Abstract

The development of the Indonesian economy is inseparable from the rapid development of the banking sector, including Islamic banking. This will cause competition between banks to be even tighter to increase competitiveness in various sectors, including the level of profitability. However, the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks is still low, which is below the standard set by Bank Indonesia of 1.5%. This study aims to describe the description of murabahah financing and profitability, as well as verify the effect of murabahah financing on profitability in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. Profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA) and murabahah financing measured by net murabahah financing on the financial statements of each bank. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The number of samples used in this study were 72 observational data from 9 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period 2010-2017. The results of this study murabahah financing have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia

Abstract

Psychology and human personality: qur’anic and islamic education perspective. One of the goals of Islamic education is to maintain and shape the human personality so that he becomes a plenary man who can maximize his role and duties as a servant devoted to Allah swt. and became the khali>fah of Allah swt. on earth. For this purpose, it is necessary to formulate the human personality that will guide and guide Islamic education in carrying out its educative role. By tracing the verses of the Qur’an that speak about humans and examine them philosophically, this paper intends to reveal a comprehensive picture of the human personality according to the Qur’an and Islamic education. Through the study it was concluded that man has two sides, namely: (1) relating to personality and spiritual aspect; (2) relating to the physical as well as the physical and physical aspects. This comprehensive human personality requires the movement and the area of Islamic education to touch all aspects of man. Abstract

Realitas masyarakat urban dengan heterogenitas tinggi memunculkan probalititas polemik horizontal yang beragam, seperti topik mengenai terusiknya ruang privasi individu. Representasi fenomena tersebut tercermin pada salah satu aktivitas tradisi komunitas muslim, yakni membangunkan sahur pada bulan Ramadan. Pergeseran nilai substansial yang terjadi dalam habituasi ini, yang awalnya sarat dengan nilai kultural menjadi cenderung serampangan, akibat penggunaan pengeras suara (loudspeaker), khususnya di masjid secara berlebihan. Topik menarik ini memancing Penulis untuk mengulik bagaimana akseptasi regulasi pengeras suara masjid oleh Bimas Islam Kemenag RI di masyarakat perkotaan terhadap pelaksanaan tradisi bangun sahur Ramadan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif dengan orientasi kajian literatur. Penulis akan mengeksplorasi fenomena terkait eksistensi budaya bangun sahur dari masa ke masa, yang dikoneksikan dengan realitas multikultural masyarakat perkotaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan probabilitas konflik yang terjadi seputar operasional pengeras suara masjid secara eksesif, khususnya pada aktivitas bangun sahur Ramadan di lingkup spektrum perkotaan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa resolusi konflik yang terjadi seputar problem ini dapat diatasi dengan dialog secara inklusif antar elemen masyarakat. Temuan interaksi yang proporsional dan tepat akan mengarahkan publik perkotaan pada bilik kesepahaman kordial dan harmonisasi sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of whatsapp group online learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah students in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic at MI NU Nurus Shofa Kudus. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. In this study the methods of data collection were observation and interviews. Research indicates that almost most of MI NU Nurus Shofa's teachers carried out online studies in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. As for the most widely used application in promoting online learning the whatsapp application, for then the whatsapp group is created. A teacher's material delivery is by having his students look at TVRI television and read the LKS book according to his subject. The methods of learning used are assignments and practices, the learning media used is a mobile phone using a whatsapp application, while the learning model is used a video. The problem students are experiencing is that they have not been able to use the whatsapp application, to send assignments, to do the problem, to understand the material, and to limit access to the Internet. In this case it takes a teacher's creativity to achieve the purpose of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran online di SDN Cabean 3 Demak pada masa pandemi Covid-19, 2) mengidentifikasi dampak yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran online terhadap guru, siswa, dan orang tua di SDN Cabean 3 dalam pada masa pandemi Covid-19, dan 3) mengidentifikasi alasan dampak tersebut dapat terjadi dalam pembelajaran online terhadap guru, siswa, dan orang tua di SDN Cabean 3 dalam pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode studi kasus. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas V SDN Cabean 3. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terbuka, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran online di SDN Cabean 3 pada masa pandemi Covid-19 telah dilaksanakan. 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran online, masing-masing kelas membuat grup WA, guru, 3) dampak positif dalam pembelajaran online adalah mendapatkan pengalaman baru dari pembelajaran online, kemampuan terhadap teknologi meningkat, dan waktu yang lebih fleksibel, 4) Sedangkan dampak negatif terkait kendala yang dialami antara lain, penambahan biaya kuota internet, gangguan jaringan internet, keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi, ketuntasan materi pelajaran tidak sesuai capaian kurikulum

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif karena data yang diperoleh diolah dan dijelaskan dalam deskripsi penulis. Dalam memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi sumber data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dengan pengasuh, pengurus dan beberapa jamaah Majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo, serta sumber data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumentasi kegiatan. Adapun hasil temuan dari peran majelis taklim ahad pagi di Desa Kadirejo dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan yaitu: 1. Pembinaan keimanan jamaah, setelah mengikuti Majelis taklim ahad pagi ini jamaah merasakan adanya peningkatan keimanan. 2. Membina keluarga dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah melalui kegiatan bahsul masail di Ahad legi. 3. Pemberdayaan kaum dhuafa dengan diadakannya kegiatan santunan anak yatim setiap bulan Muharram. 4. Peningkatan ekonomi rumah tangga dengan banyaknya jamaah yang ikut mengaji sambil berjualan. 5. Sebagai tempat untuk belajar ilmu agama, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan. 6. Membina kerukunan sesama umat dengan silaturrahim.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Yanbu’a Dalam Meningkatkan Kefasihan Membaca Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, Implementasi metode Yanbu’a di Pondok Pesantren Darur Rachman sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Pondok Pesantren yaitu, Terciptanya santri yang sholeh dan alim dalam masalah diniyyah serta intelek dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman serta dengan misi Menempa santri dalam hal penguasaan diniyyah. Kedua, faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi metode Yanbu`a adanya dukungan dari pihak pondok pesantren dalam menerapkan metode Yanbu’a; faktor Keinginan serta motivasi santri untuk bisa dan menguasai bacaan Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar; lingkungan yang menunjang terlaksananya penerapan metode Yanbu’a di pondok pesantren Darul Rachman. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu pihak pesantren ketika menerima santri baru tidak ada seleksi atau tes baca Al-Qur’an untuk menjadi tolak ukur apakah santri baru itu layak masuk atau bisa diterima atau tidak; kurangnya kegiatan tadarus rutin yang bertujuan sebagai sarana santri dalam mendalami dan memperlancar bacaan Al-Qur’an; faktor dari pribadi santri yang belajar Al-Qur’an tanpa diawasi oleh ustad atau guru yang kompeten; dan santri kurang memiliki kesadaran  bahwa untuk bisa membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seorang muslim. AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an at the Darul Rachman Kajan Krandon Kudus Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the Yanbu'a method at Darur Rachman Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the Islamic Boarding School, namely, the creation of sholeh and pious santri in the problem of diniyyah and intellect and adaptive to the times and with the mission of forging students in terms of Diniyyah mastery. Second, the supporting factors for the successful implementation of the Yanbu`a method are the support from the boarding schools in implementing the Yanbu'a method; the desire and motivation factor of the students to be able to and master the recitation of the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly; an environment that supports the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in Darul Rachman Islamic boarding school. The inhibiting factor is that when the pesantren accepts new students, there is no selection or reading test of the Al-Qur'an to become a benchmark for whether new students are eligible to enter or can be accepted or not; the lack of routine tadarus activities which aim as a means for students to deepen and expedite the reading of the Al-Qur'an; the personal factor of the santri who learns the Qur'an without being supervised by a cleric or a competent teacher; and students lack the awareness that being able to read the Al-Qur'an is an obligation for a Muslim.

Abstract

Mohammed Arkoun is a contemporary Muslim philosopher who has tried to offer several methods of interpreting al-Qur'an text so that it can produce an objective meaning.  In the understanding of the researcher, Arkoun offers three stages in exracting the meaning of the al-Qur'an text. Namely, first: take a linguistic approach. Second, understand the language of mystical structures. Third, the reach and boundaries of traditional exegesis. One of the themes studied by Arkoun was the pilgrimage. In Arkoun's view, the hajj ritual was different from other Muslim philosophers. He tries to understand the pilgrimage by looking all of the aspects and complements involved so that it can substantially redefine the pilgrimage itself. Arkoun does not only read verses related to Hajj as a mandatory and absolute commands from the almighty. With all the complexities of these components of worship, it should have an important meaning that Muslim philosopher in general have not heard so far. The meaning of Hajj in Arkoun's view is that Hajj is just not a departure from one place to another, but an act of transference of the soul from a bad soul to be better soul, from bad customs and habits to good customs and habits, as well as becomig the soul is more obedient and obedient to God.

Abstract

This research examined the zakat agencies which concern to the education program. This research used library reserach. The documents used were the ins and outs of zakat agencies that have educational development programs. These documents were taken from the website of zakat agencies both BAZNAS and Dompet Dhuafa (DD). The data taken consisted of information, data, and news related to the alocation of zakat for education, education variations of education program, the type of zakat disbursement, and the path alocation in education. The data analysis was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that BAZNAS gave scholarships from Elementary School – Undergraduate (Islamic Religious Higher Education and Public Higher Education) and in-country scholarships. DD gave scholarships for undergraduate – Post graduate (Islamic Religious Higher Education and Public Higher Education), in-country scholarships, overseas scholarships, middle and high school level, education for teacher and literacy school. Zakat agencies are very varied in the development of education especially in Dompet Dhuafa from upstream to downstream.

Abstract

The purpose of this study consists of two points. First, explore the responses and strategies of the Bausasran community in overcoming economic problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, reviewing the religious ritual protocol of the Bausasran community during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data was used two tecniques, that were observation and interview. Both of tecniques were did in accordance with health protocols in a pandemic situation.Based on the results of research conducted, community of Bausasran Yogyakarta were able to overcome the problem of food security, especially for economically vulnerable groups due to the pandemic. A strategy was carried out through a food packets distribution movement. The distribution of food packets carried out by the community for residents who lost their source of income during the pandemic. The funds of food packets were obtained from compulsory contributions made by residents every month through the RT and RW management. Then in the socio-religious aspect, local leaders together with residents made worship protocols for worshipers at the mosque according to the appeal of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. In addition, it eliminated crowd routine religious activities. Based on this, it can be concluded that the local initiation from the Bausasran community in Yogyakarta is a representation of the active society, described by Amitai Etzioni who utilizes three factors: knowledge, decision making, and power.
