Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the level of sales of kaopi diversified products as a new processed product in the community. This study analyzed product sales trends to determine consumers' preference in the new processed products from kaopi flour. The data of kaopi diversified products’ sales were collected during two weeks after promoting the product through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The results show that consumers were interested to buy kaopi diversified products within the two-week sales period. The tuli-tuli product had the highest sales among processed products of kaopi flour. Thus, it can be concluded that the kaopi flour diversification product was accepted by the public. Keywords: Marketing of kaopi product diversifications, Kaopi Flour Diversification ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penjualan produk diversifikasi kaopi sebagai produk olahan baru di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu penting untuk menganalisis trend penjualan produk untuk melihat minat masyarakat terhadap produk olahan baru dari tepung kaopi. Metode penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan data penjualan produk diversifikasi kaopi selama masa penjualan 2 (dua) minggu setelah melakukan promosi produk melalui media sosial seperti face book, instagram dan whatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trend minat konsumen untuk membeli produk diversifikasi kaopi cukup baik dalam kurun waktu penjualan selama dua minggu. Produk Tuli-tuli memperlihatkan trend penjualan tertinggi diantara produk olahan tepung kaopi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan produk diversifikasi tepung kaopi dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Abstract

Risk management plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of supply chain of raw materials to support industrial production processes. It is critical in the sense that it can be employed to identify any potential risks before they be used to reduce the potential shortage of dried seaweed supply needed by PT XYZ using pemasok selection. This supply chain model. The best selected suppliers were determined through assessing different assigned weights to the criteria and sub-criteria constructed in a Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) tree. PT XYZ is an alkali treated cottoni (ATC) chips and SRC powder supplier network with low risk supply chain partnership. ABSTRAKStrategi penanganan risiko kekurangan pasokan merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko kekurangan bahan baku rumput laut kering untuk kebutuhan industri rumput laut di PT XYZ dengan melakukan pemilih pemasok. Manajemen risiko rantai pasokan memainkan peran yang lebih penting daripada sebelumnya. Perusahaan harus fokus itu, naskah ini mengusulkan metode  risiko dari perspektif tiap risiko rantai pasokan dan memilih pemasok dengan menerapkan metode (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan sub-kriteria untuk pemilihan pemasok PT XYZ adalah industri pengolahan rumput laut dalam bentuk alkali treated cottonii (ATC)-Chips dan SRC . Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memdapatkan pemasok yang lebih efektif dan pada saat yang sama mendapatkan mitra rantai pasokan yang berisiko rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe, Lahundape Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City. Determination of the research location is done purposively. Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation methods. The analysis used multiple regression analysis. Results Based on research analyzing the marketing mix of UD cashew products. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari City. The results showed that the assessment of the aspects of the marketing mix (product, price, and place) had an outstanding rating category where the average consumer chose an answer score of 4 or agreed. In contrast, the marketing mix (promotion) aspect had a poor rating category where the average consumer chooses an answer score of 3 or less to agree and two or disagree. The results of processing and computerization using SPSS version 15 show the effect of purchasing decisions on aspects of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) by obtaining the Fount Ftable and significant value <0.1. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the study has a simultaneous effect on the product, price, place, and promotion variables on product purchasing decisions. While the t-test results (partial) on the product, price, place, and promotion variables affect purchasing decisions cashew products UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari City, the variable that has a more dominant influence on purchasing decisions is the price variable which shows the t-count value is greater than the table (8.231517 > 1.65657), or sig, < a (0.00000001 < 0.1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing cashew products using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari City. Determination of the research location purposively. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Theanalytical method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results showed the development of cashew products at UD. Mubaraq Lombe cashew using the QFD method, it was found that the priorities to be developed in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers in a row include: (1) the selling price ofcashew products is affordable (8.430%), (2) sales discounts on certain days (7.686%) , (3) discounted cashew product purchases (7.270%), (4) cashew product sales online (6.822%), (5) easy to get cashew products (6.623%), (6) does not contain preservatives (6.567%) , (7) good product quality (6,435%), (8) product taste (6,410%), (9) information on nutritional value on cashew product packaging (6,384%), (10) price match with product quality (8,430%) , (11) there is a certificate of permission from the Ministry of Health (department of health) for cashew products (6.255%), (12) there are halal certificates and labels for cashew products (6.230%), (13) information on expiration (expiration date) (6.229%), (14 ) various types of cashew products (6,227%), and (15) attractive product packaging designs (6,152%).

Abstract

                 This study aims to determine: (a) how many times per month the frequency of purchasing raw materials, (b) how much the total cost of raw material supplies determines the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Approach policy, and find out what the limit for ordering raw materials is needed during the grace period for the Tempe Asli Harapan Bangsa Medium Enterprises. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method approach. The results showed that the frequency of ordering soybean raw materials for Tempe Asli Harapan Bangsa medium enterprises in 2020 was 28 times; in 2021, there were 27 orders in one year. The limit or point of ordering raw materials needed when using the EOQ method in 2020 is 63,427 Kg, and in 2021 it is 72,385 Kg. The total cost of the company's raw material inventory, when calculated according to the EOQ for 2020, is IDR 452,620,622; in 2021, it is IDR 471,266,128. So, the total cost of soybean raw material inventory calculated according to the EOQ is greater than that incurred by the Original Harapan Bangsa Tempe Business, so there is an additional cost of soybean raw material inventory when using the EOQ method in preparing soybean raw material.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the process analysis of white jellyfish (aurelia aurita) processing business in cv. almahaera in puupi village of kolono districct of south konawe regency. Determination of the location of the study is done intentionally (purposive). Data collection is done by observation, interview and documeation methods. Respondents in the study were business owners, secretaries and several employees at jellyfish processing companies (Aurelia aurita). The study was analyzed using income analysis. The results showed that the variable total cost of production was produced by a production value of Rp957,435,000, total receipts of Rp2,430,400,000, total revenue of Rp 1,472,965,000 and R/C Ratio of 2.54.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supply chain in the tofu and tempeh industry in Konda Village. The method in this study is qualitative with primary data from field observations and questionnaire interviews. Data analysis used data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the supply chain management of tofu in the tofu and tempeh industry in Konda Village involved soybean suppliers, producers, diluents and final consumers. The supply chain of the tofu and tempeh industry in Konda Village has two channels. Channel I consists of suppliers - producers of the tofu and tempeh industry in Konda Village, channel II consists of producers - retailers - final consumers. The product flow flowing from upstream to downstream has 2 systems, delivered and delivered. Financial flows flowing from downstream to upstream have 2 systems, transactions and via banks. The flow of information flows from two directions including supply and demand.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on product dimensions, price, place, and promotion on consumer satisfaction in the Simple Banana Chips Industry in Konda District, South Konawe Regency. Determination of the research location was done purposively. Data was collected using a questionnaire, interview, and documentation methods. The analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of research conducted on the analysis of the marketing mix of banana chips in the Simple Banana Chips Industry, it can be concluded that the results of the assessment and responses of consumer respondents to aspects of the marketing mix of product dimensions, price and place have a satisfied rating category where the average consumer chooses a scored answer four or agree. In contrast, the aspect of the marketing mix (promotion) has a poor rating category where the average consumer chooses an answer score of 3 or less satisfied and two or dissatisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, berapa besar pendapatan istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, berapa besar pendapatan keluarga nelayan dan berapa besar kontribusi pendapatan istri nelayan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2019 di Desa Mowundo Kecamatan Molawe Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 responden menggunakan teknik sensus dan pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dengan menjual ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan, dengan rata-rata pendapatan istri sebesar Rp 5.611.000.00/bulan, dan rata-rata pendapatan keluarga nelayan sebesar Rp 11.574.000.00/bulan, kontribusi pendapatan istri nelayan sebesar 48%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan istri nelayan berada dalam kriteria sedang, dimana pendapatan istri nelayan tidak melebihi pendapatan suami mereka.Kata Kunci: Peran, Istri, Pendapatan, Kontribusi, Desa Mowundo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the knowledge, perceptions, and adaptation of lowland rice farmers to climate change in Kendari City and to analyze the factors that influence farmers to adapt. The study population was 224 lowland rice farmers in Kendari City. Sampling was done by using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The number of samples is 69 farmers. The variables in this study include: farmers 'knowledge, farmers' perceptions of indicators of climate change, and factors that influence farmers in adapting to climate change. Correlation test is used to determine the factors that have a significant relationship value to the farmers' decision to adapt, and is followed by logistic regression tests. The study results show that only a small proportion (20.29 percent) of farmers understand the phenomenon of climate change. Farmers who have local knowledge in reading climate are 21.74 percent. Farmers' perceptions of climate change indicators include hesitating on rising air temperatures, agreeing to unpredictable rainy and dry seasons and doubting the increase in extreme weather events. Farmers' perceptions of the impacts of climate change include agreeing that floods and droughts occur more frequently, crop failure / puso increases, attacks by pests and diseases increase, and production decreases. Factors that influence farmers' decisions in adapting are: period of farming experience, education, training and frequent receiving of agricultural information.Keywords: knowledge; local knowledge; perceptions; adaptation; climate change.
