Abstract

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in class VA SDI Bhoanawa 1 through the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research with the stages plan, action, observe and reflect. The research subjects were 15 students of SDI Bhoanaa class VA. Data obtained by observation and test techniques. Data were analyzed with simple statistics to determine the percentage of individual and classical completeness of each cycle. The results showed that after applying the Quantum learning model for two cycles there was an increase in activity and learning outcomes of Catholic Religion in class VA students at SDI Bhoanawa 1.

Abstract

This study aims to increase teacher motivation in teaching using teaching aids at SDI Mbulilo'o. Based on the description on the background, problem identification and problem limitation, the focus of this research is related to efforts to improve teacher motivation by using teaching aids at SDI Mbulilo'o Ende. This school action research was conducted at SDI Mbulilo'o Ende. Under the supervision of the researchers themselves. This type of research is the School Action Research (PTS) located at SDI Mbulilo'o Ende, which is aimed at teachers. The main reason is from the results of observations and information from the teacher, that the teaching ability of the teacher is still low. The sample in this study were all 12 teachers at SDI Mbulilo'o Ende. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that in the aspect of the principal's activity as a facilitator, he achieved a score of 27 or a percentage of 64 from all aspects of the assessment or as large as 66. % of all activities accomplished. Then in the second cycle the score obtained was 38 or with the percentage of achievement of 98% of all aspects achieved. In the aspect of teacher activity as a participant in this study, in the first cycle the score obtained from the implementation of the direction by the principal got a score of 45 or with a percentage of achievement of 56%. Then in cycle II the participation rate was 77% higher than cycle I and with an implementation score of 67. Aspects of teacher motivation during the implementation of the direction from cycle I to cycle II, teacher motivation in using teaching aids tends to increase. Where if in cycle I obtained a percentage of achievement of 54% with a sufficient category, then cycle II obtained a percentage of 77% or in the Very Good category.

Abstract

Most of the science learning at SD Inpres Numba 2, especially in grade VI, still uses conventional methods. Lectures, assignments and exercises from teachers still dominate learning in class. Learning that involves activities is rarely done. Teachers are still central in informing facts and concepts through the lecture method. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in science learning outcomes in grade VI SD Inpres Numba 2, Nangapenda District, Ende Regency. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 grade students consisting of 6 boys and 4 girls. Based on the results of the research implementation, the researcher concluded that the jigsaw cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in grade VI. This can be seen from the average value of cycle I and cycle II which increased from 61.5 to 67.5 in cycle I and 79 in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student interest in learning by applying the snake and ladder game media. This type of research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires, tests, documentation, and field notes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the snake and ladder game media can increase interest in learning and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the observation percentage of students 'interest in learning who reach the fairly active and very active categories, namely 51 percent in cycle I to 90 percent in cycle II and the percentage of students' interest in learning who reach the category of sufficiently interested and very interested, namely 60 percent in cycle I to 85 percent in cycle II. Learning outcomes also increased from the percentage of classical completeness, namely 54 percent in cycle I to 100 percent in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the quantum learning model and improve learning outcomes of Catholic Religion education for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Bhoanawa 1. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. The results of this study indicate an increase in science learning outcomes with the application of the quantum learning model. This shows that the quantum learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the fifth grade Catholic Religious Education subject in SD Inpres Bhoanawa 1.

Abstract

The results of preliminary observations made by researchers at SDK Kekawii Ende on the social studies learning process showed that the learning process was still dominated by teachers. This has an impact on self-efficacy and low student learning outcomes. When the learning process takes place students appear less enthusiastic in participating in learning, ashamed to express opinions, and lack confidence in doing the assignments given by the teacher. Therefore, improvement efforts are needed, namely by applying the carousel feedback model. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests, documentation, and field notes. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the carousel feedback learning model could increase self-efficacy, motivation, and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of students who achieve high and very high levels of self-efficacy, namely 67 percent in cycle I to 83 percent in cycle II. Thus student learning outcomes also increased, seen from the percentage of classical completeness, namely 75 percent in cycle I to 92 percent in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic supervision on increasing teacher motivation in preparing learning preparation tools. The study was designed in 3 cycles, each of which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, reflecting and revising. The action taken is supervision followed by billing commitments and guidance. Data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is descriptive-comparative method. The results of the study, quantitatively, show an increase in teacher motivation in compiling syllabus and lesson plans from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3. In cycle 2, this is also the case in cycle 3. Based on the data on the results of the action from cycle to cycle, there appears to be a change or development of cycle 1 to cycle 2, and from cycle 2 to cycle 3. If in cycle 1, the number of teachers who submitted syllabus documents was 3 people or 37.5 percent, then in cycle 2, the number of teachers who had submitted documents increased by 1 person so that to 4 teachers or 50 percent. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the number of teachers who submitted documents increased by 2 people, so that the total number of teachers who had submitted documents up to cycle 3 became 6 people or 83.3 percent.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The need to find work causes the demand for jobs to be greater than those available in the country, while other countries need workers. The difficulty of getting a job at home encourages some workers to try their luck abroad. There is no other choice, so they have to work including abroad. The government requires that the Indonesian Migrant Workers must be legal, sent through an official agency that helps them to apply for passports and visas, obtain a health certificate, pay for insurance and other obligations, have language skills and abilities. The low level of education of prospective TKI causes them to face the risk of being easily deceived by other parties. They do not understand the rules and requirements for working abroad. The low number of reports of Indonesian migrant workers experiencing certain cases to the authorities is also based on their concern because they have false identities. This research is a normative legal research, which discusses the legal protection for Indonesian migrant workers before, during, and after working abroad and the protection provided by Law Number 18 of 2017 which replaces Law Number 39 of 2004 concerning Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers Abroad. Legal protection for Indonesian migrant workers can be carried out optimally, as long as the parties involved are truly carrying out the agreed laws and regulations. Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the early history of the emergence of Blidit hot springs. 2) To find out the condition of tourist facilities in the Blidit hot spring tourist attraction. 3) To find out the public's view on the potential utilization of the Blidit hot spring tourist attraction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that: the early history of the emergence of Blidit hot springs was first found by the Blidit people who wanted to go hunting in the forest and one of them stepped on the water and felt the water was hot but they thought the water came from Mount Egon because Mount Egon is a mountain fiery. The water emerged from the ground through cracked soil and it is said that at that time there was a person named gahu which means heat was cut and his body was stored in the water and at that time also in the bathing place there was a guard and when he wanted to visit that place he had to many people and keep things in that place such as roko, money and betel nut when in that place, visitors should not utter harsh words. The condition of tourist facilities for tourist attractions, Blidit hot spring baths, is classified as not good. Judging from the condition or state of the hot springs, there are still very few facilities and are not cared for and kept clean where visitors still use private vehicles and access roads that still use paths that are still in the form of soil and rocks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work performance of the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development of village infrastructure. The data collection process in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques as field evidence. The research took place in Nduaria Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency. Based on field data, it was found that 8 village infrastructure development programs that were realized reached 100 percent completion and 6 work programs had not been realized due to lack of funds and waiting for the next stage of village fund disbursement. This factor is an obstacle to the infrastructure development process in Nduaria Village
