Abstract

Since its establishment in the 13th century, Islamic boarding schools have played a key role in deradicalization using the exegesis of the Qur'an in Indonesia. The diversity of Islamic boarding schools is the result of the creativity of the ulama in acculturating the culture of the local Muslim community with the kyai as the main driver. As an Islamic educational institution, Islamic boarding schools integrate with the community in performing spiritual worship, educating, and integrating normative culture in religion. Islamic boarding schools create a harmonious, pluralist, and inclusive Muslim community. Nowadays, Islamic boarding schools face accusations from the West as an institution that produces radicals and terrorists. Bombings in Indonesia are mostly done by alumni of Islamic boarding schools. Bomb documents from JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels belonging to Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) contain information that 141 Islamic boarding schools and 388 Islamic leaders have joined JI. This study aims to complement the shortcomings of existing studies by highlighting the role of Islamic boarding schools in deradicalization using the exegesis of the Qur’an for students in Central Java so that they can avoid radicalism and terrorism. This study is crucial to answer negative accusations against Islamic boarding schools and encourage the creation of moderate exegeses. To elaborate on this effort, the researcher uses the social dialectical theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann, the concept of non-violent Islam from Abdurrahman Wahid, and the concept of Zamakhsyari Dhofier's Islamic boarding schools using socio-anthropological perspectives.

Abstract

The Living Qur’an:  nusanTara Qur’an Tahfiz cuLTure porTraiT. The study of the living Qur’an is the study of a variety of social events related to the presence of the Qur’an or the existence of the Qur’an in certain a Moslem community. Based on it, it will seem the social response (reality) of the Moslem community to make a living and turn on the Qur’an through a continuous interaction. The living Qur’an actually originated from the Qur’an phenomena in everyday life, that is, the meaning and function of the Qur’an that real are understood and experienced by the Moslem community. among the living Qur’an found on the archipelago’s Moslem community is culturally or memorize (tahfiz) of the Qur’an. This tradition is one of the many phenomenon of Moslem in turn or present the Qur’an in everyday life by means of read through it entirely. This tradition is widespread in some indonesian islamic community, especially among the students of boarding school (santri), as a result it form an entity of local culture.

Abstract

Realitas masyarakat urban dengan heterogenitas tinggi memunculkan probalititas polemik horizontal yang beragam, seperti topik mengenai terusiknya ruang privasi individu. Representasi fenomena tersebut tercermin pada salah satu aktivitas tradisi komunitas muslim, yakni membangunkan sahur pada bulan Ramadan. Pergeseran nilai substansial yang terjadi dalam habituasi ini, yang awalnya sarat dengan nilai kultural menjadi cenderung serampangan, akibat penggunaan pengeras suara (loudspeaker), khususnya di masjid secara berlebihan. Topik menarik ini memancing Penulis untuk mengulik bagaimana akseptasi regulasi pengeras suara masjid oleh Bimas Islam Kemenag RI di masyarakat perkotaan terhadap pelaksanaan tradisi bangun sahur Ramadan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif dengan orientasi kajian literatur. Penulis akan mengeksplorasi fenomena terkait eksistensi budaya bangun sahur dari masa ke masa, yang dikoneksikan dengan realitas multikultural masyarakat perkotaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan probabilitas konflik yang terjadi seputar operasional pengeras suara masjid secara eksesif, khususnya pada aktivitas bangun sahur Ramadan di lingkup spektrum perkotaan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa resolusi konflik yang terjadi seputar problem ini dapat diatasi dengan dialog secara inklusif antar elemen masyarakat. Temuan interaksi yang proporsional dan tepat akan mengarahkan publik perkotaan pada bilik kesepahaman kordial dan harmonisasi sosial.

Abstract

Sertifikat tanah merupakan dokumen penting yang menunjukkan tanda bukti kepemilikan dan hak seseorang atas tanah. Program pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap melalui Prona menawarkan kepada masyarakat untuk membuat sertifikat tanah dengan biaya yang murah. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya banyak ditemui permasalahan dan penyimpangan, terutama pemungutan biaya ke masyarakat yang tinggi. Pada tahun 2017, Kabupaten Kudus menjadi salah satu kota yang memiliki kuota sertifikat Prona terbesar dan sering terjadi banyak permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan Prona. Ombudsman Republik Indonesia hadir sebagai lembaga yang berfungsi untuk mengawasi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan pelayanan publik yang terjadi di masyarakat. Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah sebagai perwakilan Ombudsman pusat melakukan pengawasan dan berupaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penyelenggaraan Prona di Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuan dari penggunaan metode tersebut adalah untuk menggali data dan informasi dengan akurat dan spesifik, supaya data dan informasi yang dihasilkan lengkap dan mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan delapan informan, kajian pustaka dan telaah dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pengawasan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah dalam mengawasi Prona di Kabupaten Kudus sudah sesuai dengan fungsi, tugas, dan wewenangnya. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah adalah melakukan investigasi inisiatif sendiri, melakukan pengawasan preventif dan melakukan kerjasama dengan aparat hukum lainnya. Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah berupaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Prona yang dilaporkan masyarakat dan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah juga mengirimkan saran perbaikan kepada instansi yang terlibat untuk mencegah permasalahan terulang kembali. Hal yang kurang dalam pengawasan tersebut adalah Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Tengah kurang melibatkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pengawasan Prona di Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

Teachers have a great responsibility towards the continuity of the learning process in school. Be aware or not, in addition to the tools and all things related to the teaching and success of educational goals, it turns out the personality of teachers is a very decisive success of learning. To avoid apathy and students' forced  obedience, the teacher should improve his personality competence, how a teacher can be a student learning partner, featuring a good personality that can serve as a role model for her students and become a driving force in learning. This research is a research with quantitative approach. The population of this study are all students of class VII SMPN 7 Kediri amounted to 317 students. While the sample in this study as many as 175 students. Sampling is determined by Random sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire and documentation method. While statistical data analysis uses product moment correlation formula. Based on the research results, it is obtained a conclusion that the personality competence of PAI teachers included in good category. Based on the results of correlation calculations, it can be deduced that there is a strong and significant correlation between the teacher's personality competence to student learning motivation. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient is 0.616, while the correlation significance results obtained the value of t count = 10.2858. The value is greater than t table = 1.654 at the error rate of 5%. While the determination coefficient test obtained results 0.3794.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang imlementasi prinsip syariah dalam manajemen sumberdaya manusia (MSDM). Obyek penelitian adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Kudus, yaitu UD. Setia yang bergerak dibidang konveksi dan pakaian. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip syariah secara umum digunakan dalam pengelolaan SDM, seperti prinsip keadilan, kompetensi, amanah dan tanggung jawab sosial. Meskipun pengelolaan SDM masih sangat sederhana dan informal. Rekrutmen dan seleksi menggunakan prinsip kompetensi dan keahlian. Pemberian kompensasi mempertimbangkan metode dan analisis pekerjaan, dengan memegang prinsip keadilan dan pemberian hak sesuai pekerjaan. Selain itu, diberikan kompensasi tidak langsung berupa tunjangan, fasilitas kerja dan rekreasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan prinsip syariah bisa dilakukan dalam implementasi manajemen pada lembaga bisnis yang tidak berlabel Islam atau syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of whatsapp group online learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah students in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic at MI NU Nurus Shofa Kudus. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. In this study the methods of data collection were observation and interviews. Research indicates that almost most of MI NU Nurus Shofa's teachers carried out online studies in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. As for the most widely used application in promoting online learning the whatsapp application, for then the whatsapp group is created. A teacher's material delivery is by having his students look at TVRI television and read the LKS book according to his subject. The methods of learning used are assignments and practices, the learning media used is a mobile phone using a whatsapp application, while the learning model is used a video. The problem students are experiencing is that they have not been able to use the whatsapp application, to send assignments, to do the problem, to understand the material, and to limit access to the Internet. In this case it takes a teacher's creativity to achieve the purpose of learning.

Abstract

ACADEMIC  JIHAD  OF  ISLAMIC  COLLEGE CIVITAS ACADEMICA TO AGAINST CORRUPTION: ACADEMICS THOUGHT ON ‘FIQH’ AND CULTURAL CONFUSION TOWARD CORRUPTION. Paradox reality in Indonesia shows the rise of  social diversity, but the achievements of corruption also increased. It shows that the diversity of  social patterns is still in the theoretical-formalistic stage. This paper intends to conduct discourse criticism studies toward doctrin with thinking “jihad” to shift the thinking sacret ‘fiqh’ which is formalized. In promoting the eradication of corruption, Islam can play a role in various forms. Moral values taught at least provide answers about the spread of  corruption with interpretation radicalization toward Islamic moral values. This new social ethic can encourage people to prevent, monitor, report and fix a number of social sanctions mechanisms in the community in the form of anti-corruption ‘fiqh’. This anti-corruption ‘fiqh’ becomes a kind of corruption prevention efforts in the form of Islamic study.keywords: Paradox, The Criticism Of  Discourse, Social Ethics, Anti-Corruption ‘Fiqh’Realitas paradoks dalam kehidupan bangsa Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa keberagamaan masyarakat meningkat, namun prestasi korupsi juga meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan pola keberagamaan masyarakat masih dalam tahap teoritik-formalistik. Tulisan ini bermaksud melakukan kajian kritik wacana terhadap doktrin dengan “jihad” pemikiran untuk menggeser sakralitas doktrin dalam fiqih yang terformalkan. Dalam menggalakkan pemberantasan korupsi, Islam dapat berperan dalam beragam bentuk. Nilai-nilai moralitas yang diajarkan setidaknya memberikan jawaban semakin menyebarnya praktik korupsi dengan radikalisasi interpretasi terhadap nilai moralitas Islam. Etika social baru ini dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk senantiasa mencegah, mengawasi, melaporkan dan memperbaiki sejumlah mekanisme sanksi sosial yang hidup di masyarakat dalam wujud fiqih anti korupsi. Fiqih anti-korupsi menjadi semacam upaya pencegahan korupsi dalam melalui kajian keagamaan.kata kunci: Paradoks, Kritik Wacana, Etika Sosial, Fiqih Anti-Korupsi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of motivation given by educators in terms of entrepreneurship which will then increase the lifeskills in learners on SDNU Insan Cendekia Ngadiluwih Kediri.This research uses qualitative research method. Research strategy using phenomenological approach. This approach is perceived to understand the meaning of human events and interactions in their particular situations. Researchers take focus in grade 3 and 4 as many as 4 classes. And data collection techniques that researchers take ie from the method of interviewing and documentation. The result of the research concludes that, (1) Prophet Muhammad has a strategy in doing entrepreneurship activities in the form of honesty, maintaining trust, confidence, spirit, business that is really clean, ethical, prospect, diligent, persistent, independent, never give up, take a risk, and have egalitarian personality, (2) On applying entrepreneurship in SDNU Insan Cendekia done by learners and parents, can not be separated from educators who provide an entrepreneurship motivation. From the application of entrepreneurship, it will increase the lifeskills contained in the learner that includes personal skills and social life skills, and (3) Along with held entrepreneurship in learners. Apparently there are several advantages and disadvantages of the application of entrepreneurship. This is because this activity is still done first in this school. Then the need for an evaluation so that the future can be improved again.
