This study was conducted to determine the efforts of taxpayers in responding to policy changes regarding the grouping of basic necessities into Taxable Goods (BKP). In this case, it is specifically taxpayers who have the status of Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) whose businesses are engaged in basic goods or basic necessities. The background of this research is PKP entrepreneurs who are trying to adapt in the midst of intense business competition in the city. In this study using a qualitative approach with interview methods to 5 entrepreneurs as informants from a group of entrepreneurs with PKP status in the Surabaya area. This research shows that the policy on the grouping of basic necessities is determined to be taxable goods, from the administrative side it will increase the burden of the obligation to issue tax invoices for PKP. In addition, input tax that cannot be credited will have an impact on the higher selling price of the product. When product prices rise, people's purchasing power will decrease because demand also decreases. Then it is known that the policy change has several impacts on PKP, which if not balanced with a business strategy can potentially bankruptcy.

This study investigates the impact of customer engagement, memorable tourism experiences, and tourism identification on revisit intention. The population of this research consists of students in the city of Ambon, with a total of 138 respondents. The findings indicate that all three factors—customer engagement, memorable tourism experiences, and tourism identification—positively affect revisit intention. The implications of these findings are highly significant for tourism management and marketing strategies, suggesting that efforts to enhance customer engagement and create memorable experiences can effectively build tourist loyalty and encourage repeat visits. Wedding decorations influence guests' perception of wedding memories. Millennials and Generation Z creatively personalize weddings to reflect their unique personalities and values. Wedding service providers, such as Sari Anzailla Wedding Package, need an in-depth understanding of the evolving décor preferences of generations in relation to product attributes. This research aims to provide insights into the wedding decoration preferences of Millennials and Generation Z. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire to 88 Sari Anzailla Wedding Package customers. The data obtained was processed using Conjoin Analysis. The product attributes in this study are price, color, design, shape, and style. The research findings show that price is the highest attribute at 34.026% and shape is the lowest attribute with a value of 9.900%. This indicates that price is the main preference of both generations regarding wedding decoration preferences. Sari Anzailla Wedding Package can use the knowledge of the five attributes that have been explored to help build wedding décor offerings and services that suit the tastes of its target customers who are mostly made up of Millennials and Generation Z.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the variables Work-Life Balance, Self-Efficacy, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat (Department of Environment and Forestry of West Kalimantan Province). This research uses questionnaire data collection techniques with a total of 90 office employees as respondents from the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. The results show that the variables Work-Life Balance and Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, while the Employee Engagement does not significantly affect the improvement of Employee Performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat shoud make Work-Life Balance and Self-Efficacy the main strengths in maintaining Employee Performance to provide a significant impact on the progress and service of the institution to the community.

Sajingan Besar is one of the areas in the border area that has abundant natural resource potential, one of which is pandan leaves. This research aims to provide a business development model to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data source is primary data through field observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study state that in the development of natural resources in Sajingan Besar which is dominated by pandanus-based artisans, it can be developed with the One Village One Product (OVOP) approach with a cluster pattern. Pandanus-based handicrafts can be directed to become superior products in the Sajingan Besar area. The concept of One Village One Product (OVOP) is one of the approaches that can be used in designing a model for managing economic potential in the region with the goal of allowing the region to develop one superior product.

This research aims to analyze the needs of the GBKP Tanjung Beringin for economic empowerment, analyze the congregation’s perception of the resources available at the GBKP Tanjung Beringin, and analyze the idle resources owned by the church and the congregation. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected by observation techniques, quetionnaires and interviews. Respondents of this study were all the households of the GBKP Tanjung Beringin’s congregation who met the requirements. The result of this research show that GBKP Tanjung Beringin needs economic empowerment. In addition, the church and congregation of GBKP Tanjung Beringin have idle resources that can be utilized in an effort to empower the church and congregation’s economy. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and career development on turnover intention. It analyzes the impact of compensation and career development on turnover intention through organizational commitment at PT Surya Madistrindo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research design falls under the category of causal research. The population for this study consists of 115 employees at PT Surya Madistrindo. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling, resulting in a sample size of 100% of the population, which is 115 respondents. Based on the analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), the results show that compensation and organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. However, career development does not have a significant effect on turnover intention at PT Surya Madistrindo. Compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT Surya Madistrindo. Indirectly, organizational commitment is found to mediate the relationship between compensation and turnover intention, but it has not been able to mediate the effect of career development on turnover intention at PT Surya Madistrindo.

The goal of the study is to provide a robust framework for understanding how web design quality and the credit applications of motorcycle at FIFGROUP Cabang Pontianak relate to one another. The results of this study were derived from sample responses regarding the reason for extending credit for a second vehicle. For the purposes of this study, a quantitative study was conducted with 154 responses from members of the FIFGROUP Cabang Pontianak as the sample. Purposive sampling and data collection by keystroke logging are the two methods used for sample preparation. The patient is using the version 24 of the computer program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results of the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) study point to the importance of improving customer orientation toward credit applications through innovative service offerings, but not at the expense of web design quality. Results from the uji regression weight are supported by the assertion that orientation.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Regional Original Income (ROI), Domestic Investment (DI) and Education Budget on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Poverty, both partially and simultaneously. The data used is secondary data in the form of combined panel data from 12 regencies/cities in West Kalimantan Province in 2015-2020 which originate from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Regional Education Balance. This data is analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that ROI had a positive and significant effect on GRDP, DI had a positive and significant effect on GRDP, the education budget had a positive but not significant effect on GRDP. ROI and DI have a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, while the education budget has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in districts/cities in West Kalimantan Province.
