Abstract

With the rapid change in the era of globalization, the Cooperative of Karta Jaya Semarang should be able tocompete and stay ahead in business so the managers are able to plan the budget carefully, as a result the cooperativeactivities can be run in an integrated and focused to achieve the set goals. The underlying problem in Cooperatives ofKarta Jaya Semarang is that its budgetary slack occurred very significantly between the budget and the realization ofthe existing operational costs.The purpose of the study is to test empirically the effect of asymmetry information, uncertainty of theenvironment and budgetary participation toward the budgetary slack through the organization's commitment at theCooperative of Karta Jaya Semarang. In this study, the population is 38 functional managers who work in severalbranches in Cooperatives of Karta Jaya Semarang. Looking at the total population is only 38 respondents, so it iseligible to serve all as a sample. Consequently, this research is called census research; it is because the terms of thestudy area includes only areas or subjects that are very narrow. The statistical analysis in this study is a structuralequation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square method.Based on test results, it shows that asymmetry information has no effect on the organization's commitment atthe Cooperative of Karta Jaya Semarang, meaning that the high asymmetry information performed by the managers ofcooperatives showed low support of managers for organizations that does not affect the strong commitment to theorganization. Environmental uncertainty negatively affects organizational commitment, meaning that the higher themanager's inability to predict an uncertain of the environment, it suggests that managers' commitment to theorganization showed a decrease. Budgetary participation does not affect organizational commitment, which means thatthe lower the involvement of managers in the preparation of the budget, it does not affect the manager's commitment tothe organization. Organizational commitment can be an intervening variable among asymmetry information and thebudgetary slack, environmental uncertainty and the budgetary slack as well as budgetary participation and thebudgetary slack. Abstract

The shift of the economic structure from agriculture sector to processing industry or trade and services sector raises some new potential in some areas. The development of the potential area can be measured by the identification model of strategic sector potential and model of creative position strengthening of Small and Medium Enterprises which is useful to raise competitiveness.The measured potential is not yet fully covered in a financing model from the micro finance level facilitated by investors to help small and medium enterprises grow up.This study conducted two tests namely feasibility test and Importance Performance Index Test. For the feasibility of this research is to use analysis of development of Small and Medium Business Area of Kampung Batik in Lasem Rembang that is using Location Quotient, Shift Share and EFAS analysis.The other measurements are the analysis of Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to optimize the development model of Fair Finance Guide International (FFGI) of the banking in order to know the benefits and costs incurred from banking activities in functioning as an inclusive financial institution that develops service partnerships that suit the needs of the community.The population of this research are 30 groups of business of Batik Lasem. The results of this study indicate the value of LQ1 analysis, as well as in the development of SWOT matrix is in the quadrant 1 at Coordinate (3;3.54) with progressive recommendation. For the results of processing indicators in accordance with the methodology FFGI obtained Index Value Importance Performance has not shown the overall optimal of the level of conformance between the performance of financial programs with the expectations of businessman.Key Words: Importance Performance, Location Quotient, Inclusive Financial, FFGI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepercayaanterhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa transportasi ojek online Gojek di Kota Semarang. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pengguna transportasi ojekonline Gojek di Kota Semarang, jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan,harga, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa transportasi ojek online Gojek di KotaSemarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t hitung sebesar 1,954; nilai signifikansi 0,0540,05; dan koefisienregresi sebesar 0,073; nilai t hitung sebesar 3,553; nilai signifikansi 0,0010,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar0,195; nilai t hitung sebesar 11,637; nilai signifikansi 0,0000,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,724; dan nilaiF hitung sebesar 110,640 dengan signifikansi 0,0000,05.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan,Harga, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

CV Akar Samudra since 2 years has a problem where lower work satisfaction. Low jobsatisfaction experienced by employees allegedly motivated by the low compensation givenby the company, lack of empowerment and the low level of positive organizational culturethat developed in the company.Population in this research is the production employees CV. Ocean root numbering 80people . The number of samples taken in this study is determined through census method.Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and test hipotesi t and F. Based on theanalysis it can be seen that the variable compensation , empowerment and organizationalculture partial and simultaneous effect on employee satisfaction can be accepted.Keywords: compensation, leadership styles, organizational culture and job satisfaction

Abstract

Potensi Kampung Batik Kabupaten Rembang yang mempunyai kekayaan budaya yang cukup melimpah, namun memiliki kekurangan dalam pemanfaatan dan penggalian potensi kekayaan tersebut karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi riil usaha kecil. Salah satu potensi budaya tersebut adalah usaha Batik Lasem yang dikenal karena karakteristik tersendiri kain batik tulis yang dihasilkan oleh para perempuan pembatik di sekitar kota Kecamatan Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah.Permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini adalah pergeseran struktur ekonomi dari pertanian ke industri pengolahan atau perdagangan dan jasa sebagai akibat dari perkembangan perkotaan dari suatu wilayah. Perkembangan tersebut secara tidak langsung juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.Namun yang terjadi saat ini adalah pengelola usaha batik lasem tidak dapat mengetahui dan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya mereka yang ada, sehingga pertumbuhan usaha batik lasem cenderung stagnan dan tidak memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian sekitar. Akibatnya, iklim investasi di daerah tersebut dapat menurun dan iklim usaha juga ikut menurun sehingga menyebabkan kurang berkembangnya suatu wilayah. Adanya potensi perekonomian suatu wilayah perlu dikaji secara jelas sehingga dapat menjadi strategi pengembangan pembangunan ekonomi wilayah kedepannya. Pengembangan potensi ekonomi dengan Location Quoatient, shift Share dan analisis SWOT dapat menumbuhkan potensi creative dan meningkatkan pengembangan berkelanjutan usaha Batik LasemKata Kunci : Kampung Batik , Location Quoatient , Shift Share, Potensi Kreatif .

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh DPR dan leverage terhadap return saham dan bagaimana CSR dapat memoderasi DPR (Dividen Payout Ratio) dan leverage terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada sub sektor perbankan pada tahun 2014-2016, berdasarkan teknik purposive random sampling diperoleh data penelitian sebanyak 35 perusahaan perbankan. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa DPR mempengaruhi return saham sedangkan leverage dalam hal ini diproksikan dengan DER (Debt Equity Ratio) tidak mempengaruhi return saham. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap return saham tidak memiliki efek moderasi.Kata Kunci: DPR, leverage, return saham, CSR

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence tax avoidance practices in cement sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. This study examines factors such as: Firm Size, Profitability, Audit Quality, Audit Committee, and Leverage as independent variables, while the dependent variable in this study is Tax Avoidance.The population in this study are cement sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017, while the samples in this study were determined by purposive sampling method so that the number of samples was 39 companies and the number of observations was 117 times. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and sample company websites. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Audit Committee and Leverage influence Tax Avoidance, while Firm Size, Profitability and Audit Quality have no effect on Tax AvoidanceKeywords: Tax Avoidance, Firm Size, Profitability, Audit Quality, Audit Committee, and Leverage.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pulutan, Kecamatan Sidorejo, Kotamadya Salatiga, Jawa Tengah mempunyaititik vokasi Kewirausahaan yang kegiatan produktifitasnya kurang berjalan dengan baik karenakurangnya permodalan, penyuluhan dan pemasaran dan pengelolaan Sumber daya manusaia.Sesuai dengan karakter usaha dan pelaku usahanya, para pemilik usaha di sana dalamgabungan KWD adalah bagian dari UMKM yang belum memiliki bargaining untuk berhadapandengan mitra usahanya yaitu para UMKM yang mempunyai jaringan yang lebih besar yangumumnya bertindak sebagai patron. Akibatnya, muncul suatu pola hubungan kerja yang belumoptimal di antara mereka.Permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini adalah pergeseran strukturekonomi dari pertanian ke industri pengolahan atau perdagangan dan jasa sebagai akibat dariperkembangan perkotaan dari suatu wilayah. Perkembangan tersebut secara tidak langsungjuga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.Namun yang terjadi saat ini adalah pengelola kelompok vokasi tidak dapat mengetahuidan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya mereka yang ada, sehingga pertumbuhan usahacenderung stagnan dan tidak memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian sekitar.Dengan melihat kebutuhan pasar kedepan serta program yang akan kembali dikembangkanpemerintah Kota akan membantu menggerakkan kembali kegiatan Vokasi tersebut.Pengembangan potensi ekonomi dengan analisis SWOT dapat menumbuhkan potensi creativedan meningkatkan pengembangan berkelanjutan usaha vokasi Pulutan diharapkan harap bisaterus terwujud berkesinambungan dengan peran serta lembaga payung hokum yang mengaitkandiri dalam satu benang merah yakni peningkatan sumber daya manusia, wirausahawan danmasyarakat , serta stake holder UMKM Kelurahan Pulutan.Dari matriks SWOT diatas, terlihat bahwa posisi keberadaan vokasi Pulutan saat iniberada pada kuadran I koordinat (3 ; 3.54) yaitu kuadran expension (growth). Posisi inimenandakan sebuah usaha yang kuat dan berpeluang, rekomendasi strategi yang diberikanadalah Progresif, artinya organisasi dalam kondisi prima dan mantap sehingga sangatdimungkinkan untuk terus melakukan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan dan meraihkemajuan secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Stake Holder, Pemasaran , Sumber Daya Manusia, Kewirausahaan, BEI

Abstract

Financial performance is very important for a company. To see the company's financial performance can be seen from the level of profitability achieved for thecompany in a certain period of time. The profit of a company can be seen from the cashturnover and the company's working capital turnover, as well as "Mekar Kinanti andLintang Kejora" Semarang. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect ofcash turnover and working capital turnover partially on profitability and companyperformance and to determine whether profitability mediates the effect of cash turnoverand working capital turnover on the company's financial performance. The data source used in this research is secondary data, which relates to theobject of research, namely "PT. Mekar Kinanti and Lintang Kejora " Semarang, whichis a company engaged in making garments. in the form of financial data from 2013 to2017. The analysis techniques used are gradual linear regression, classic assumptiontest, goodness of fit test and path analysis. Based on the results of calculations, it can be seen that cash turnover and workingcapital turnover partially have a positive and significant effect on profitability and thecompany's financial performance and profitability have a positive and significant effecton the company's financial performance. Profitability does not mediate the effect ofcash turnover and partial working capital turnover on the company's financialperformance. It is better for management "PT. Mekar Kinanti and Lintang Kejora "Semarangseeks to increase cash turnover and working capital turnover in order to have a positiveimpact on profitability, so that it can improve financial performance " PT.
