Abstract

Breast cancer has a large number of new cases and deaths in the world and Indonesia. Chemotherapy is one of the treatments chosen to treat breast cancer patients. Physical side effects can include Chemotherapy-induced Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV), Chemotherapy-induced Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) and anxiety. Standard hospital care is care in which nursing actions are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that the hospital has established for each existing service. The research method used was quasi-experimental (quasi-experiment), which was carried out with an unequal control group design. The pre-test was carried out during chemotherapy when the researcher met the respondent, and the post-test was carried out during the respondent's following chemotherapy schedule. The population in this study were breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at the chemotherapy clinic at RSD, Dr. Soebandi Jember and Rumkit Kindergarten. III Baladhika Husada Jember . The sampling method used was simple random sampling with a minimum sample size of 60 people. The results of the Paired Samples Test can be concluded that standard treatment in hospitals does not affect the level of Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV) but does influence the incidence rate of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) and the level of anxiety in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology and education also brings changes in human life. These changes have the effect of higher demands on each individual to further improve their performance. In order for their existence to be maintained, each individual will experience stress and frustration, especially for individuals who are less able to adjust to these developments. If you pay attention to people in everyday life, you will see various things that happen among the community. Some always seem to be happy, happy, happy and laughing even though what they will face later is different as expected. There are also those who often complain and grieve, despair, give up, do not fit in with other people and their work. This makes a person experience a health problem. This happens because of the lack of community for something to maintain harmony in society. It is these disturbing symptoms that prompt psychiatrists to try to investigate what causes different people's behaviors, despite the same conditions. This effort fostered one of the youngest branches of psychology, health. And in studying health, there are stress disorders and frustration among the community, due to a person cannot control himself to be better.

Abstract

Introduction: Based on its type, salt consists of; industrial salt, curing salt, table salt, and consumption salt. Consumable salt can be used as an alternative material in the flotation method. It has been proven in previous research (2021) that salt consumption can cause intestinal nematode eggs to float. The concentration used in the research was 32%. The aim is to find out the fastest time for the brand of salt consumed in the intestinal nematode egg flotation process. Method: This research is an experimental laboratory research, using samples of consumption salt with a concentration of 32%, adding a suspension of intestinal nematode worm eggs, then observing the flotation. Results; There is no time difference between JPL and BTM brands of salt because consuming both types of salt from the first 10 minutes of the experiment can cause flotation until the last minute of the experiment, namely the 40th minute, still causes flotation. Conclusion ; The results of the experiment guarantee that the two types (brands) of salt consumed are; JPL and BTM with a concentration of 32% can both cause intestinal nematode eggs to float, starting from the first 10 minutes to 40 minutes

Abstract

Patient safety is an important thing in the handling of patients by medical personnel in carrying out treatment, it has a very important element so that the government has established various laws and regulations relating to health in Indonesia, one of which is regarding Patient Safety Targets (SKP) which are divided into points. -points regarding targets that must be carried out by medical personnel in carrying out actions in treating patients. The aim of this study is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of implementing Patient Safety Targets (SKP) regarding the accuracy of patient identification at the Klungkung Regional General Hospital as well as knowing and analyzing related facts -Inhibiting factors in implementing Patient Safety Targets (SKP) regarding accurate patient identification at the Klungkung Regional General Hospital. The research method used in this research is an empirical legal research method with data collection techniques, namely document study techniques and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of implementing Patient Safety Targets (SKP) regarding the accuracy of patient identification at the Klungkung Regional General Hospital has not been achieved optimally. This is due to several inhibiting factors, namely the first is that the room conditions are not conducive, the room situation is sometimes too busy, this causes medical officers to have to serve patients quickly, with the number of patients not being comparable to the number of officers, secondly there is an assumption regarding the accuracy of the patient's identity,  what is meant in this case is that medical officers are said to feel that they already know the patient's identity, because they have been treated or met. patient for a certain period of time or repeatedly in the same room so that this assumption arises. The third monitoring factor explained in its implementation is the absence of assessment/supervision of procedures for implementing accurate patient identification, so that officers are often negligent or do not get used to identifying patients correctly.

Abstract

The cause of death of approximately 71% (36 million) people per year is due to non-communicable diseases. The 2018 Riskesdas data shows an increase in key NCD indicators. The significant increase in NCDs is expected to add to the burden on both the public and the government in healthcare financing. According to Government Regulation No. 71 of 2015, the prevention and control of NCDs are to be carried out through community health efforts and individual health efforts. The prevention and control of NCDs in the community are implemented through the activities of the NCD Posbindu. This research analyzes the factors affecting the performance of NCD Posbindu. The research method used is a Cross-Sectional approach with a quantitative method. The population consists of 486 NCD Posbindu, and the research sample uses Total Sampling, consisting of 29 NCD Posbindu. Data analysis includes univariate, bivariate (Spearman Rank), and multivariate (Multiple Linear Regression). The research results show that the majority of NCD Posbindu's performance falls into the "good" category, with 17 (58.62%), while the human resources (HR) are good in 19 (65.50%) cases, infrastructure is good in 12 (41.38%) cases, and the budget is good in 16 (53.20%) cases. Human resources, infrastructure, and the budget are positively and significantly correlated with the performance of NCD Posbindu, with correlation coefficients of HR (r=0.688), infrastructure (r=0.650), and the budget (r=0.598). The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test reveal that human resources, infrastructure, and the budget, when considered together, collectively affect the performance of NCD Posbindu, with an F value of 7.240, an adjusted R-squared value of 0.401, and a regression coefficient (β) of 18.799. Human resources, infrastructure, and the budget are related and significantly influence the performance of NCD Posbindu by 40.1%.

Abstract

According to data from the WHO, heart disease continues to be the top cause of mortality worldwide. The 2018 Riskesdas shows that the prevalence of heart disease, including CAD, based on doctors' diagnoses in Indonesia is 1,5%. Management measures in CAD patients are CABG or PCI. The research design used in this study was a literature review using a systematic review method. A systematic literature review comparing CABG and PCI costs is needed to determine optimal therapeutic options in CAD patients. For articles published during the last ten years, a literature search was done using four databases: PubMed, SagePub, Google Scholar, and Science Direct. Based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses Protocol (PRISMA-P) 2020 protocol, a literature review was conducted. Eight texts in all met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the study. Five literatures stating that CABG is better, two other literatures stating that there is no significant post-rehabilitation difference between CABG and PCI, and one literature stating that PCI has better survival after 5 years in CAD patients with impaired renal function. CABG is considered more effective and is recommended as the primary treatment option in CAD patients with a kidney disorder. Nevertheless, PCI can be utilized as an alternate therapy in CAD patients when kidney function and concomitant illnesses are considered.
