Abstract

PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah telah menerapkan pengukurankinerja karyawan yang sistematis berbasis kompetensi. Namun, sistem pengukurankinerja ini belum dapat mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari strategi divisi sumberdaya manusia dalam mewujudkan visi, misi, dan strategi perusahaan. Human ResourcesScorecard (HRSC) merupakan sebuah bentuk pengukuran sumber daya manusia yangmengaitkan antara orang-strategi-kinerja untuk diukur sejauh mana peranannya terhadappencapaian visi, misi, dan strategi perusahaan.Strategi metode campuran dalam penelitian ini adalah urutan analisis kualitatifdan kuantitatif. Tujuan strategi ini adalah untuk merancang peta strategi Divisi SDMdan mengidentifikasi indikator keberhasilan tiap strategy objectives melalui analisisdata kualitatif, dan selanjutnya analisis data kuantitatif untuk mengetahui prosespengukuran kinerja SDM dengan metode Human Resources Scorecard berbasisAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Objectives Matrix (OMAX).Kata Kunci : Pengukuran Kinerja, Human Resources Scorecard, AHP, OMAX

Abstract

The distribution channel is a set of grooves that followed after the product or service produced, ending in the purchase and use by end users. Volume sales are due to several factors, including: agent distribution, allocation of marketing, supply and transportation of goods. The main objective of this study was to determine which variables affect the volume of sales at UD. Timur Terang Makassar of the four variables, the distribution agent, the allocation of marketing, inventory, transportation of goods and factors among which the most predominant.This study used test method description and linear regression analysis. The results obtained demonstrate simultaneous variable distribution agent, the allocation of marketing, supply and transportation of goods significantly influence sales volume. Partially or individually variable distribution agent, marketing allocation, inventory and transportation of goods significantly influence sales volume. Among the four variables, there is one of the most dominant variables significantly affect the sales volume inventory.Key Words : Distribution Channel, Volume Sales, Regression Analyze.PENDAHULUANA.Latar BelakangPemasaran bagi setiap perusahaan merupakan suatu kebijakan dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran perusahaan. Abstract

Perilaku mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan suaru produk pendidikan merupakan salah satu bentuk keputusan pembelian yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor preferensi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan di sekolah yang mereka pilih. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor yang menciptakan siswa dalam keputusan menentukan sekolah menengah kejuruan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner yang diiisi oleh siswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa yang melanjutkan ke sekolah menengah kejuruan, dengan jumlah sampel siswa kelas X. Sampel diperoleh melalui accidental sampling pada siswa yang ditemui. Penelitian ini diuji melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel brand image, lokasi, promosi berpengaruh secara positif serta memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah.Kata kunci: brand image, lokasi, promosi, keputusan memilih sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to review the influence of managerial ownership on the value a company with the size of thecompany as variable moderation. The collection of data using a method of pusposive sampling at manufacturingcompanies listed on BEI in observation 2015-2017. Sample data obtained as much as 47 company that inaccordance with the research criteria. The measurement of the dependent variable using PER (price to earningratio), variable independent is using managerial ownership, and moderating variable using total assets. Dataanalysis techniques in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing on this study using an appSPSS version 22. The results of this research stated that ownership of managerial no significant impact on thevalue of the company and the size of the corporations cannot moderating influence of managerial ownership onthe company value.Keywords: managerial ownership, managerial ownership the company, the size of the company

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the relationship between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME) variabel Experiental Marketing (EM), Orientasi Service Value (OSV) and ServiceInovation (IS) in develop for all business. In previous research , many researce explore thecompany that focus only on serice quality only. This study focus on the big amount of new outlet from Go Food and describe theindependent Variable as Experiental Marketing (EM), Orientasi Service Value (OSV) sertaInovasi Layanan (IL). Abstract

Auditor performance is the result of work achieved by the auditor in carrying out hisduties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him and becomes one of thebenchmarks used to determine whether a work performed will be good or vice versa. Theauditor's performance is the focus of attention for the Public Accountant Office and theclient in assessing the results of the audit conducted, as well as the auditor who works inthe Public Accounting Firm in the City of Semarang. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of professional ethics, independence and professionalism of auditorspartially on organizational commitment and auditor performance and the influence oforganizational commitment on auditor performance. The population in this research were auditors who worked in the Public AccountantOffice in the city of Semarang and had worked for at least 4 years, with 100 respondents.The sampling technique is the census and the data analysis technique used is the 2-stageMultiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of calculations, it can be seen that professional ethics,independence and professionalism of auditors partially have a positive and significanteffect on organizational commitment and auditor performance, and organizationalcommitment has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance.It is recommended that the Public Accountant Office in the City of Semarang motivateauditors who work in their institutions to adhere to professional ethics properly, upholdindependence and increase the professionalism of their work, in order to achieveorganizational goals and increase the trust of clients who use their services.Keywords : professional ethics, independence, auditor professionalism,organizational commitment and auditor performance

Abstract

Advances in technology production require the expertise and skills of human resources. Looking at the situations / circumstances that occur then one of the challenges faced by Indonesia today is how to utilize more human resources quantitatively and a potential supporter of the on-going national development. The issue of employment is closely related to some aspects such as labour utilization, quality, economic growth, the number and distribution of labour.. The population in this study were all employees within the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province, located in Semarang, Jalan Pahlawan No. 16 Semarang with the number of employees 289 employees. In this study, a sample of 40 respondents drawn from various Secretariat / field and the various groups and various education with the hope to increase the accuracy and precision estimates. Data collection techniques are by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature. This study used two (2) analysis tools, namely analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that training and work environment has a positive and significant impact on the productivity of work at the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Population of Central Java Province.Keywords: Training, Environment, and Work Productivity

Abstract

Pengetahuan pengelolaan Sistem Informasi melalui pengenalan penggunaan model Supply Chain Management (SCM) serta pengenalan model Customer Relationship Management (CRM) bagi pelaku usaha Tahu Gumregah Kampung tematik Lamper Tengah Semarang Barat menjadi kendala utama dalam peningkatan produktivitas usaha tersebut. Penyerapan pasar tahu di wilayah semarang sangat besar seiring dengan menjamurnya usaha kuliner di Semarang, produknyapun sangat berkualitas namun potensi besar usaha tahu ini belum optimal dikerjakan hal ini disebabkan karena 1) antar wilayah pelaku usaha ini belum menunjukan sinergitas, 2) harga kedelai sebagai bahan baku import sangat fluktuatif serta 3) biaya produksi yang meningkat membuat optimalisasi peningkatan kinerja usaha tahu terkendala. Fokus saat ini adalah memperluas potensi bisnis yang sudah mapan pasarnya dengan meningkatkan pola pengelolaan rantai pasok serta penajaman rantai niaga usaha tahu tersebut.Sistem informasi tentang pengelolaan rantai pasok dan rantai nilai ini dapat digunakan untuk pelaku usaha tahu tempe sebagai peluang memperluas potensi jaringan pasar dan mengefektifkan operasionalisasi kerja usaha serta dapat meminimkan biaya produksi hingga pelaku usaha tahu bisa berkompetisi dengan baik.Kemampuan merumuskan strategi baru pengembangan usaha tahu dengan menggunakan konsep Manajemen Rantai Pasok (SCM) yang diharapakan bisa mengoptimalkan penggunaan bahan baku, jaringan distribusi, serta memaksimalkan persaingan dan keuntungani. Selain itu dari model kemitraan ditekankan model system informasi aplikative ke Pelanggan (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang diharapkan penanganan nilai lebih di mata pelanggan. Abstract

Consumer Loyalty is an important thing to have in tight business competition. The purpose of this study is to find out how brand image, service quality, and store atmosphere may influence customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty on Donuts XYZ products. This research uses path analysis techniques and uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires where the analysis unit is the consumer who domiciled in Kotamadya Tangerang. The result of this research is brand image, service quality, and store atmosphere have influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, with the greatest influence owned by the outlet atmosphere of 24.4% Keywords: brand image, service quality, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
