Abstract

The marketing mix is ??a marketing tool that can be controlled and used by the company to produce the desired response from the market, both trading companies and service companies. The marketing mix is ??important to do before recruiting new students. Vocational High School (SMK) continues to develop in the present with various fields of expertise offered. This of course requires creativity and competency expertise in each SMK to attract students to choose certain areas of expertise. The challenge of SMKN 1 Malang to attract students' interest, especially students who want and are interested in studying management sciences, is required to choose a relevant form of marketing. The marketing strategy that is carried out must achieve the target of vocational education institutions, which can be in the form of the number of student acquisition that corresponds to the number of study groups, certain market shares and the growing development of educational institutions and marketing policies must be in line with emphasizing providing beneficial services to consumers. This study aims to: (1) describe the marketing mix of students' decisions to choose Business and Management schools at SMKN 1 Malang. (2) Analyzing the influence of the dimensions of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) on the student's decision to choose a School of Business and Management at SMKN 1 Malang. (3) To analyze the marketing mix variables that have a dominant influence on students' decisions to choose Business and Management schools at SMKN 1 Malang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple linear regression equation analysis techniques, in this study there are two types of variables, namely (1) independent variables consisting of: product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4) , people (X5), process (X6), and physical facilities (X7); (2) the dependent variable is Student Decision (Y). The population in this study were all students of SMKN 1 Malang who chose the Field of Business and Management Expertise for the 2013/2014 academic year as many as 1,332 students, the sample was taken as many as 93 students with the sampling technique using Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling. This study uses instruments in the form of a questionnaire and documentation with a Likert scale 5 Options, which consists of the options Strongly Disagree (1), Disagree (2), Disagree (3), Agree (4), and Strongly Agree (5).

Abstract

In the explanatory text it has a plot or structure like other types of text, such as general statements, cause and effect and interpretation. The explanatory text also has linguistic rules which include copula, active verbs, conjunctions, adverbs of time, scientific terms, pronouns. This research is entitled "Analysis of the Structure and Rules of Explanatory Text in Class XI Students MA Miftahul Ulum Attohirin Academic Year 2019/2020. To find out the problems in conjunction analysis in a collection of explanatory texts in class XI MA Miftahul Ulum Attohirin students, it is necessary to formulate the problem as well as the formulation of the problem, namely, 1) What is the structure of the explanatory text in class XI MA Miftahul Ulum Attohirin Gondanglegi Malang students? 2) What are the rules of language explanation text in class XI MA Miftahul Ulum Attohirin Gondanglegi Malang?. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research type. The qualitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, this method is used to study natural objects. Where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation or a combination, the data analysis is inductive/qualitative and the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning rather than generalization. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that 8 students were able to determine the structure of the expansion text well. Learners are able to determine the structure of general statements, cause and effect, and interpretation. In the explanatory text linguistic rules, there are 6 out of 11 students who are able to determine the rules of the explanatory text language. Students do not understand the language rules of explanatory text such as copula, conjunction, active verbs, adverbs of time, scientific terms and noun pronouns.

Abstract

Abstract Guidance and counseling should be adjusted to the problems faced by students so that guidance assistance can achieve the right goals and expected goals in the guidance. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The aim is to analyze and find the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as learning motivation. The results of the study that the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as a form of learning motivation provides facilities and infrastructure as well as experts in the field of guidance and counseling. Types of services in the form of tutoring, career guidance, and case guidance.

Abstract

Folklore is a traditional culture that is owned by a certain group and its distribution is hereditary. Spread from generation to generation shows that there is an oral culture inherited from our ancestors. Folklore as a stand-alone science in Indonesia needs intensive research and development so that the cultural results of our ancestors will not disappear and can be taken advantage of. The method used by researchers in this study is to use qualitative research types that are library research. In this study, researchers collected data using a descriptive form of analysis. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the facts which are then analyzed. The reason for using this method is because the way this research method works can describe events and objects as historical facts to determine the role of folklore legend Ndhilkoro in Bantur District. While the approach used in this study uses an anthropolinguistic approach based on research on a culture. The focus of research is emphasized in the analysis of: 1) Construction of historical culture in the Ndhilkoro folklore. 2) Study of extrinsicisation of oral literature and its implications in learning Indonesian language and literature. Analysis is done by combining functionalist concepts with the reality of social life. The findings in this study are in the form of Ndhilkoro folklore which contains social values, so that they can be used as teaching materials for the 2013 curriculum for high school grades X in KD 3.7 through KD 3.9 on local wisdom of local folklore.

Abstract

In the short story by Joni Ariadinata has an image of poverty and the character of the characters in it. In addition, the image of poverty and the character of the senidri figure has several types which will be discussed in this study. This study entitled "The image of poverty and the character of the character in the short story "orang kampung" by Joni Ariadinata, a review of the sociology of literature and its relevance to Indonesian language learning at the junior high and high school level" requires a problem formulation as well as the formulation of the problem, namely, 1. What is the image of poverty in the short story “The Villager by Joni Ariadinata? 2. What is the character of the character in the short story “The Villager by Joni Ariadinata? This type of research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative research method is a research method based on postpositivism philosophy, this method is used to study natural objects. Where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is triangulated or combined, the data analysis is inductive/qualitative and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that the image of poverty and the character of the characters in the short story "The Villager by Joni Ariadinata has several types as listed above, and in a literary education there is a mutual need between a work and Indonesian, therefore literature and Language is a very important learning for the world of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify obstacles in the teaching and learning process carried out online in MTs NU Ngantang, where the teaching and learning process is carried out at home due to the Covid-19 epidemic. An obstacle to the teaching and learning process carried out at home is not only experienced by students, but also by educators and parents alike. There are obstacles for students because some students still do not understand using internet technology including facilities that are not available. There is an obstacle that is troubling parents, namely the increased expense of expenses due to internet quota costs. Abstract

Islamic Education (PAI) is given by following the guidance that religion is taught to people with a vision that is to produce a man who is godfearing to Allah SWT and noble, and aims to realize an honest, just, ethical, respectful, disciplined, harmonious and productive human being, both individual and social. The demands of this vision encourage the establishment of PAI laboratories in accordance with the level of education. This research aims to evaluate the condition or benefits of PAI laboratories in schools judging by the standard level, utilization, assessment of students and determining factors of PAI laboratory management. The method in this study is qualitative evaluative, with case studies at SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie Malang. The results showed that the laboratory of SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie has not reached the standard level, because of the new formation of pai laboratory but the management of PAI laboratory has been at an adequate utilization stage. It can be understood by the positive assessment given by students and support for the laboratory management factor pai SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran guru banyak menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran yang berbeda beda. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan adalah Model Pembelajaran VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinestetik). Model Pembelajaran merupakan suatu model pembelajaran yang mementingkan pengalaman belajar secara langsung dengan cara belajar dengan mengingat (Visual), belajar dengan mendengar (Auditory), dan belajar dengan gerak dan emosi (Kinestetik).Jenis Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Riset). Penelitian Tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yaitu siklus 1 dan siklus II dan tiap siklusnya dilakukan dalam satu kali pertemuan. Pelaksanaan pada tiap siklus menggunakan empat tahapan di setiap siklusnya yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran VAK terhadap hasil belajar siswa di buktikan dengan terjadi peningkatan disetiap siklusnya di mulai dari Pra Tindakan Sampai Siklus II. Siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM (75) dalam Pra Tindakan sebesar 18% atau 5 siswa dari 27 siswa. Pada siklus I sebesar 40 % atau 11 siswa dari 27 siswa sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 100 % atau 27 siswa.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, (1) implementasi budaya literasi pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas VIII MTs. Mansyaul Ulum adalah dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu a) perencanaan pelaksanaan budaya literasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dilakukan 15 menit sebelum guru Bahasa Indonesia memberikan ulasan materi. b) pelaksanaan budaya literasi khususnya di kelas VIII pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dalam pelaksaannya dilakukan 15 menit sebelum memulai pelajaran. c) hasil dari evaluasi pelaksanaan budaya literasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dari awal pelaksanaan peserta didik yang malas membaca, menulis, menyimak, dan menyampaikan menjadi suka membaca, menulis, menyimak, dan menyampaikan walaupun belum semuanya. (2) faktor pendukungnya dalam kegiatan budaya literasi adalah tersedianya beberapa buku di perpustakaan, juga semangat dari kepala sekolah dan dewan guru untuk memotivasi siswa dalam menerapkan budaya literasi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam penerapan budaya literasi adalah kurangnya minat baca peserta didik dan masih ada beberapa siswa yang masih saja memilih melamun dan mengobrol ketika budaya literasi berlangsung
