Abstract

This research is goal to know: 1). Know the lending to the income of the cooperative syuradikara 2). know the cycles of liquditas the increase in the income of the syuradikara unions. The research method used descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative, Types of data collected secondary data with the size of Current Ratio. Current Ratio is the ratio between the amount of current assets with current debt. Analyzer used to know the effect of credit saving and leverage and liquidity turnover to unions income at credit cooperative Syurdikara using Multiple Regression Analysis. There is a significant effect of lending and liquidity turnover on the earnings of credit unions Syurdikara. Because the value of F count for -26.8, is smaller than 0.19. This means there are other factors affecting Syurdikara cooperative income.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the form of nationalism of Indo Ernest Douwes Dekker to fight for equality between all layers with the Europeans. Through the tortuous struggle undergo various disposal has spawned a sense of nationalism as the basis of pinjakan for Indonesia Merdeka. The purpose of the study was to find out how Ernest Douwes Dekker's nationalism fought to achieve equality between European white people and indigenous peoples and Indo. The method used in this study using the method of History (historical method). The steps used in this study, which is first is to collect the source (heuristic), the second is the source or verification criticism, the third step is the interpretation, the fourth step historiografi reconstruction (writing) history. The results show that: Douwes Dekker is a descendant of the Netherlands. His concern for the colonial nation's oppression of the Natives tapped his conscience to fight for the Indo (The Dutch) Natives of all discrimination. The real step taken by Douwes Dekker to voice his aspirations is to establish a political party or known as Indische Partij. Tjipto is known to oppose a deeply rooted feudal system, while Soewardi who is a member of the Pakualaman kingdom rejects cultural subordination under Western imperialism. The three of them combined into a triad to oppose colonialism through its political party. The twists and turns of his struggle so that all three of them are dumped. The result of this triad effort has led to the roots of nationalism to fight for Indonesian independence.

Abstract

The life of the fishing community of the village of Bheramari depends solely on seafood. These fishermen, arrested in two ways. For large fishermen, they make arrests using motorized boats so it easy to sail in the sea. With modern tools used to boost income. Viewed from the economic factor for the big fishermen is inversely proportional to the income of small fishermen. While small fishermen commonly called traditional fishermen in fishing only rely on rowing boats. The purpose of this research is 1) to know the constraints faced by fishermen in Bheramari village; 2) to find out the survival strategy of fishing communities in Bheramari village. The method of research used is qualitative method with data collection technique is interview, observation and documentation. To analyze the data there are 4 steps used (1) Data collection, (2) Data reduction, (3) Presentation of data or display data, and (4) draw conclusion. The result of the research shows that: (1) the constraints faced by fishermen in Bheramari village are four obstacles, namely natural condition canstraints, capital business constraints. (2) The survival strategy of fishermen community in Bheramari village is done by fishermen to survive by job diversification.

Abstract

The purpose of research to know implementation of National Standard School Management (SSN) in SMP Negeri 2 Ende. The result showed that the implementation of the national standard school program (SSN) at SMP Negeri 2 Ende was implementation well in accordance with the 8 national standards of education (SNP) constaraints encontered with good management ability by the school. The implementation of the national standard school program (SSN) in SMP Negeri 2 Ende can improve the quality of education seen from the data of the last five years graduation with 100%.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to know the cause of woman in urban village Kotandora willing to work as fish seller and impact of mother housewife role become woman fish seller in Kelurahan Kotandora. The approach in is this research is qualitative approach. Data collection techniquees obtained by doing observations (observation), interviews, library study, and documentation. the results of the study generally indicate that the factors causing women in the Kelurahan Kotandora choose to work as a fish seller for economic reasons. This is because the saurce of income of husband in the family is relatively small, so unable to meet the needs of the household economy. Therefore there was an impact of the shift from the role of housewife to woman fishmonger.

Abstract

Philosophy is the science of all sciences or the mother of all sciences. It means that philosophy is the source of all knowledge that exists. Philosophy be the sole cause existing development in the overall aspects of basic and not experienced by humans. Moreover, the philosophy is also a science that focuses on the study of the entire universe. Philosophy is a basic change in thinking and human thought. Education in Indonesia at present has experienced a rapid development, the success of the manusai Indonesia in general and students in particular. The process of development experienced by learners ushered in a successful life as a human. it appears in the objectives of the National Education System Law no. 20 in 2003. Thus it can be understood that the philosophy of education as a guide or foundation for Indonesia's education in order to develop the mandate of the Constitution of 1945 on Indonesian education. Therefore, the philosophy of education need to be studied in the realm of formal education. This is done as a form of learning on what needs to be the standard in the world of education.

Abstract

One effort to improve the education is by doing research because it can improve someone competence which is found by the motivation and needs in developing a scientific writing. This research is a descriptive qualitative. Subject of this research is analyzing the students’ needs and motivation in mathematics study program toward ability to write a scientific writing for academic years 2015/2016 with involved 109 students in semester II to semester VI randomly. This research was conducted at Mei-June 2016. Data collection was taken by giving the questionaire. Due to the result of the analysis, and discussion so that it can conclude that students’ need to write the scientic writing 70% is categorized strong, meanwhile intrinsinc motivation is strongest than extrinsic motivation. It can show by the data of students’ extrinsinc motivation is 55%, meanwhile intrinsic motivation is strongest is about 92%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Ariska Furniture in overcoming the unemployment of the community in Foabata Subdistrict, Ngada Bawah District, Ngada Regency. The focus of this research is the role of Ariska Furniture the number of unemployment absorbed by Ariska’s Furniture as labor and the level of labor productivity in Ariska Furniture. The type of research used is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods. A qualitative approach is used to describe the role of Ariska Furniture in overcoming unemployment. While the quantitative approach is used to analyzed the certainty of the high and low of Ariska Furniture. The instrument used are observation, interviews based on the guidelines prepared and questionnaires. The calculations results, r=0,425 which is consulted with the table r product moment value for subject (N) 20 people, in a significance level of 5% = 0,514 and a significance of 1% = 0,641, it turns out the calculation results r=0,425 is smaller than the r table product value moment, both for the significance level of 5% and 1%. The results of data processing dan analysis, prove that the role of Ariska Furniture in overcoming unemployment for the people of Foabata Village, Ngada Bawah subdistrict, Ngada District is low.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether or not there are connections between classroom management with the achievement studied physics grade VIII semester 4 SMP Negeri 2 Ende. Correlation between classroom management and student learning achievements with the value amounting to 0.692 rxy. The results showed that there were significant relationships between classroom management with the achievement studied physics grade VIII semester 4 SMP Negeri 2 Ende. This is demonstrated by the acquisition of r_hitung value = 0,692 > r_tabel = 0,239 determination coefficient with the contribution amounted to 47.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) The use of online newspaper media in economics lessons with a scientific approach in class X IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Ende 2) The effect of the use of online newspaper media on economic learning motivation on demand and supply material in class X IPA in SMA Negeri 1 Ende. This type of research is a combination of research with data collection techniques using the Questionnnaire, Obervation and Documentation, the data were analyzed using simple linear regression and product moment correlation. Based on the results of research that the use of online newspaper media as a learning media has an influence on learning motivation, and the use of online newspaper media has an impact on students economic learning motivation.
