Abstract

Patimban Port, which is located in Patimban Village, Pusakegara District, Subang Regency, West Java Province, is designated as a national strategic project as regulated in Presidential Regulation No.3 of 2016 concerning the Acceleration of Implementation of National Strategic Projects. The implementation of Patimban Port as a national strategic project, according to this Presidential Decree, includes planning, development, operation and exploitation activities, technical guidance and development of port operation management, as well as guidance to ensure shipping safety and the environment. This port development is the Government's strategy to reduce excess capacity at Tanjung Priok Port. Basically, ports have an important role in the development of industry, trade and services and hope that Subang Regency will become a metropolitan industrial city. Data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity techniques used in the study were source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of the discussion obtained about the Analysis of the Impact of the Development of Patimban Port in Pusakegara District on the Socio-Economic Conditions of the Surrounding Community, there are three points, namely: the impact of socio-economic conditions, the impact of livelihoods and the impact of population mobility. The socio-economic impact of the occurrence of public perceptions of positive and negative changes. A positive change is the location of Patimban Village, which has become more famous than before the port development. A negative change is the development of the Patimban Port where there will be social interaction where there will be many residents who come from outside the region who come as job seekers because later there will be many companies operating in the Patimban Port. Of course this will gradually change the habits of the surrounding community along with the development of Patimban Port. The impact of livelihoods will be the displacement of their former livelihoods as farmers and fishermen, where farmers will have less agricultural land as a result of land acquisition for the benefit of ports and fishermen who are increasingly distant to sea. The impact of population mobility caused by the development of Patimban Port includes three patterns, namely being regulated by the government, their own will and depending on others.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Community Empowerment through Active Alert Village Program by the Pangauban Village Government, Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency". The phenomenon in this study saw the optimal Community Empowerment through the Active Alert Village Program by the Pangauban Village Government, Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Active Alert Village Program by the Pangauban Village Government has been optimal, it can be seen from (1) Building relationships with related parties regarding health empowerment, cooperation and coordination have been well and sustainable. A sense of empathy is well established through mutual cooperation between communities. (2) How to build communication that is manifested is more focused on people who have actively participated in the Active Alert Village Program (3) are involved in problem solving in strengthening community participation has gone well, the community has been involved in decision making and evaluation. (4) Reflecting the attitudes and values ​​of the social work profession, there is no form of discrimination in the application of the Active Alert Village program.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

Abstract

The research title is "Local Government Policies on Manpower Implementation in the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Program in Cimahi City". The research problem is not yet optimistic of the Regional Government Policy on Manpower Implementation in the BPJS Program in Cimahi City, seen from the many workers who have not registered for BPJS in Cimahi City. The identification of the problem of How Local Government Policies on Manpower Implementation in the BPJS Program in Cimahi City. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the Local Government Policies on Manpower Implementation in the BPJS Program in Cimahi City. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through library research and data field studies (observation and interviews). The data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The sampling technique was done purposively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of local government policies on the implementation of manpower in Cimahi City has been optimal. This can be seen from the following dimensions; (1) fairly clear policy size and objectives, (2) well-established communication between policy implementers, (3) fairly firm and good characteristics of implementing agencies in managing policy target data, (4) an appropriate socio-economic environment . However, there are some things that are still not optimal. This is because, in terms of the quality of human resources, it is good, but the quantity of existing resources needs to be increased so that the implementation of policies regarding the implementation of manpower in the BPJS program can run more effectively because the quantity of available resources is not comparable to the number of companies in Cimahi City which must be handled Then there is still a lack of accountability and government responsibility towards policy targets, namely the company that feels burdened by the BPJS fees that must be paid for its employees.

Abstract

Indonesia has a tropical climate, so Indonesia only has two seasons throughout the year, namely the rainy season and the dry season. However, both seasons can change depending on uncertain global conditions. This study aims to determine the role of the Village Government in overcoming the Drought in Hargomulyo Village, Kokap District, Kulon Progo Regency. This is also to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in overcoming drought in Hargomulyo Village, Kokap District, Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained are analyzed through the data reduction stage, processing techniques, data analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the success in dealing with drought in Hargomulyo Village was shown by the availability of clean water from tank trucks in the event of drought every year. There are three roles that influence the success of this drought response. The three roles are planning, implementing, and evaluating. In the success of drought disaster relief in Hargomulyo Village, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in each process. The Village Government is expected to assist the community in submitting Toren procurement proposals to the Regional Government if there are limited village funds. The community and government are expected to be able to initiate and run tree planting programs from an early age for prevention in the future.

Abstract

Kasus stunting di Kabupaten Sleman setiap tahunnya mengalami penurunan, tahun 2015 sebesar 12,86%, tahun 2016 sebesar 11,88%, tahun 2017 sebesar 11,99%, tahun 2018 sebesar 11%, dan ditahun 2019 sebesar 8,38%. Permasalahan stunting tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh satu pihak, melainkan perlu campur tangan dari pihak lain. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model collaborative governance, peran setiap stakeholder, dan desain kelembagaan dalan upaya penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan collaborative governance yang diukur dengan dinamika kolaborasi yakni keterlibatan berprinsip, motivasi bersama, dan kapasitas aksi bersama secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, namun beberapa indikator belum berjalan dengan baik, yaitu belum tersedia forum komunikasi secara khusus di tingkat Pemerintah Kabupaten dan masih kurangnya peran swasta. Tindakan kolaborasi berbentuk inovasi kegiatan dalam penanggulangan stunting pelaksanaannya terdapat faktor penghambat seperti penolakan dari masyarakat, kondisi lingkungan kurang sehat, dan pekerjaan orang tua yang mempengaruhi pola asuh. Faktor pendukung sendiri seperti sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, dan anggaran. Dampak collaborative governance ini adalah menurunnya angka stunting dan masyarakat lebih teredukasi. Kolaborasi ini menghasilkan desain kelembagaan berupa pola akuntabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka penulis memberikan saran kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman berupa perlunya melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi, meningkatkan peran swasta, seluruh stakeholder memperkuat komitmen, dan meningkatkan koordinasi antar stakeholder.

Abstract

Public service is a performance performed by the government for the community. Public services aim to create comfort for both parties. This paper will discuss various types of public service innovations at the Bandung City Civil Registry. The application of public service innovations by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bandung such as e-SPASI, Children's Identity Cards, e-PunTEN, Mepeling and Delivery Service. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of data from the internet which is to describe how the innovations developed from the development of public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bandung City. This study aims to see how the types of public service innovations in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bandung City. The research findings show that the more technology develops in society, the more public services must be followed by technological developments. With these various innovations, it is hoped that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bandung can serve the people of Bandung City well.

Abstract

E-Government as a new mechanism for interaction between government and society, in the use of information technology, especially the internet, must be able to improve services to the public. With the existence of E-Government that has been provided by the Kulon Progo government through online-based services, it can be analyzed how the implementation of e-government in improving public services in Kulon Progo Regency as it has been developed in such a way as to make an effort to improve services in an effective Kulon Progo Regency. and efficient. This study uses a qualitative method. The data used in this study are sourced from secondary data, with a method derived from documentation where the data is obtained from various previous literature sources, namely the official website of the agency and journals for the validity of the study. The e-Government application in Kulon Progo Regency aims to improve efficiency and integration of SPBE implementation, but the development of SPBE is still in the process of integration. The implementation of e-government in Kulon Progo district can be said to be ineffective because the Kulon Progo Regency Government is less in using the application than other regional governments in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. However, with the preliminary performance inspection of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) it is hoped that it can increase the use of applications so that services can be precise and facilitate financial management, so that they can be timely and accurate.

Abstract

Pelayanan Publik merupakan suatu keharusan yang harus dijalankan oleh Pemerintah sebagai fungsi Pemerintahan itu sendiri. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) pada pelayanan yang diberikan ditingkat Kelurahan yang ada pada wilayah Kecamatan Tegal Barat, Kota Tegal. Sample yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 3 Kelurahan diantaranya; 1) Kelurahan Muarareja, 2) Tegalsari, 3) Kraton. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolah Data SPSS. Dalam hasil penelitian diperoleh angka Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di kelurahan Kraton sebesar 85,88, untuk Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Tegalsari sebesar 81,68 dan Kelurahan Muarareja sebesar 81,70. Sehingga jika dirata-rata IKM dari 3 kelurahan tersebut adalah sebesar 83,08 dalam kategori mutu pelayanan “Baik”. Maka dari itu bisa dilihat bahwa IKM terhadap pelayanan 3 Kelurahan yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Tegal Barat termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi. Temuan yang menarik adalah bahwa indicator yang paling rendah di 3 kelurahan yang menjadi sample adalah indicator perihal biaya/tarif yang dianggap masih tinggi. Maka dari itu penulis memberikan rekomendasi kepada Kelurahan Tegal Barat untuk bisa memberikan gambaran perihal biaya secara transparan dan mudah dimengerti oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Peran Kodim 0818/Malang-Batu Dalam Pemberdayaan Wilayah Pertahanan Guna Mengamankan Pilkada Serentak di Kabupaten Malang Tahun 2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dalam penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu pengamatan, wawancara dan penelaahan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dapat di simpulkan bahwa Peran Satkowil Kodim 0818/Malang-Batu dalam mengamankan pilkada 2020 di Kabupaten Malang, telah mampu mendukung terciptanya kondisi masyarakat yang aman dan tenteram serta mengawal pembangunan nasional, sehingga mendapat apresiasi dan penghargaan dari seluruh stakeholders yang ada di wilayah teritorial Kodim 0818/Malang-Batu, terutama apresiasi yang sangat tinggi dari masyarakat umum. Hal ini menjadi modal sosial yang sangat berharga bagi satkowil untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalismenya sebagai “tentara rakyat dan tentara pejuang.
