JURNAL BADATI diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku. KATA BADATI adalah sebuah nama yang berasal dari kosa-kata bahasa daerah Maluku Tengah, tepatnya masyarakat Ambon dan Lease. Badati, secara singkat, adalah suatu suasana yang tumbuh dan terpelihara bergenerasi dalam keseharian aktivitas bersama secara kekeluargaan di mana setiap orang atau keluarga, baik dalam pendekatan orang per orang, keluarga (baik dalam garis lurus atau menyimpang), atau anak negeri/masyarakat dalam satu negeri/desa, menunjukkan kepeduliannya untuk turut menanggung suatu beban (biasanya secara material) bersama yang sebelumnya tidak bisa ditanggung oleh seseorang atau suatu keluarga. Pilihan nama BADATI mengandung makna filosofi, yakni menunjuk pada upaya untuk mencerdaskan dan memberdayakan orang demi kesejahteraannya (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) melalui pikiran-pikiran dari hasil penelitian kajian teoritik tidak dapat dilakukan secara sendiri-sendiri tanpa bekerja bersama dengan melibatkan pihak lain sebagai sistem sumber (Jejaring). Di dalam prinsip bekerja bersama itu, secara esensial, bertujuan untuk memandirikan orang (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) sebagai subyek dengan menggali dan memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya secara bermartabat. BADATI memiliki nomor ISSN 1907-5340 (cetak) diterbitkan secara cetak sejak tahun 2007 dan pada tahun 2019 Jurnal Badati diterbitkan secara online sejak Volume 1 no 1 tahun 2019 dengan no ISSN 2722-3248 (online) oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial & Ilmu Politik sampai sekarang. Dengan tujuan untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian ilmiah dan penelitian dalam bidang ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora. BADATI menerima tulisan berbentuk riset kuantitatif maupun kualitatif dari akademisi, praktisi, peneliti yang relevan dengan topik ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Artikel yang dikirimkan haruslah belum pernah atau tidak sedang dalam proses dimuat pada jurnal lainnya. Artikel yang masuk harus sesuai dengan petunjuk penulisan atau format yang telah ditetapkan. Editor akan menolak artikel yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tanpa proses lebih lanjut. Artikel yang telah memenuhi persyaratan akan dinilai kelayakannya oleh reviewer melalui proses blind-review. BADATI terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun, April dan November.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. The population of this study were all employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of South Buru Regency totaling 147 employees. The sampling in this study was 35% of the population because the population exceeded 100 people, namely 51 people. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that leadership style and organizational culture have a direct effect on performance, or indirectly through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze business independence in terms of social capital for asar fish business community in Laha Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. This research is an explanatory research for two months, from June to August 2021. The population in this study are asar fish business actors in Laha Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. A sample of 78 people was determined by a simple random technique. The data analysis used is path analysis supported by qualitative descriptive interpretation. The data were analyzed with the help of Lisrel software version 8.50. The results showed that the influence of trust, norms and network variables on self-reliance through business development variables was 96%, which indicates that asar fish business development can be improved through strengthening social capital in the form of trust, norms and networks which will ultimately increase the independence and economic capacity of the farmers. businessmen.

Abstract

The main challenge that forms the basis of marketing is to build a brand or brand in the minds of consumers. Many products have low brand equity because of the many variants and substitutes that appear on the market. The box tea is also a favorite drink for students, especially students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity on the purchasing decision of boxed tea drinks (a case study of Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory Sorong University). The research method used is quantitative research methods. The result of the research is that there is an influence of brand equity on the purchasing decision of Teh Kotak for students of the Management Study Program at Victory Sorong University. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-count value of the brand equity variable, it can be seen that the t-count value of 4.814 is smaller than the t-table value of 1.675 and the Sig value of 0.000. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the brand equity variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Teh Kotak for students of the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Victory University, Sorong

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji kedalaman makna kehidupan berbangsa sekaligus bernegara di Indonesia ditengah tumbuhnya politik identitas. Dalam artikel ini Pancasila tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai suatu doktrin, tetapi sebagai proyek yang harus terus dihidupkan dalam membangun dan menumbuhkan spiritualitas sosial, menjadi factor kohesi dan melahirkan kesadaran kolektif sebagai identitas pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasi data dan memberi makna terhadap data yang dikumpulkan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pancasila harus dipahami dalam pengertian sebagai proyek dalam konstruksi identitas nasional, yang muncul setelah identitas agama dan budaya. Dalam situasi ini, Pancasila merupakan nilai baru yang menyatukan dan melengkapi kekayaan makna hidup dalam konteks kehidupan sosial suatu bangsa. Pancasila tidak berhenti pada satu era dalam memberi makna pada kehidupan sosial; justru, kedalaman makna hidup berbangsa terus tumbuh karena membutuhkan kreativitas untuk beradaptasi dengan konteks masyarakat yang juga selalu berkembang.

Abstract

Changes in social, economic systems, or religious systems usually have a wide impact on people's lives such as culture shock, loss of self-identity, and social conflicts. However, society may see change as a challenge that can develop a variety of potential strengths. Social change usually occurs when people are not satisfied with the existing conditions, changes can occur spontaneously, but also because they are planned, the process of social change does not always lead society to decline, but also leads society towards progress. Changes like this also occurred on Nusalat Island, Central Maluku Regency, after Nusalaut Island was separated from Saparua District and became a separate sub-district since 2004 where the sub-district city is in the State of Ameth. Various problems that have occurred on the island of Nusalaut since being separated from the Saparua sub-district until this moment, there have been many changes in the community on the island of Nusalaut and one of the biggest triggers is the mobilization of residents from urban areas, because urban communities not only deliver their bodies but also along with their culture. the problem is what about the local community (the people of Nusalaut), do the people of Nusalaut maintain the local culture, and ignore the foreign culture?; do the people of Nusalaut mix local culture with foreign culture?; Or do the people of Nusalaut accept foreign culture and ignore local culture?. This question became mysterious, feared that the people of Nusalaut would lose their identity as a child of the country and there would be a massive cultural shock. This is because the real condition that occurs on the island of Nusalaut is that until now the way of life of the brothers has shifted, everything is valued in money. the older generation always maintains the values of the basudara people, while the younger generation looks for their own foothold. In addition, the manners/ethics of speech and manners of dressing by the younger generation are no longer controlled; the habit of greeting each other when passing each other also experienced a shift, this could lead to conflict between the older generation and the younger generation. However, the process of change does not always lead society in a negative direction, there is also a process of change that leads society in a positive direction, for example: transportation and communication become smooth, the equipment system begins to change, which used to still use human power, but in the present condition everything uses machine power. . This is a form of social change, it does not always lead society in a negative direction, but also leads society in a positive direction.

Abstract

Leadership style is the way a leader is in the process of directing and influencing someone in order to achieve the agency's or organization's goals. In this study using 5 leadership styles that will find out the relationship with employee discipline, namely autocratic leadership style, paternalistic style, charismatic style, Laissez Faire style and democratic leadership style. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach research method. Based on the analysis of the Leadership Style on the Leadership of the Manekar District Head, Tambrauw Regency, it can be concluded that the Democratic leadership style has been implemented well, while the Laissez Faire (free control) style in practice is only to test how much ability and responsibility is given to his subordinates. . The authoritarian leadership style is defined as obedience to the leader as a relationship between superiors and subordinates. For employee work discipline, based on indicators: punctuality discipline, discipline in using office equipment properly, high responsibility discipline, and discipline towards office rules, it can be concluded that employees who work at the Manekar District Office, Tambrauw Regency, West Papua Province can run and implement good work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the quality of public services in the field of government and (2) the influence of the factors of human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as community behavior on the quality of public services. The results show that (1) the unsatisfactory quality of ID cards and family cards services on the tangible dimension is the completeness of computers and the availability of complete information regarding the service flow, on the reliability dimension is the discipline of officers in providing services, on the responsiveness dimension all indicators are not satisfactory, namely employees. slow in providing services which is marked by a discrepancy between the service schedule and the rules that have been set, so that the final completion of ID cards and family cards is not in accordance with the required time, on the assurance dimension of guaranteeing that the completion of ID cards and family cards is in accordance with the required time, on the empathy dimension is perseverance employees in providing services, (2) the factors that influence the quality of service for ID cards and family cards are human resources, facilities and infrastructure and community behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational structure on the organizational design of the West Seram Regency Government. This study was designed using a qualitative approach with a positivism paradigm, which is based on a deductive logic system (hypothetico-deductive method). The type of research is a case study. The results showed that the dimensions of complexity in the SKPD organizational structure look wide horizontally and vertically high so that it is more complex. Similarly, the dimension of formality, has not touched its substance because there is no standardization of work, regulations and standard work procedures for employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Meanwhile, from the centralized dimension, the decision-making and supervision processes have been handed over to each SKPD, although in the end the highest decision rests with the Regent of West Seram Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kearifan Lokal Dalam Pembangunan Desa, (Studi Di Negeri Waai, Kecamatan Salahutu, Maluku Tengah) dengan fokus pada dua pertanyaan penelitian yaitu apakah pemerintah Negeri Waai menjalankan proses pembangunan berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, dan kedua ialah bagaimana hasil pembangunan yang berbasiskan pada nilai-nilai kearifal lokal di Negeri Waai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan yang dilaksanakan di Negeri Waai sebenarnya menggunakan semangat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, walaupun makna dari nilai-nilai itu mengalami pergeseran. Sedangkan hasil pembangunan di negeri Waai berjalan membaik, sehingga dampak dan manfaat pembangunan dimaksud tengah dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Tantangan dalam pembangunan adalah, partisipasi dan dukungan masyarakat dalam implementasi pembangunan melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat masih belum efektif.

Sosial welfare in perpective opproximation of sociological can be see on three indicators, ie, 1), Personality, 2) Social groups and, 3). Societies. The three indicators to follow teorities can be us saw on approximation in social problems deviant behaviour (children Street) , are there, first, abolition, second, protection, and thirt, empowerment. The three approtimations is the way of acting by human to aid satisfying societies welfare, so logically by Getrude Wilson, Sosial welfare is an organized concern all people.
