Abstract

The institutions of ECD (Early Childhood Development) have a vital role in a nation education sector because they are the very first institutions to instill educational values to learners, either religious values or universal values. The management of ECD institutions has been seemingly considered less important or less prestigious compared with the management of higher education institutions such as high school or university level. This paper portrays the activity results of Community Service Program focusing on early childhood development in the Garawangi and Rancaputat village, Sumberjaya District, Majalengka. This paper is expected to increase the awareness of all parties regarding the importance of early childhood education management,  particularly in financial management aspect. In addition, it is expected to add insight about the Community Service Program with a focus on small institution in village such as early childhood development. Keywords: early childhood development, Garawangi, Rancaputat, Financial Management of Small Institutions

Abstract

AbstractThe cultural heritage of the village is becoming a hot discussion in the midst of such rapid global progress. Among the existing policies, each village is encouraged to have a policy document for the promotion of culture as a basis for development. One of the cultural heritages that is no less interesting is the philosophy of the Tapangeli teachings and Sunan Muria's Pager Mangkok. This can be said as an intangible cultural heritage that underlies the social, economic and cultural behavior of the people in the Muria Region to this day. This research using a qualitative approach, this study aims to narrate social praxis and the efforts made by the people of the Piji Wetan Cultural Village of Lau Village in realizing the above ideals. As a knife of analysis, the researcher uses the bourdieurian theory to reveal the norms and values agreed by the Piji Wetan community in preserving the legacy of Sunan Muria. As a result, the people of the Piji Wetan Cultural Village with the application of their bourdieurian theory won an award from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture as the best cultural village in 2020. Thus, researchers hope that this can inspire academics and social actors who want to advance culture like the Piji Wetan community in Lau Village.

Abstract

This research focused to the study about Hukuki Aile Kararmnamesi (HAK) in the historical aspect which is specialized to answer several main problems about background, characteristic of the fiqh thought, implementation as a legal constitution in Turkey, the methods of codification, and its role and existence between legislation of the family secular law in the early modern state of Turkey. The researcher use a historical analysis approach as method to describe the result of this research. The result of this research were: (1) The background of the codification of Islamic Family Law in Turkey is a condition of the Ottoman empire which had reformation in the law field in the Sultan Abdul Hamid period. Cause of the reformation of law is a pressure to the modernization and secularization by West states to the countries under Ottoman’s authority. Afterwards, the universal, unbounded to the one or more of mazhab thoughts, and realistic maybe can be mentioned as the characteristic of the HAK book; (2) The method of codification is Talfiq method. It is using several opinions from the muslem scholars in the difference sects, then choose one of the most relevan opinion of law which is needed by the citizen; and (3) Untill now the book (HAK) still implementated by the moslem society in the modern state of Turkey together with the legislation of The Civil Code, a secular family law as substitute of this book since the year 1926 ago.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif karena data yang diperoleh diolah dan dijelaskan dalam deskripsi penulis. Dalam memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi sumber data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dengan pengasuh, pengurus dan beberapa jamaah Majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo, serta sumber data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumentasi kegiatan. Adapun hasil temuan dari peran majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan yaitu: 1. Pembinaan keimanan jamaah, setelah mengikuti Majelis taklim ahad pagi ini jamaah merasakan adanya peningkatan keimanan. 2. Membina keluarga dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah melalui kegiatan bahsul masail di Ahad legi. 3. Pemberdayaan kaum dhuafa dengan diadakannya kegiatan santunan anak yatim setiap bulan Muharram. 4. Peningkatan ekonomi rumah tangga dengan banyaknya jamaah yang ikut mengaji sambil berjualan. 5. Sebagai tempat untuk belajar ilmu agama, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan. 6. Membina kerukunan sesama umat dengan silaturrahim.

Abstract

ISLAMIC STUDIES USING HERMENEUTICS APPRO- ACH. Al-Qur’an as the Islam’s holy book is a miracle that has been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for muslim’s life. As a Muslim, we necessarily have to understand exactly what the message of  the Quran. Al-Qur’an is not only readable even it is a worship, but more than that, how to implement the contents of  the Qur’an in everyday life. In understanding asbab al-nuzul certainly should understand that there are verses in the Qur’an. In addition, it should also understand various methods to understand the Qur’an, one of them is the hermeneutic approach. Hermeneutics as a method of reading the text has been widely recognized in various fields of  traditional Islamic scholarship, especially in the tradition of  fiqh and tafsir al-Qur’an. Meanwhile, modern hermeneutics in Islamic thought can basically be called a great leap in the formulation of  the methodology of  Islamic thought in general and methods of  interpretation of  the Kor’an in particular.Therefore, the approach of  hermeneutics in Islamic studies also need to be studied to add to the treasures of  knowledge and can provide new insights on how to understand the text and interpretation of the text that will be studied.keywords: Islamic Studies, Hermeneutics.Kitab Suci Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci agama Islam merupakan mukjizat yang telah diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw. sebagai pedoman umat Islam sepanjang hayat. Sebagai Muslim yang mempedomani tentu harus memahami betul apa pesan-pesan dalam Al-Qur’an.  Al-Qur’an  tidak  hanya  dibaca  meskipun  bernilai ibadah, akan tetapi lebih dari itu, bagaimana mengimplementasikan isi kandungan Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam memahami tentu harus memahami asbabun nuzul ayat-ayat yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an. Di samping itu, juga harus memahami berbagai macam metode dalam memahami Al-Qur’an, di antaranya dengan pendekatan hermeneutik. Hermeneutika sebagai metode membaca teks telah dikenal luas dalam pelbagai bidang keilmuan Islam tradisional, terutama dalam tradisi fikih dan tafsir Al-Qur’an. Sementara itu, hermeneutika modern dalam pemikiran Islam pada dasarnya dapat disebut lompatan besar dalam perumusan metodologi pemikiran Islam pada umumnya dan metode penafsiran Al-Qur’an pada khususnya.Oleh karena itu, pendekatan hermeneutika dalam kajian Islam juga perlu dipelajari untuk menambah khazanah keilmuan dan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru terhadap bagaimana memahami  teks  serta  penafsiran  terhadap  teks  yang akan  diteliti.kata kunci: Studi Islam, Hermeneutik.

Abstract

This article discusses about art from the point of view of Islamic spirituality. This is a study of the most important aspects of an art inspired by Islamic values, including literature, music, and other forms of art. Thus the deeper a person penetrates the meaning of Islamic art, the wider one understands of the relationship between art and Islamic spirituality. Arts are then refined by Islamic conception. Islam blesses every work of art that is in compliance with the Islamic teaching. The blessed works form a unique way of life that is in accordance with the norms of Islamic values. Acculturation of arts and local culture according to Islam is not value free, rather it is value bound.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji tradisi mitoni yang ada di dukuh Kedungbanteng, Kecamatan Karanganyar, Demak. Penelitian ini bercorak antropologis, dengan metode observasi partisipatoris, yakni peneliti secara langsung terlibat dalam ritual selametan mitoni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa ritual yang dilakukan sudah mengalami pergeseran, baik dari makna maupun kualitas ritual. Secara kuantitatif, ada beberapa perlengkapan (uba rampe) yang mulai hilang. Selain itu, banyak para ibu (generasi muda) yang tidak begitu paham akan simbol dan makna dari ritual dan perlengkapan yang digunakan.Kata Kunci: Tradisi Mitoni, ritual, nilai agama

Abstract

At the end of 2021, the President of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the formation of the National Commission for Disabilities (KND). They certainly need research data to support research-based policies. This article formulates the applied philosophy of disability-responsive Islamic higher education in Indonesia with a case study at IAIN Alaudin Makassar. This study uses a philosophical, phenomenological and educational policy approach. The data collected by observation, interviews and documentation were then analyzed with a philosophical and phenomenological perspective within the framework of education policy. This study concludes that the most important thing and is the main capital in building an inclusive campus is the issue of world view, namely the philosophical foundation that gives birth to the attitudes, behavior and culture of the campus community and society as a whole to build an inclusive campus for students with disabilities. With a philosophical vision of becoming a center for enlightenment and transformation of science and technology based on Islamic civilization, this is a curriculum idea that has the potential to be reconstructed into a curriculum document as a reference in curriculum implementation in achieving disability-responsive educational goals. This framework of thinking is part of an applied Islamic paradigm that is in line with the reasoning of the religion of peace or as a form of prophetic thinking paradigm based on theo-anthropocentric existentialist philosophy of  Islamic Religious Higher Education in Indonesia

Abstract

 GRADUATES RECEPTION QUALITYANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL ECONOMIC STUDIES SYARI’AH IN STAIN KUDUS VIEWED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE STAKEHOLDER. The first aim of  this study was to determine the potential reception of  graduates quality in Shariah Economic Studiesof  STAINKudus in the world of  work. Second, to determine the motivations and needs of  stakeholders on the acceptance of  the quality of  graduates in Economics   Shariah STAIN Kudus.And third, to determine what factors which are supporting and inhibiting the absorption of graduates of the Department of Shariah Economics STAIN Kudus in working world. The theory that was developed as a basis for the analysis is the pyramid theory of  motivation and needs of  Abraham Maslow. By using qualitative research approach, the analysis and discussion of this study are:First, the potential acceptance of  Shariah Economy graduates in the working world, especially in the banking and financial institutions Shari’ah is still very large and potentially growing along with the rapid growth in the number of  banking and financial institutions Shari’ah in Indonesia. Second, motivation and needs of  stakeholders for the graduates reception of Shariah Economic STAIN Kudus is because it is the only college in the state of  religion around the Pantura area having Shariah Economic Studies Program and easily accessible. In addition, in order to establish a more synergistic relationship with the STAIN kudus then either the shari’a banking and financial institutions are willing to accept graduates of  Shariah Economic Studies Program as employees, of course, with the various criteria established in the job requirements.Keywords:Potential,  Quality  Admissions,  Graduates, Economic Shariah, Stakeholder.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, untuk mengetahui potensi penerimaan kualitas alumni Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah STAIN Kudus di dunia kerja. Kedua, untuk mengetahui motivasi dan kebutuhan stakeholder terhadap penerimaan kualitas alumni. Dan ketiga, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat penyerapan alumni Ekonomi Syari’ah Jurusan Syari’ah STAIN Kudus di dunia kerja. Teori yang dikembangkan sebagai dasar analisis adalah teori piramida motivasi dan kebutuhan dari Abraham Maslow. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, hasil analisis dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah:Pertama, potensi penerimaan lulusan Ekonomi Syari’ah di dunia kerja, terutama di lingkungan perbankan syari’ah dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah masih sangat besar dan potensial seiring dengan semakin berkembang pesatnya pertumbuhan jumlah perbankan syari’ah dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah di Indonesia. Kedua, motivasi dan kebutuhan stakeholder terhadap penerimaan alumni Ekonomi Syari’ah STAIN Kudus adalah karena STAIN Kudus merupakan satu-satunya perguruan tinggi agama negeri di sekitar wilayah Pantura yang memiliki Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah dan mudah diakses. Selain itu, untuk menjalin hubungan yang lebih bersifat sinergis dengan STAIN Kudus, maka baik perbankan syari’ah maupun lembaga keuangan syari’ah bersedia menerima alumni Program Studi Ekonomi Syari’ah sebagai karyawan, tentunya dengan berbagai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam persyaratan kerja. Kata Kunci: Potensi, Penerimaan Kualitas, Alumni, Ekonomi Syari’ah, Stakeholder.
