Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in social aspects in the order of social life. In this era of globalization, people are increasingly showing apathy towards the values of social solidarity. This is characterized by an individualistic life style and acting as they please, only using their personal ego without carring about their empathy for other. The tarekat Qodiriyyah wa Naqsabandiyyah through its Khatm Khawajigan provides a formulation for followers to always prioritize character and morality. Tarekat believed to be a Sufi organization capable of growing and reflecting moral and social values in life. By looking at the background of the problem that the author put forward, several formulations of the problem arise. First, what is the practice taught in Khatm Khawajigan?, Second, how does Khatm Khawajigan’s activities affect social piety in society? This study uses a direct field observation methodology (field research). The purpose of this study is to describe the implications of Khatm Kwajigan’s activities on social piety for followers of the Tarekat in Dusun Pesalakan. The method used this cresearch descriptive analytical method, using social approach. The subjects in this study were the congregation who participated in Khatm Khawajigan activities using purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tasted through triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) In the Khatm Khawajigan’s activity, a lot of dzikir reading are read, besides that there is a lavy for charity jariyah and it is closed with mauidzatul hasanah. (2) In its implication, Khatm Khawajigan’s activities on Social Piety for followers of the Qadriyyah wa Naqsabandiyyah Tarekat in Hamlet Pesalakan can be seen from several Indications, caring for others, creating household hamony, maintaining ukhuwah, and helping each other.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pengembangan budaya sekolah dan pusat kegiatan belajar, kegiatan ko-kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler serta kegiatan keseharian di rumah dan masyarakat. Pada konteks yang sama, secara lebih luas perencanaan pengembangan pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa dirumuskan melalui tiga program, yaitu: program pengembangan diri; pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran; dan budaya sekolah. Dari program tersebut, terdapat beberapa aspek yang mesti diperhatikan dalam proses pelaksanaannya. 1) Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan yang mengukir karakter (akhlak) melalui proses knowing the good, loving the good, acting or doing the good yaitu proses melibatkan aspek kognitif, emosi dan fisik sehingga akhlak mulia bisa terukir menjadi habit of the mind, heart dan hands. Merupakan proses yang dilakukan untuk membentuk kepribadian peserta didik menuju perilaku-perilaku tertentu yang diharapkan sehingga menjadi kebiasaan tertanam dalam kehidupannya, 2) Pendidikan karakter maupun pengembangan kurikulum berbasis karakter pada prinsipnya memiliki landasan yang cukup jelas, baik ditinjau dari landasan preskriptif (ideal) maupun deskriptif (logis-empiris), 3) Pengembangan kurikulum berbasis karakter setidaknya memiliki dua makna, yakni kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Secara kuantitatif, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis karakter meliputi internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, pengembangan budaya sekolah dan pusat kegiatan belajar, kegiatan ko-kurikuler dan ekstra kurikuler serta kegiatan keseharian dalam masyarakat. Secara kualitatif, semua peristiwa baik di sekolah atau di masyarakat yang memberikan pengaruh pada perubahan kepribadian meliputi sikap, pengetahuan dan pengalaman subyek didik ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school of Sunan Drajat Paciran Lamongan is one of the boarding schools that have successfully developed an economic program that aims to empower the students. Sunan Drajat boarding school aims to transform the social life of society, both the education, da'wah of Islam and social. In the economic context, boarding school has successfully applied economic concepts that tend to be mu'amalah be iqtishadiyyah (economic) application concept. This study aims to determine the role of boarding school Sunan Drajat in the economic empowerment of students (santri). This research uses qualitative approach with case study model. While the method used is explanative explaining how the role of boarding school Sunan Drajat in conducting economic empowerment of students. Methods of data collection used, among others, by observation, interview and documentation. Interviews were conducted in three categories: chiefs of Islamic boarding, students(santri), and community. The results of this study indicate that the role of boarding school Sunan Drajat in an effort to empower students (santri) divided into two namely; empowerment through education and empowerment through skills and entrepreneurship training

Abstract

Good service quality will be a motivating factor for consumers to use the E-Maal card product which is part of the Toko Basmalah program. Where in the service there is an element of Shari'ah offered. With good service quality will create satisfied users so that the benchmark of something that is felt and received through various services provided by service providers, which is in accordance with the expectations desired by consumers. Loyalty, conveying positive things and recommending products that are a form of loyalty by consumers/users to E-Maal products. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on user satisfaction and loyalty from an Islamic perspective at the Basmalah Store in Bondowoso, to determine the effect of service quality on user satisfaction, the effect of service quality on user loyalty and the effect of satisfaction. on user loyalty (E-Maal). The method used in this research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach, with a sample of 110 respondents. While the sampling used incidental sampling. data analysis using path analysis with F test and t test. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of the Statistical Package for the (SPSS) software version 24. Service quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, service quality had a positive effect on user loyalty, and user satisfaction had a positive effect on user loyalty.

Abstract

There are students in the school environment who don't speak Arabic anymore, although it is an obligation for them. This is a problem because the learning goal does not go well. All Arabic language teaching in the school environment should be as much as possible adapted to the success of students, namely speaking Arabic fluently and fluently. In this phenomenon, the school uses audiovisual methods to familiarize students with Arabic communication in the school environment, based on a theoretical basis: Arabic is speech, not writing. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of audiovisual methods in the learning of Arabic communication. This research is in the form of field research with descriptive qualitative methods and theoretical approaches. The results of this study show the realization of audiovisual methods based on behavioral theories developed by Skinner, behind the realization there is a problem and solution, namely: Students find it difficult to listen to Arabic sounds using recordings recorded in class at the beginning of the lesson because they are not used to it. Solutions to encourage this problem teachers and schools should develop and practice such methods over time methods so that students do not get bored and become habitual.

Abstract

Abstract: The form of a sakinah mawadah warahmah family is an actualization carried out by the Muslim congregation of Pakondang Village in fostering an ideal household. In addition, there are other factors that also contribute to the achievement of these goals. This research uses a type of qualitative research, namely research that seeks to organize data in units in the form of all observable events, activities, and messages. Using a purposive sampling technique is a technique for determining informants with certain considerations. such as the informant is a person who is considered to know about what is expected by the researcher. the object of this research is 10 respondents who represent 50 respondents of Muslim congregation in Pakondang village. The next step is to classify the data that has been coded according to the themes of each cognate and the final step is to interpret the opinions, so that patterns, categories and general assumptions about the research topic will be obtained.While the results of this study are: First, the actualization of a sakinah mawadah warahmah family is a family in which the values ​​of faith and obedience to Allah SWT are instilled, namely carrying out all His commands and leaving His prohibitions. Second, establish good communication, so that misunderstandings do not occur which cause discomfort and disharmony in the family. and Third, there is motivation between family members, husband and wife so that they always support each other, especially in terms of the family economy. Tulisan ini merupakan studi media yang berusaha melihat fenomena audiens yang dewasa ini telah menjadi ikon masyarakat modern. Objek yang akan dikaji adalah program tayangan Ramadhan yang ditayangkan di televisi. Dari sekian banyak dimensi yang melekat dalam program tersebut, kertas kerja ini hanya akan berlabuh pada nilai kuasa dan popularitas yang diasumsikan menjadi modal utama bertahannya program tersebut. Pertanyaan yang kerapkali menggelisahkan adalah kekuatan apa yang menjadikan tayangan ramadhan menjadi program televisi yang sangat populer dan bertahan hingga saat ini. Bagaimana audiens memposisikan tayangan ramadhan dalam kehidupannya. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut akan digunakan teori cultural studies yang menkankan produksi dan resepsi audies karya stuart hall dan propaganda media Noam Chomsky. Melalui dua pendekatan tersebut tergambar secara jelas bahwa tayangan ramadhan ditentukan oleh keterlibatan aktor media dan pemilik media yang sangat negosiatif hegemonik

Abstract

Pawn is a type of agreement that has existed in society for a long time, starting from customary pawn, conventional pawn, to sharia pawn. In Islamic Law, sharia pawning is known as rahn, which is a type of agreement to hold an item as a debt liability and is carried out by a sharia pawnshop. The author is of the opinion that one of the sharia pawn products, namely sharia gold pawning transactions, is the right choice when there is an urgent financial need. This is the basis for the author's interest in the theme of sharia gold pawning. This study examines the general description of pawnshops in Indonesia, the requirements and procedures for implementing sharia gold pawning at BMT UGT Sidogiri capem Arjasa Situbondo, as well as supporting factors for sharia gold pawning as an alternative financing at BMT UGT Sidogiri capem Arjasa Situbondo. This research is normative legal research with descriptive research type. The problem approach used is a normative legal approach. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collection was carried out by means of literature study, document study, and interviews with informants who use sharia pawn services. The results of the study show that the general description of pawnshops in Indonesia divided into two, namely conventional pawnshops which are regulated in the Civil Code and PP No. 51 of 2011 concerning Persero Pawnshops and Sharia Pawnshops which are based on the provisions of Islamic law, namely the Al-Quran, Al-Hadith, and Fatwa No. 25/DSN/MUI/III/2002 concerning Rahn (Pawn). The terms and procedures for sharia gold pawning are fulfilling the legal requirements of the agreement as on the legal basis of Article 1320 of the Criminal Code coupled with the financing requirements submitted by the sharia pawnshop itself. The procedure uses a rahn contract and an ijarah contract. The factors that make Islamic gold pawning an alternative to financing at BMT UGT Sidogiri capem Arjasa Situbondo are the absence of usury/interest and lower costs as well as the security of collateral.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai rendahnya hasil belajar PAI pada siswa kelas VIII SMP 3 Negeri Panji Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran baru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, guru lebih banyak menggunakan model ceramah, tanya jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP 3 Negeri Panji. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tes, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat dilaksanakan melalui langkah-langkah: konstruktivisme, bertanya, menemukan, masyarakat belajar, pemodelan, refleksi, dan penilaian yang sebenarnya. (2) menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas VIII SMP 3 Negeri Panji dengan materi fungsi dan bagian tumbuhan. Hasil peningkatan pada pra siklus hasil rata-rata nilai 31,5% dengan yang tuntas 6 anak, siklus I hasil rata-rata nilai 62,5% dengan yang tuntas 10 anak, siklus II hasil rata-rata nilai 87,5% dengan yang tuntas 14 anak. Kesimpulan pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) di Kelas VIII SMP 3 Negeri Panji dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI dengan materi tauhid dalam Islam.
