Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Tenure and Company Size on Audit Quality. This research uses associative methods with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is, all types of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2023, this study uses logistic regression analysis and data collection techniques, namely, purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study is 26 companies from a population of 79 companies, the data is obtained from secondary sources, namely, the company's annual financial statements which can be downloaded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, besides that secondary data sources are also obtained from literacy related to research topics. The results showed that audit tenure has a positive effect and a low level of significance on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.429> 0.05, company size has a negative and significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.016> 0.05, and audit tenure and company size have a significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.005> 0.05.

Abstract

There have been many studies that discuss Islamic financial planning for families. However, research that discusses Islamic financial planning to improve Islamic financial management and Islamic investment is still limited. This research was carried out to continue the service that has been carried out to housewives in Citamiang District, Sukabumi City. The background of this research is to find out how successful housewives are in understanding and managing financial planning in sharia so that they can improve their ability in sharia financial management and invest in sharia investments. This research method uses qualitative descriptive, by collecting questionnaire data to 50 housewives in Citamiang District, Sukabumi City, observation and documentation study. The results of the study show that housewives have done a good record of their income and expenses, do financial planning by determining the most important main needs, and prefer easy investments without having to take a period of time.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the background and theoretical framework underlying the adoption of green technology by MSMEs to achieve sustainable performance. This study employs the PRISMA systematic review methodology to analyze 40 empirical publications regarding the mediating factors influencing green technology adoption by MSMEs in achieving sustainable performance, spanning from 2017 to 2024 and encompassing diverse nations. A concise summary and recommendations for future research goals are provided for each applicable theory. This study indicates that, despite extensive prior research, the majority of studies examine sustainable performance through factors that mediate the adoption of green technologies. Additionally, the employed theories include the Resource-Based View (RBV), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Innovation Theory, and Sustainability Theory. This research aids policymakers in formulating policies and incentives that promote the use of green technology by MSMEs. For MSMEs, these findings offer pragmatic direction on enhancing green innovation capabilities and leveraging green technology to attain sustainable performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of discount vouchers, free shipping, and product ratings on impulse purchases of GoFood consumers, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques through the SPSS version 30 application. The research sample consisted of 130 respondents selected using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire distributed online. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables, namely discount vouchers, free shipping, and product ratings, have a positive and significant influence on impulse purchases partially. Simultaneously, the three variables also show a significant influence on impulse buying behavior. These findings suggest that consumers tend to make unplanned purchases when they receive attractive offers and see positive product reviews. The implication of this study is the importance of promotion-based marketing strategies and product reputation in encouraging impulse buying.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the correlation between the work ethics of healthcare personnel and patient satisfaction at UNIMUS Hospital in Semarang, Indonesia. Data were gathered using a qualitative methodology through comprehensive interviews with ten informants, comprising five healthcare professionals and five outpatient patients. The results indicate that ethical principles, including empathy, honesty, fairness, and professional accountability, significantly influence patients' favorable evaluations of healthcare services. Patients indicated increased satisfaction while receiving treatment characterized by respect, compassion, and transparent communication. Nonetheless, upholding ethical consistency poses a problem, particularly in the context of elevated workloads and administrative pressures. The research underscores the necessity for a cohesive ethical management framework that incorporates continuous training and performance assessment centered on ethical conduct. These findings advance the establishment of patient-centered healthcare practices rooted in professional ethics. In conclusion, work ethics should be regarded not merely as a moral duty but also as a strategic component in improving patient satisfaction and institutional trust in healthcare services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work involvement and perception of organizational support on employee job satisfaction at Permata Pamulang Hospital, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is associative. The source of this research is using primary data and secondary data. The sample collection technique used saturated samples, with a total of 50 samples. The data collection technique is to use questionnaires that are distributed directly to employees. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program and a significant influence rate of 5% (0.05). The conclusion in this study shows that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of work involvement on job satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence of the perception of organizational support on job satisfaction. There was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, work involvement, and perception of organizational support together on employee job satisfaction at Permata Pamulang Hospital, with an R Square value of 0.726 or 72.6% and the remaining 27.4% was influenced by other variables that were not observed in this study.

Abstract

This research discusses the optimization of branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City through the use of digital platforms as an economic and social development strategy in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8: decent work and economic growth. With more than 53,000 units, Sukabumi's MSMEs have great potential, but face challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and the absence of an integrated digital platform. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores MSME digitization strategies and presents a prototype website “UMKM Sukabumi Explorer” as a big data-based solution. Findings show that digital platforms can expand markets, improve competitiveness and strengthen local cultural identity. SWOT analysis identified product diversity, government support, and youth engagement as strengths and opportunities, while technological constraints and perceived digital skills were challenges. The research recommends human resource capacity building, official digital platform development, and cross-sector collaboration to create an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable digital MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the context and theoretical foundations used in organizational structures that impact employee engagement and adaptability in digital transformation. This study uses the PRISMA systematic review method by analyzing 15 empirical articles on organizational structure, employee engagement, and adaptability in digital transformation from 2017 to 2024 and from various countries. A brief description and recommendations for future research agendas are also presented for each theory applied. Despite the breadth of the results of previous studies, this review shows that most studies investigate the formation of organizational structures by involving employees in them. Furthermore, the theories used, such as agile theory, transformational leadership theory, and resilience theory, highlight the importance of organizational agility, adaptive leadership, and organizational resilience. This research contributes to stakeholders and shareholders in formulating the right organizational structure for the sustainability of the Company, in addition to adding references for future researchers who will conduct literature studies related to organizational structure, employee involvement, and adaptability in digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to see how transformational leadership, work motivation, and work involvement contribute significantly to improving employee performance. The object of the study was employees at the Radjendra Resort and Resto Hotel Caringin Bogor, with a quantitative approach and associative research design. The sample consisted of 52 respondents determined through random sampling techniques using the Slovin formula from a total population of 102 employees. After the data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, multiple linear regression was implemented to analyze it. The findings prove that the three independent variables studied provide a significant contribution to improving employee performance, both separately and simultaneously. This confirms that visionary leadership, strong work motivation, and employee emotional and cognitive involvement collectively create a productive work environment. The uniqueness of this study lies in the simultaneous testing of the three variables in the context of the local hospitality industry, which is still rarely studied. Hopefully, these findings will help make strategic policies for HR management in the hospitality sector.
