This study aims to analyze the factors that encourage the use of fake accounts on social media X (Twitter) as part of digital social interaction practices. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to active users who have used anonymous accounts. The results indicate that fake account usage is influenced by the need for security, the desire for freer self-expression, and the influence of digital environments where such practices are considered normal. Anonymous accounts are utilized to avoid social judgment, maintain real-life relationships, and provide alternative spaces for sharing personal experiences. These findings suggest that anonymity is not merely a technical condition but a social strategy for managing digital identity and adapting to the dynamics of online interaction

This study examines the phenomenon of law enforcement against money laundering originating from investment fraud using cryptocurrency (particularly Bitcoin) in Indonesia. In the digital era, the development of information technology has created new investment opportunities through crypto assets, but on the other hand, it has given rise to new financial crime risks such as cyber laundering. The use of virtual currencies has become a preferred method for criminals due to the anonymous and cross-border nature of transactions, making it difficult for authorities to track them. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research type. Data sources used include primary legal materials such as Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering, as well as secondary legal materials in the form of relevant literature and scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the law enforcement mechanism against perpetrators of crypto-based money laundering in Indonesia faces significant challenges, both from regulatory aspects that do not specifically regulate the confiscation of digital assets and limited infrastructure and understanding of law enforcement officers regarding blockchain technology. The legal analysis focuses on classifying the perpetrators' actions in the money laundering stages: placement, layering, and integration. It also focuses on how policy formulation, application, and legal execution can be optimized to address evolving modus operandi along with technological advances.

This study examines the use of Indonesian–English code-switching in Indonesian pop song lyrics released between 2020 and 2025. The research aims to identify the types of code-switching used in the selected songs and to explore how such linguistic practices reflect global youth discourse in contemporary popular music. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a sociolinguistic approach. The primary data consist of song lyrics from five Indonesian pop songs: Lathi by Weird Genius (2020), Asmarandhana by Kamar Jiwa (2022), It’s Only Me by Kaleb J (2022), Garam dan Madu by Tenxi, Naykilla, and Jemsii (2024), and Alamak by Rizki Febian and Adrian Khalif (2025). The analysis applies the theory of types of code-switching, which includes inter-sentential switching, intra-sentential switching, and tag switching. The results show that a total of 52 instances of code-switching were identified in the data. Inter-sentential switching is the most dominant type with 36 occurrences, followed by intra-sentential switching with 15 occurrences, while tag switching appears only once. These findings indicate that code-switching in Indonesian pop song lyrics is frequently used as a stylistic and expressive strategy to emphasize emotional meaning and lyrical creativity. Furthermore, the use of Indonesian–English mixing reflects the influence of globalization and digital culture on contemporary youth communication. In conclusion, code-switching in Indonesian pop music functions not only as a linguistic phenomenon but also as a representation of global youth discourse that connects local identity with global cultural trends.

The DIY Privileges Policy requires the availability of structured cultural data to support the formulation and evaluation of cultural development. This study compiles an inventory of DIY cultural activities in 2013–2021 and analyzes them through a descriptive-qualitative approach to formulate the DIY Cultural Data Framework. The results of the study show that DIY cultural activities are grouped based on three goals, namely increasing the capacity of cultural resources, developing cultural events, and developing cultural facilities and infrastructure. The development of cultural facilities is the category of activities with the largest budget realization, followed by increasing human resource capacity and organizing events. The findings also indicate a wide diversity of cultural programs that have not been harmonized across OPDs. The SWOT analysis identifies strengths in the form of privilege legitimacy and community networks, as well as weaknesses related to data fragmentation and apparatus capacity variations. Through the SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies, this study formulates the direction of strengthening data governance, digitizing cultural documentation, and increasing institutional capacity.

Family dispute resolution is an essential component of the legal system that reflects the social, cultural, and legal values of a country. This study aims to analyze the comparison of family dispute resolution systems across different countries using a comparative law approach. The method employed is normative legal research with a comparative analysis of several legal systems, namely civil law, common law, and Islamic law. The results indicate that there are significant differences in the mechanisms for resolving family disputes, both through litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation. Countries adopting the common law system tend to emphasize flexibility and mediation, whereas civil law systems rely more on structured formal judicial processes. Meanwhile, the Islamic legal system highlights deliberation and reconciliation as primary approaches. This research is expected to provide a global perspective for the development of family dispute resolution systems in Indonesia
