be distingueished by the organoleptic values. The incremented values resulted from T5, T1, T3 formulations. T3 formula contains 15 ingredients use the third production process. This value could be taken as a reference for tinuktuk standard.

Abstract

Ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum) is an active component of vitamin C planar joints that spread in Jambi City. The planar jointsform is more than the tablet. Ascorbic acid can turn into an inactive form because it is easily oxidized and accelerated by heat, this research was done to know the effect of heating ascorbic acid content. This research was used three types of vitamin C samples (2 tablets and 1 solution) were obtained randomly from three different pharmacies. Samples were given a heating treatment of 300 C, 600 C, 800 C and 1000C each at 0, 60, 120 and 180 minutes with 3 repetitions and vitamin C levels were known to use the Iodatometric titration method. The highest vitamin C tablet content was found in preparations heated at 300C with the percentage of sample I = 99.8%, sample II = 96.3% and sample 3 = 90.17%. The lowest vitamin C content was carried out at 1000C with the percentage of sample I = 74.6% and sample II = 74.4% and sample 3 = 70.2%. The statistical test results show the value of sig. smaller than 0.05, it is means that there are differences the result of heating effect from three samples tested.

Abstract

Early and accurate assessment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is crucial given its fatal complications such as amputation. Infrared thermography (IRT) offers various advantages in studying PAD. This study aims to map the use of Infrared thermography in detecting Peripheral Arterial Disease in diabetic feet. This review applies the scoping review method to review the literature related to Infrared thermography in detecting vascular disorders in diabetic legs. Article searches are conducted on five databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. The Boolean keywords and codes used are "Infrared Thermography" AND "Diabetic foot" AND "Peripheral Arterial Disease". Searches are limited to articles published between 2018 and 2024. The journal selection process follows PRISMA's guidelines. The search process yielded 1,969 article titles relevant to the keywords and Boolean operators used. After being selected based on the research topic, 8 articles were left for analysis. IRT can be a useful tool for detecting PAD in diabetic foot. IRT can help track the progression of PAD and classify the foot as PAD without or prone with high accuracy
