Abstract

Kurangnya keterampilan kooperatif dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di SMP N 1 Tretep Temanggung menjadi pendorong dilakukannya penelitian penerapan metode Joyfull Learning untuk menanamkan sikap kerjasama. Pembelajaran PAI belum menggunakan strategi baru, siswa masih kesulitan mengungkapkan pendapatnya sendiri dan kurang mampu menanamkan sikap kooperatif di dalam kelas. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru menyebabkan siswa lebih cepat bosan. Dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Joyfull Learning diharapkan siswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kooperatif di kelas, tidak cepat bosan, dan lebih tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuasi kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B, guru PAI kelas VIII B, dan kepala sekolah SMP N 1 Tretep Temanggung. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam metode ini adalah analisis manual, temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Joyfull Learning untuk menanamkan sikap kerjasama pada siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP N 1 Tretep berjalan dengan baik. Sikap kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI juga berjalan dengan baik dan diminati oleh siswa yaitu melalui penggunaan model kooperatif dan model diskusi; Namun, terkadang guru kesulitan mengatur kondisi kelas.

Abstract

Education is the only means to change human behavior, morals and character. Only with education will a person's condition change for the better in all aspects of life. However, if we look at it today, the morale of the students is far toasty than fire. This reality does not show a significant change in the morals of students and is far from the goal of education itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which boarding schools instill honest, disciplined and independent characters in students. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method by providing an overview of what programs are carried out to instill these characters. The results of several programs launched by the Khalifah Boarding School Middle School show that there will be very significant change.

Abstract

In the Aqidah Akhlak subject, it prohibits beliefs, behavior, attitudes, and faith in Allah SWT. The aim of the research is to find out how the learning outcomes of class VIII A in the Aqidah Akhlak subject are through the application of the Paragraph Mind Mapping method.This study uses a type of quantitative research research. Research activities were carried out from November to December 2022. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. From this population, one class was taken, namely class VIII A with 32 students. The variable in the research used by the author is the use of the Paragraph Mind Mapping method. Collecting data using this test method the author gives tests in the form of individual post-tests or pre-tests prepared with the learning material that has been studied.The results showed that learning using the Mind Mapping method went well and received a positive response from students. The results of hypothesis testing obtained 5.32. Then it is compared with dk = +-2 = 16+16-2 = 30. With dk 30 and an error level of 5% then = 1.46. In this case the provisions apply if it is smaller than then accepted. It turns out that what you get is bigger (5.32>1.46 and 5.32>1.50). Because it was rejected and accepted.The suggestions in this study are that students are expected to be more active in learning both at school and at home, so that their learning is optimal. Students should be able to further improve discipline during the teaching and learning process takes place.So it can be concluded that the Paragraph Mind Mapping method can improve student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan yang demokratis dengan menggunakan prinsip syura atau musyawarah dan mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi penerapan konsep pendidikan demokratis di instansi atau lembaga pendidikan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan paradigma kualitatif, dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan sistem library research atau kajian pustaka yang mengandalkan sumber karya tulis kepustakaan. Jenis teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, transkrip, buku, surat kabar, majalah, prasasti dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konsep pendidikan demokratis dengan prinsip syura dalam perspektif islam terhadap kajian teoritis ayat ayat Al-Quran diantaranya (1) QS Yusuf ayat 67 menunjukan adanya pemahaman mengenai terciptanya sebuah tujuan diantaranya ialah menjadikan adanya hakikat dan tujuan pendidikan islam yakni sebuah paradigma kebebasan berpikir, berbicara, dan bertindak semuanya merupakan inti dari etos pendidikan Islam, (2) QS Al-Imran ayat 159 menunjukan adanya  prinsip dan kriteria pendidikan demokrasi dengan  syura atau musyawarah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang maju guna mencapai tujuan bersama sesuai dengan penerapan prinsip kemajemukan, musyawarah, keselarasan, mufakat, ekonomi yang jujur, sosial budaya di lingkungan sekolah  (3) QS Asy- Syura ayat 38 menunjukan implementasi konsep pendidikan demokratis dengan prinsip syura dalam perspektif islam dapat dilihat dari hakekat pendidikan islam yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan  idealistik, dimulai dengan penerapan pendidikan integralistik, humanistik, dan pragmatik Kata kunci: Pendidikan Demokratis, Prinsip Syura, QS Yusuf ayat 67, QS Al-Imran ayat 159, QS Asy-Syura ayat 38

Abstract

Leadership in educational administration is very important to help achieve the desired educational goals. In the context of educational administration, leadership plays an important role in guiding and leading the people involved in the education system, including students, teachers, administrative staff, and parents. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effectiveness of leadership in managing appropriate educational administration, so as to be able to manage human, financial and physical resources to support quality learning and teaching. Writing this article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques in the form of literature studies. The research results show that overall, effective leadership in education administration can help create an inclusive, responsive, and effective education system in achieving the desired educational goals.

Abstract

Life in this universe turns out to have diversity. In Indonesia, there are various backgrounds of different religions, ethnicities, languages, races, skin colors and different artistic and cultural traditions, as well as the heritage of the ancestral nation which is truly protected. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach that describes multiculturalism in Indonesia: The Experience of the Independence Period seen from the past history after Indonesia's independence. Multiculturalism is an ideology that recognizes and respects the equality of existing cultural differences. Islamic religious teachings which always precipitate, kinship togetherness and harmony which is contained in a term al-maqashdudsysyar'i (religious goals) as a form of unified whole and being independent that stands in the midst of differences. The forms of multiculturalism in Indonesia include in the political, cultural, economic and social fields. One example in the political field is the four pillars or four shared contexts, namely ideology, law, diversity, and motto, in the cultural field, for example, hospitality among citizens, to guests, speaking politely, being polite and welcoming to nyimah in Lampung, in in the economic field, he recognized shari'ah insurance and shari'ah banking, and in the social field, for example, Chinese citizens and Arab citizens were accepted as Indonesian citizens.

Abstract

Religious education is aimed at forming Indonesian people who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character and are able to maintain peace and harmony in inter- and inter-religious relations and develop the ability of students to understand, live and practice religious values that harmonize their mastery in science, technology and art. Even though Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects have been applied since formal educational institutions existed, the phenomena of radicalism and sectarianism still surface as a concern for pruralist national life. This study with a literature approach tries to find theoretical answers regarding inclusive Islamic values and learning patterns of Islamic Religious Education in madrasas and schools that are aimed at forming individuals. which is expected to be able to create individual students who are faithful and pious and have noble character and are able to maintain peace and harmony in inter- and inter-religious relations. Research result; 1) Inclusive Islamic values in principle are Islamic values in the dimension of tawasuf which reflects Islam as a moderate religion (Islam wasathiyah-Moderation Islam); 2) Islamic Religious Education in terms of inclusive Islamic values must be understood as planting, forming, teaching, nurturing, directing and supervising the internalization and actualization of values in the knowledge, morals and behavior of students in five stages; receiving (listening), responding (responding), valuating (giving value and commitment to values), organization (organizing values within oneself), and characterization (values as behavioral attitudes); 3) The learning method for inclusive Islamic values must be an accumulation of exemplary, stories, visits, discussions, simulations, and cooperative methods.

Abstract

Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk memaparkan upaya mengintensifkan pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pendidikan dengan mengimplementasikan McKinsey’s kerangka kerja 7S.  Mutu menjadi aspek terpenting dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan, dimana mutu diyakini sebagai  modal utama dalam menghadapi persaingan. Oleh sebab itu, mengelola sebuah Lembaga pendidikan haruslah secara komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari bagaimana sebuah lembaga mengelola mutu itu. Pengelolaan manajemen mutu pada dasarnya diarahkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara konsisten dan mencapai peningkatan secara terus-menerus dalam setiap aspek aktivitas lembaga pendidikan. Pada dasarnya manajemen mutu berusaha meningkatkan mutu pekerjaan, produktivitas dan efisiensi melalui perbaikan kinerja baik internal maupun eksternal. Mutu dari pendidikan dapat diketahui dari pemenuhan delapan standar pendidikan yang harus dipenuhi oleh sekolah. Delapan standar pendidikan tersebut meliputi, standar isi (pelaksanaan dan pengembangan kurikulum), standar proses, standar penilaian, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar pengelolaan elemen di institusi pendidikan,standar pembiayaan pendidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan.Oleh karena itu , Salah satu usaha yang relatif baru di sekolah adalah model yang diterapkan pada kerangka kerja 7S McKinsey.Model kerangka kerja 7S McKinsey mempromosikan manajemen berbasis nilai yang memiliki unsur unsur keras dan unsur lunak. Elemen keras meliputi: strategi, struktur, dan sistem, sedangkan elemen perangkat lunak meliputi: nilai, keterampilan, gaya, dan staf. Kedua unsur-unsur tersebut terintegrasi dalam pelaksanaan yang sangat penting bagi Pendidikan agar manajemen mutu pendidikan sekolah dapat berhasil sesuai harapan

Abstract

In every organization the position and role of the leader is always very central. The progress and decline of the organization is very dependent on the extent to which the leader is able to imagine advancing his organization. Likewise, in the context of the madrasa as an organization, the position of the head of the madrasa is also very important in advancing the institution he leads. An innovative leader is a leader who has a leadership style as a democratic style or a leadership style that does not make decisions from his point of view only but collects all ideas from all employees and then conducts deliberations and decides together. It means being an innovative leader is through the leadership style applied by the leader. To win the competition, education providers must at least have a competitive attitude in carrying out their institutional duties. Related to this, leaders need to analyze the needs of students and map the trends and strengths of competition, set quality standards, and formulate demands for environmental needs and trends. The most effective innovative leadership traits are those who clearly describe their vision of the end result of their innovation. They are able to clearly describe their goals, dreams, hopes, and imaginations about the changes they want to achieve. They are able to describe it very well, thus inspiring the people they lead to work harder to make it happen. The competitiveness of madrasas in the context of the current era is an absolute thing. This competitiveness correlates with the quality of the madrasa, the more qualified and professional the management of the madrasa, the more competitive it will be. The Urgency of Improving the Quality and Competitiveness of Madrasas The effective and efficient implementation of education from a madrasa should refer to the complex and ever-changing interests of society from every era. graduate service users.
