Background: Low Birth Weight (BBLR) is a case that occurs in baies after birth with indications of having a weight less than normal, which is less than 2500 grams. From Riskesdas data in 2018, stated that the incidence of LBW increased by 0,5% from 2013. Babies who has history of LBW have a chance of dying. Mother's weight during pregnancy is one of the risk factor of LBW, so mother who have weight gain in acoordance with the recommendations can prevent the incidence of LBW. Objectives: The objectives of this literature review is to describe the relationship of gestational weight gain with Low Birth Weight (LBW) in Indonesia. Methods: Literature Review is a method that author uses to compose this articel. This research uses database from Google Scholar with related keyword and found 1.240 articles. Those articles had screened based on itopic and nclusion criteria, anda 9 articles were obtained that used for this literature review. Discussion: Six of nine journals stated that there was a relationship of gestational weight gain with Low Birth Weight (LBW), while three of other journal stated that gestational weight gain have not related with Low Birth Weight (LBW). The relationship of both variables is indicated by p-value is p < 0,05. Asniatin (2018), stated that risk factor of LBW is an abnormal mother weight gain, with 7,534 times greater chance of occurance. None of relationship of both variables is indicated by p value > 0,05. However, the result of research of Mamidi et al (2022), have a contradictive result research with Asniatin (2018). Conclusions: There are differences of opinion from several related studies. Prevention of LBW can be done early by monitoring health from pra conception until birth and paying attention to the factors of LBW.

Background: Diphtheria is a "re-emerging disease" because diphtheria cases had fallen in 1985 and increased again in 2005 when an outbreak occurred in East Java. Immunization coverage in the city of Surabaya has reached the target of > 95%, the incidence of measles still exists and has doubled in 2018. Objectives: Analyzing the distribution map of diphtheria incidence according to DPT-HB-Hib immunization coverage and population density in the city of Surabaya. Methods: This study uses a descriptive analytic type with a correlation study design. The population is 31 districts in the city of Surabaya. Data was taken from the Health Profile of the City of Surabaya in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Data processing used the Health Mapper application version 4.3.2 to analyze data descriptively. Results: The distribution of diphtheria incidence with immunization coverage and population density in the city of Surabaya in 2017, 2018 and 2019 shows that the incidence of diphtheria is fluctuating in 2019 with immunization coverage and population density increasing each year. Conclusions: The incidence of diphtheria in the city of Surabaya shows that every time there is a decrease in immunization coverage it tends to cause new cases and an increase in diphtheria cases in the area. Population density is one of the factors for the rapid transmission of diphtheria bacteria.

Background: Hemoglobin (Hb) is positioned lower than usual in the blood in the condition known as background anemia. Anemia can beget inadequate blood to bind and transport oxygen from the lungs throughout the body. Women suffer from anemia more frequently than men, especially pregnant women, youthful women and the poor. This is in agreement with the physiologica requirements of women who increase during gestation and also the factor of bleeding through period that occurs every month. Anemia can reduce individual work capacity. People who witness anemia generally frequently feel headaches and dizziness. The negative impact of anemia is that it can intrude with internal processes and reduce intelligence, bloodied impunity, and reduce the capacity to learn objectsObjectives: The purpose of this study was to dissect the relationship between nutritive knowledge and consumption patterns of iron sources with the prevalence of anemia in adolescents, especially youthful women. Methods: This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional research design which was conducted on a sample of 50 female students from class X and XI at the Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. Samples were selected by proportional random sampling method. Results:The outcome from the study showed that the level of nutritional knowledge of respondents is 50% in the less category. The pattern of consumption of Fe sources of respondents 64% never consumed Fe sources. There is a relationship between the level of nutritional knowledge (p=0.016) and consumption patterns of iron sources (p=0.036) with the incidence of anemia in female students. Conclusions: Teenage girls with a good level of nutritional knowledge and a level of consumption of iron sources that are in accordance with needs effect on reducing the risk of anemia. It is hoped that young women can increase their intake of foods that are sources of iron and increase their knowledge about which foods have a large amount of iron and which foods are iron inhibitors to prevent anemia.

Background: The amount of capitation received by primary healthcare facilities under Indonesia National Health Insurance is based on the number of participants registered in the facilities. The imbalance in the number of participants per primary healthcare facilities causes disparities in the distribution of its capitation funds. The uneven distribution of participants also causes the imbalance of health risks managed by the primary healthcare facilities. Objective: This study aims to describe the distribution of National Health Insurance participants at First Level Health Facilities in Gubeng District, Surabaya City based on the type of FKTP and the location of the health facility in the village. Method: This study analyzes the Indonesia National Health Insurance membership data for 2021 at the BPJS Kesehatan KCU Surabaya. The case study in Gubeng Subdistrict, Surabaya was chosen to illustrate how the distribution of participants in the primary healthcare facilities is in an area that has relatively no problems with geographic access or the availability of referral health facilities. Results: The number of private primary healthcare facilities (clinics and private medical practice) in Gubeng Subdistrict is higher than the government's primary healthcare facilities (Puskesmas, TNI/POLRI Clinics) but the largest ratio of participants is in government primary healthcare facilities. Kelurahan Mojo in Gubeng had the largest number of primary healthcare facilities, but the largest ratio of participants was in Kelurahan Airlangga. At least 43.7% of the primary healthcare facilities in Gubeng Subdistrict had a ratio of participants above the average ratio of participants per primary healthcare facilities in the sub-district. Conclusion: The distribution of JKN participants to primary healthcare facilities in Gubeng District is uneven.
