Abstract

The achievement of learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMKN I Pleret Bantul has not been achieved. Student activity and interest in learning is still low. The purpose of this research was to find out the effectiveness of the debate model learning in an effort to increase student activity and learning outcomes. As a classroom action research, this research includes two cycles. Each cycle begins with the planning stage, then the action is carried out, and there is observation or observation, and ends with reflection. This study took the subjects of class XI TBSM A SMK N 1 Pleret Bantul for the 2019/2020 academic year, using test and observation techniques. The results showed an increase in student activity, seen from the percentage of attitudes and skills aspects. The percentage of students' attitude aspects in cycle I was 66.07% and in cycle II was 76.62%. The percentage of skill aspects in the first cycle was 69.44% and in the second cycle was 76.13%. The learning outcomes obtained by students also increased with the percentage of learning completeness starting with the pre-cycle of 53.57%, in the first cycle the percentage was obtained at 71.43%, and the second cycle was 78.57%. The success criteria have been fulfilled, namely 75%. The use of the debate model can increase understanding of learning material, increase student activity so that students are in the learning process, and can improve student learning outcomes. Besides that, it can also increase teacher creativity in using learning models so that it is more interesting and fun.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is focused on learning that provides opportunities for students to learn in a relaxed, calm, enjoyable, stress-free and pressure-free manner, demonstrating good character and natural talents possessed by students. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the implementation of the independent learning curriculum by applying blended learning between project based learning (PjBL) and role play can create learning that is fun, relaxed, calm, free of stress and pressure in the implementation of learning in the Culinary Vocational Fundamentals subject. While the purpose of this study is the application of PjBL blended learning with role play in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in Culinary Vocational Basics learning. The application of blended learning to learning culinary basics is combining the assignment of media charts by writing down the products being sold in the form of learning materials followed by playing the role of a seller of these products. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that blended learning PjBL and role play can provide a fun, relaxed learning atmosphere but students give good learning outcomes, namely 97.22% of the number of students or 35 students get a score of 80 and above and 2.78% or 1 student gets score of 70. With a class average score of 86.39, the highest score is 90, the lowest score is 70, it can be said that PjBL blended learning with role play can be applied to learning Culinary Fundamentals of class X in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The level of instruction provided in schools is significantly influenced by the students' literacy and numeracy skills. The literacy and numeracy skills of students are demonstrated through the education quality report cards. The outcomes of the students' numeracy literacy are still subpar at SD Negeri Gadingan, and a particular intervention with a value of 4% is required. This was due to the inability of three class teachers to effectively construct lesson plans based on numeracy and literacy. By Continuing Guidance activities at SD Negeri Gadingan, this School Action Research seeks to enhance teachers' capacity to create lesson plans that integrate numeracy and literacy. This type of study employed a qualitative methodology and was conducted from January to April 2022. Observation, documentation, and interviews were used in the data collection process. Teachers from SD Negeri Gadingan's grades IV, V, and VI served as the study's subjects. Data on the creation of lesson plans based on teachers' numeracy and literacy levels were collected. The three steps of data analysis were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making. The study's findings demonstrated that continuing guidance could enhance teachers' competence. As the result, teachers' ability to create lesson plans improved by 93%, while students' literacy and numeracy learning skills improved by 89% with good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims at explaining the implementation of E-LKPD-assisted Think Talk Write (TTW) method to improve writing skills and learning outcomes in personal letter material for students in class XI IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research carried out was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Kemmis and McTaggart (1988), through the stages of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The E-LKPD-assisted TTW method was carried out by following stages 1) think; 2) talk; and 3) write. The results of the action showed that all indicators of writing skills increased in cycle 2. The mean of text content indicator increased by 3.42 points from 90.83 to 94.25 in cycle 2. The text organization indicator increased by 3.86 points from 88.58 to 92.44 in cycle 2. The vocabulary indicator increased by 3.19 points from 87.53 to 90.72 in cycle 2. The grammar indicator increased by 27.36 points from 58.97 to 86.33 in cycle 2. Meanwhile, the writing mechanism indicator increased by 5, 75 points from 86.06 to 91.81 in cycle 2. Data on learning outcomes showed that the average of student learning outcomes increased by 9 points from 75.92 to 84.92 in cycle 2. The percentage of the class mastery increased by19.45 points from 69,44%, to 88.89% in cycle 2. The percentage of class learning mastery by 19.45 points from 30.56%, to 11.11% in cycle 2.

Abstract

There was a change in the work system and learning system during this pandemic, teachers were required to master information technology in their work and learning. The results of the Principal's supervision show that the professional competence of teachers in mastering technology is still low, it needs to be improved. This research aims to improve professional competence in using Google Workspace for Education and to find out how to improve it through workshops for teachers at SD Negeri Kalikepek. The type of research used is school action research. The object of this research is teacher competency in using Google Workspace for Education, the subject of this research is teachers at SD Negeri Kalikepek. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle covering planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection used observation techniques. The instruments used include participant observation instruments, management observations, and workshop product evaluation. The conclusion of this research is that workshops can improve professional competence in using Google Workspace for Education for teachers at SD Negeri Kalikepek from 14% to 86%; and the implementation of a good workshop must go through the steps of preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and coherent follow-up.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look for marketing strategies, marketing implementation and both supporting and inhibiting factors in order to increase people's interest in entering SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Timoho. The method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis consisting of data reduction, presentation and conclusions. The validity of the data using triangulation, namely matching interview data, observation and documentation. The results of educational services marketing strategy in order to increase community interest, namely by collaborating between foundations and local teachers and community members, both in the areas of curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, financial management, school and community relations management and service management special. The marketing implementation implemented is conducting market segments, determining target markets, and carrying out market positions, as well as marketing output. Supporting factors: schools have educators who teach according to their fields which make users of educational services more confident that SDIT Luqman Hakim has ways marketing that is different from other competitors in its class, and the entire academic community, parents, committees and partner institutions, both government and private, support the system from the foundation. Inhibiting factors, namely the level of concern from human resources has not been maximized in developing existing potential, the network is not yet wide, there is still a lack of program concepts, program escorts have not been maximized, the facilities and infrastructure have not been complete, there are still people who do not trust private schools, there is still a lack of interest in students in longer learning hours.

Abstract

This action was carried out when the writer was still on duty at SD Negeri Giripeni. This action aims to implement Learning Community to improve teachers' ICT literacy skills in PJJ. This study used School Action Research (PTS) which was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were six class teachers. The research data was obtained through observing the implementation of learning. The results of each cycle are analyzed and then used as a reference for the next action. Technical analysis using percentage descriptive analysis. The success rate of teacher performance is if the percentage of teachers who have ICT literacy skills in the good category of PJJ has reached 80%. The results showed that the value of the teacher's ICT literacy ability in PJJ SD Negeri Giripeni in the implementation of learning in cycle 1 was 74 (enough) and cycle 2 was 86 (good). The Learning Community at SD Negeri Giripeni is a learning process between teachers to share experiences with others, work with others to create better learning than self-study and can improve teachers' ICT literacy skills in PJJ.

Abstract

Salah satu strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan publik di SMA Negeri 1 Tempel dengan melakukan penelitian survei kepada pengguna jasa layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan publik yang disediakan SMA Negeri 1 Tempel; mengetahui unsur-unsur pelayanan apa saja yang harus ditingkatkan atas layanan publik SMA Negeri 1 Tempel; dan menganalisis bagaimana cara meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat atas layanan publik SMA Negeri 1 Tempel. Berdasarkan analisa data dari hasil survei kepuasan masyarakat pada enam layanan publik yang tersedia dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat pada SMA Negeri 1 Tempel sebesar 80,01 dan berada pada kategori B (Baik). Adapun hasil survei menunjukkan sembilan unsur pelayanan yang meliputi: Persyaratan, Sistem Mekanisme dan Prosedur, Waktu Pelayanan, Biaya/Tarif, Produk Spesifikasi Jenis Pelayanan, Kompetensi Pelaksana, Perilaku Pelaksana, sarana dan prasarana, serta Penanganan Pengaduan Saran dan Masukan semua mendapat penilaian pada rentang nilai 76,61 – 88,30 dengan kategori Baik. Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat atas layanan publik SMA Negeri 1 Tempel tertinggi pada unsur biaya/tarif dan terendah pada unsur waktu pelayanan. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat maka dari hasil survei perlu dibuat Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) yang dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal, 2) Penyederhanaan kuesioner yang digunakan agar mudah dipahami pengguna, 3) Untuk meningkatkan unsur waktu pelayanan, perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas SDM pemberi layanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu pengembangan prototipe dan membuat prototipe berkualitas untuk pengajaran matematika di SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Prototipe dibuat dengan menggunakan enam tahap pengembangan Sugiyono: 1) permasalahan dan peluang, 2) mengumpulkan data, 3) product design, 4) desain validasi, 5) review desain, 6) uji coba produk. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan angket berupa kuesioner pada 27 siswa kelas IV SD, terdapat 60% siswa yang merasa sulit untuk memahami materi pecahan. Maka peneliti bermaksud meneliti pembelajaran yang menggunakan lagu konsep pecahan. Prototipe divalidasi oleh ahli dan praktisi. Penilaian dari validator mendapat skor 3,5 kategori di Sangat Baik, maka layak untuk di uji coba. Peneliti melakukan uji coba terhadap 27 siswa kelas IV SD. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90,9% yang mampu mencapai dan melampaui nilai KKM Matematika dengan materi penjumlahan dan bilangan cacah. Dari hasil survei, siswa sangat bersemangat untuk mempelajari materi pecahan melalui media musik. Kualitas materi pendidikan matematika menggunakan file audio memenuhi standar yang sangat tinggi dan layak digunakan. Dari segi kriteria yang sangat tinggi dan nyaman digunakan. Pernyataan di atas dibuat berdasarkan bukti yang divalidasi oleh ahli Matematika. Ahli musik mendapatkan 3,41, kemudian guru kelas IV mendapatkan 3,21. Sedangkan hasil validitas rasio terhadap rasio dari validator sebelumnya yang bersangkutan mendapatkan 3,25.

Abstract

The purpose of this best practice is to find out how to minimize students' math anxiety in a mixed-ability classroom on Sequences and Series learning material with differentiated learning. Teachers can implement differentiated learning based on student readiness by designing content to meet the needs of all students. Learning is carried out using guided discovery. Students work in heterogeneous groups. The difficulty level of the problem is given in stages in Student Activity Sheets for groups or individuals, and Daily Tests. Scaffolding given according to the needs of students during learning. The average response score of students following the lesson was 4.49 out of 5.00. This shows that the teacher has carried out classroom management on most occasions. The average percentage of meeting the needs of students in the group is 97.67%. The average achievement of completing group and individual LKS was 97.78 and 89.30 respectively. The mean of the daily test results for the group below the average was 73.50, the average group was 85.88, and the group above the average was 92.98. The distribution of the number of students before implementing differentiation learning was 9 people with high anxiety, 19 people with moderate anxiety, and 8 people with low anxiety. After implementing differentiation learning, there were 3 people with high anxiety, 15 people with moderate anxiety, and 18 people with low anxiety. These results indicate that differentiated learning can be used to minimize the level of students' math anxiety in a mixed-ability classroom.
