Abstract

The purpose of the research carried out in completing this thesis is to find out the extent of the effect of Supervision on the Work Efficiency of Employees at the Environmental Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. From the results of research conducted note that the effect of Supervision on Employee Work Efficiency is strong, where the calculation of Product Moment correlation is obtained 0.784 or strong correlation. As the linear regression calculation of the equation Y = a + bX obtained Y = 10,528 + 0.722X. In this case the work efficiency of employees will be increased by carrying out proper supervision. Furthermore, the magnitude of the effect of supervision on employee work efficiency is determined by the coefficient of determination that is equal to 0.615 or 61.5%. This means that the contribution of variable X (Oversight) to the Y variable (Work Efficiency) is 61.5%, while the remaining 38.5% is determined by other factors not discussed by the authors in this study, but requires further research to prove it. From the hypothesis test conducted and by comparing the value of tcount and ttable, it is found that the tcount value (7.776) is greater than the ttable value (2.024) or 7.776> 2, 024, thus based on the results of the study and the results of the research discussion, the proposed hypothesis in Chapter I namely that there is an influence of supervision on the work efficiency of employees at the Central Tapanuli Regency Office of Environment, its truth is acceptable.

Abstract

Mengenai denda yang dibebankan kepada penerima pinjaman oleh penyelenggara pinjaman uang online tidak diatur dalam peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan nomor 77/POJK.01/2016 tentang layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi yang mengakibatkan kerugian dan masalah baru dalam hidup penerima pinjaman. Banyak kasus dimana penerima pinjaman di intimidasi, diteror dalam proses penagihan oleh penyelenggara dan tidak ada toleransi waktu bagi penerima pinjaman yang belum bisa membayar tepat waktu saat jatuh tempo. Dapat dirumuskan permasalahan apa bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi penerima pinjaman online yang dirugikan oleh penyelenggara pinjaman online ? dengan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Pendekatan masalah yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan peraturan Perundang-Undangan (statute approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Selain di Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Bentuk Perlindungan hukum terhadap penerima pinjaman uang online juga diatur dalam Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Pasal 9 menyebutkan bahwa Pelaku usaha yang menawarkan produk melalui Sistem Elektronik harus menyediakan informasi yang lengkap dan benar berkaitan dengan syarat kontrak, produsen, dan produk yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the representation of thoughts and statements of Rocky Gerung about "Common Sense" contained in social media. This study uses the Norman Fairclough model of critical discourse analysis by examining the level of texts, discourse practices, and sociocultural practices. The results of the study at the text level show that GE represents opposition to the government by emphasizing the role of open criticism with the jargon "Common Sense". At the level of discourse practice it is found that RG implements opposition practices in social media using a hierarchical logic writing system. At the socio-cultural level, the GE conducted an effort to trace the digital traces of statements made by the government to become one of the historical sources. However, the discourse from RG is very maintaining the ethics of communication and only expresses the word "Jae" without mentioning who has a role, even though during the five-year journey of the faction called "Cebong and Kampret" both are trying to do a proxy war in social media in order to maintain its existence.

Abstract

The bank is an intermediary institution, meaning that its main activities are raising funds and channeling funds to the public. The funds withdrawn from the community are then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. Lending is generally done by entering into an agreement. "The agreement consists of a principal agreement, namely a debt and credit agreement and is followed by an additional agreement in the form of a guarantee agreement by the debtor. One object commonly used as collateral in a credit agreement is a market stall. The problem in this research is how the legal status of market kiosk ownership is used as a credit guarantee by the bank and how the bank's position in executing the credit guarantee is in the form of a market kiosk if the debtor defaults. In terms of the market stall material law cannot be categorized as an object because the market stall is only a permit to use the building, it cannot give birth to material relations even though the debtor has a permit in the form of a certificate of use of the right to sell in the form of KBP, SPTU, BPTU or type of permit to use the market stall others from the local government. Traders only have the right to lease or the right to use the market stall they occupy, the trader is not the owner. Until now because there are no regulations governing the mechanism of execution of credit guarantees in the form of market kiosks, execution of credit guarantees by binding under the form of market kiosks is carried out by asking the assistance of the market head or the market manager authorized to carry out the takeover of these market kiosks. transferred (leased) to other parties who intend to rent the kiosk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program kerja sebagai pemasaran politik pasangan Herman HN dan Yusuf Kohar untuk memenangkan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetauhi dan menganalisa strategi komunikasi pemasaran politik yang dilakukan pasangan Herman HN dan Yusuf Kohar untuk memenangkan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kombinasi antara pengalaman Herman HN yang pernah menjabat sebagai Walikota Bandar Lampung dan Yusuf Kohar sebagai Ketua Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) Lampung, dijadikan sebagai nilai jual utama selama masa kampanye oleh tim kampanye pasangan Herman HN-Yusuf Kohar. Pasangan Herman HN dan Yusuf Kohar dapat dikatakan sebagai pasangan yang berpengalaman dalam memerintah Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Crime is a form of deviant behavior (crime) that is always there and is inherent in every form of society. One form of crime that occurs at this time is the act of decency or rape. "Rape is a crime that has a high level and invites the growth of fear of creme." Perpetrators can be anyone, as well as victims can be women or men. The crime of rape committed by women until now there are no rules governing it. So it is important to be investigated, what is the urgency of legal arrangements for women perpetrators of rape. By using normative juridical research methods, based on legal principles and legislation relating to criminal law, specifically rape crime. If it is not immediately regulated, then law enforcement against women perpetrators of rape can not be carried out, because it is clearly stated in Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code "An act cannot be convicted, except based on the strength of existing criminal law provisions".

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition of online shop products spurred online shop application providers to undertake business development strategy steps by strengthening digital business services and various service innovations to meet customer needs. This can be seen from the public interest in shopping at online stores because prices are more competitive, there is no need to bother coming directly to the store, and the goods purchased will be delivered to the buyers’ place. The population in this study that used mobile shop online application services was 100 respondents. The research data analysis method is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that the attractiveness of advertisements and customer comments together have a positive and significant effect in increasing customer product purchasing decisions for users of online shop applications in Medan, while partially the attractiveness of advertising (X1) only has a positive and significant effect, but the variables customer comments (X2) have no positive effect in improving customer product purchasing decisions on users of online shop applications in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan simbol-simbol yang memiliki makna bagi anggota komunitas HOG Jakarta Chapter dalam interaksi yang terjadi diantara mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui simbol-simbol yang digunakan oleh anggota komunitas HOG Jakarta Chapter bergabung dan mengikuti kegiatan dalam komunitas tersebut; (2) Mengetahui makna yang terkandung dalam simbol tersebut; (3) Konsep diri anggota komunitas HOG Jakarta Chapter. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif dengan menggunakan metode Fenomenologi dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam interaksi antar anggota HOG Jakarta Chapter, terdapat simbol-simbol yang khas. Simbol-simbol tersebut memiliki makna tersendiri bagi anggota HOG Jakarta Chapter. Pada akhirnya pertukaran simbol-simbol tersebut turut membentuk konsep diri anggota komunitas HOG Jakarta Chapter.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh era globalisasi terhadap budaya Indonesia. Sebagai komunikasi massa, radio menyukai 'aktor' yang penting bagi penggemar atau pendengar. Pertanyaan penelitian adalah bagaimana hubungan antara program Macapat di Radio P2SC dengan konatif sikap RT 006/009 Kelurahan Kebon Kosong, Jakarta Pusat. Ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi kasus. Hubungan hipotesis menggunakan metode asosiatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah korelasi dari variabel X dan Y (r) 0,734, Ha dapat diterima dan Ho tidak dapat diterima. Dan hasil untuk regresi linier sedangkan hasil untuk r square atau koefisien determinasi 0,538 ini berarti hubungan mendengar Program Macapat adalah 53,8% dan 46,2% adalah faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Untuk penelitian t tabel a = 10%: 2 = 5% (0,05), dan hasilnya adalah 21 - 2 = 19, t hasil dari Program Macapat pada P2SC Radio = 2.198 signifikan 0,000 (alpha) 0,05, dan hasil untuk tabel = 1,734. Hasilnya Ha diterima, Ho tidak diterima.

Abstract

SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah is a private educational institution under the auspices of Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyyatul Falah Al-Afandiyah Foundation. Commitment to print students with character, competence, faith and excellence in achievement encourages this educational institution to be more effective and efficient in building communication relation with parents so that student education success can be achieved. But communication between the school and parents is still limited and less efficient, especially for parents of students who are outside the area / city whose children live boarding school. Therefore, by utilizing the progress of information technology that has developed rapidly, SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah initiative to create a dynamic information system and able to represent the academic value of the students so that parents can easily monitor the achievements of his son's academic. The system to be developed is a WEB-based application that uses the waterfall model, starting with the needs analysis, system design and implementation. The tools needed in designing this application are: PHP as scripting language, Apache as web server and MySQL as database processor. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the system produced is able to facilitate the parent's students in viewing the student's value such as task score, daily test score, UTS score, and UAS score. In addition, parents can channel the criticism and suggestions through this application easily and can be done anytime, not necessarily in the meeting of parents or other meetings
