Abstract

This research was conducted to know the significant level of Effect of Public Participation on Transparency of Rural and Village Expenditure Budget Management (APBDesa) partially showed that Community Participation has a positive and significant impact on Transparency of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Management (APBDesa) with the result of the 6,205> 1,983 tables and Has a sig value (probability) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, it indicates that community participation is stronger in influencing the variables of Transparency Management of Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Village (APBDesa). From the results of the research, it was found that the influence of public participation on the transparency of the management of the village income and expenditure budget (APBDesa) in Telagamurni village in the Cibitung sub-district showed that community participation had a positive effect on the transparency of village revenue and expenditure budget management (APBDesa)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village income sources on community welfare. There are seven sources of village revenues: PADes, APBN, tax and retribution revenue sharing, ADD, budget and expenditure assistance, Grants and Donations, and other legitimate village revenues. With the largest revenues sourced from the state budget. With such a budget the village government is mandated to be able to prosper the community. To measure the welfare of the community, seen from the index of village independence, this index has three dimensions, namely, own ability index, joint responsibility index, and sustainability index. Furthermore, the independence of the village becomes a benchmark for how the village government can increase the productivity of the community to achieve the welfare objectives of the village community. Variables used in this research are village income and community welfare. This study uses a method of quantitatif, descriptive associative. The sample of this research is village staff, BPD, RT, and RW in Kertaraharja Village, Bojong Village, and Cikembar Village with 70 respondents. The data collection tool is a questionnaire with an ordinal scale (Likert). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using a t-test, the source of income of the village has a positive effect on the welfare of the community in Kertaraharja Village, Bojong Village, and Cikembar Village, Cikembar District, Sukabumi District, showing a positivity of 5,741.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) the effect of perceived Usefulness on continuance intention to use (2) the effect of perceived Usefulness on satisfaction (3) the effect of satisfaction on continuance intention to use (4) the effect of perceived Usefulness on continuance intention to use with satisfaction as a mediation variable. this type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the number of samples in this study is 144 respondents using techniques purposive sampling, data analysis method using SEM analysis using Smart PLS 4 applications.  The results of the study are (1) there is a significant influence between perceived Usefulness on continuance intention to use (2) there is a significant influence between perceived Usefulness on satisfaction (3) there is a significant influence between satisfaction on continuance intention to use (4) there is a significant influence between perceived Usefulness on continuance intention to use with satisfaction as a mediation variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the method of recording financial statements at Pondok Pesantren Modern Alhasyimiyah Darul Ulum. Qualitative research is used as a research method. The sources of information used are important information obtained through direct meetings and optional information obtained from related reports. The area of this examination is North Padang Lawas. The phenomena that occur in the school of Modern Islamic Boarding School Alhasyimiyah Darul Ulum have not been by PSAK 45 regulations. The data sources conducted by researchers are interviews, documentation, and observation at Modern Islamic Boarding School Alhasyimiyah Darul Ulum and the techniques used by researchers to collect data are data sorting, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Alhasyimiyah Darul Ulum are currently not following the bookkeeping data framework plan at the Islamic Living School which is not by PSAK 45, considering that there are still a few financial statement data framework reports that are not made by the pesantren, especially the Money Position Report, Explanation of Income, Notes on Fiscal Summary.

Abstract

Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the percentage of unmet need for health services in Indonesia decreased from 6.09% in 2020 to 5.22% in 2023, with a decrease of 0.87 percentage points. Unmet need refers to an unmet need for health services, caused by factors of accessibility, availability, cost, or awareness. This study aims to identify changes in the availability and accessibility of health services during this period. The results show that there is a significant gap between the western provinces (Java and Sumatra), which have improved access and quality of health services, and the eastern provinces (Papua and Maluku), which still lack medical facilities and personnel. 2023 shows an increase in the number of medical personnel in urban areas, but uneven distribution is still a problem, especially in rural and remote areas. This study uses a quantitative method with an independent t-test. In conclusion, despite the overall decline in unmet demand, the gap between urban and rural areas and between western and eastern parts of Indonesia remains significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in the online store Ghaisan Boutique Sukabumi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is a research method that seeks to describe and interpret an existing condition or relationship, a developing opinion, an ongoing process, an effect or effect that occurs, or an ongoing trend. The results of the study show that the influence of Product Quality has a significant impact on the Purchase Decision, where from the results of the partial test the value of the product quality calculation is greater when compared to the table, namely the tcount (5.881) > the table (2.0141) and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, (below 0.05). Thus the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted and H0 is rejected. Brand Image does not have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision, where based on the t-test or partially, the value of the brand image on the purchase decision is calculated (1.528) < ttable (2.0141) and or the significance of t (0.133) > 0.05, indicating that the tcalculated value is below the ttable which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The influence of Product Quality and Brand Image has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions. This is shown by the value of Fcal (17.349) > Ftabel (3.19) and the significance value is 0.000 which is below 0.05, meaning that H0 = rejected and H1 = accepted. This can be interpreted if together the quality of the product and the brand image will significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Collaboration is one of the most significant things that can help MSMEs perform better, especially when it comes to digital marketing. This study aims to identify and elucidate the role that digital marketing partnership plays in enhancing MSMEs' performance in Sukabumi Regency. The MSME players in Sukabumi Regency, which has 363,175 residents, are the subject of this research. This study's methodology is descriptive and quantitative. To generate a sample of 100 respondents, the sampling technique employed in this study was web.raosoft.com sample size with an error rate of 10%. Respondents were given questionnaires in the form of questions as part of the data collection approach used in this study. This study's analysis technique was simple linear regression analysis. The study's findings demonstrated that, with a 69.8% influence from digital marketing and a 30.2% influence from other factors, MSMEs' sustainability is positively and significantly impacted by this strategy.

Abstract

The quality of a leader can be measured from various aspects that include abilities, attitudes, and behaviors shown in managing the company, and are appreciated directly by employees with their satisfied attitude. In addition to the quality of leadership, adequate employee compensation will provide satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership quality and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire in the form of a statement that the respondents must choose. The population and sample of this study amounted to 50 people, all of whom were employees of CV Agung Dipo Persada, Sukabumi Regency. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence of leadership quality and compensation on job satisfaction, where the influence was 53.5% while 46.5% was influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty at Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi and the effect of brand image on customer loyalty at Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi. In this study, the author's research method is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of Super Indo City Mall Sukabumi. This study's sample was Super Indo Sukabumi consumers, totaling 99 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Analysis methods with validity and reliability tests of instruments. Prerequisite analysis tests include a data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test, then the analysis technique uses multiple regression. The variables used are Green Marketing and Brand Image variables as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression models with the results of the equation Y = 7.948 + 0.478 + 0.422. From these results the constant is 7.948, Green Marketing (X1) is 0.478 or 4.78% and Brand Image (X2) is 0.422 or 4.22%. Green Marketing (X1) t-test results with significant t-test results <0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05), so there is a partial influence. Brand Image (X2) t test results with significant results of the t-test <0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05), so there is a partial influence. Green Marketing and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Super Indo Customer Loyalty at City Mall Sukabumi City as evidenced by the results of the significant F test in the ANOVA test found that the F-count value is 39.343. With a significant value of 0.000 and an F-table value of 3.94, it can be concluded that F-count> F-table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Discipline and Work Professionalism on Employee Performance at PT. Benteng Purwa Putra Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The object of research that becomes the independent variable is Work Discipline (X1) and Work Professionalism (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were 54 people or respondents and data collection techniques using Likert Scale measurements. The results of this study are used in the determination coefficient test, there is an influence of 47.8% of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance, while the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, based on the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that the influence of work discipline and professionalism on employee performance has a simultaneous effect. Where Fcount is 25.223 > 2.79 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
