Abstract

Electronic medical records (EMR) have made the management of patient health information more efficient by replacing manual record keeping. However, health workers still need to understand and apply RME well to get the maximum benefits. The role of counseling is needed for health workers in changing the use of manual media to digital. The research method uses scoping review. Based on the PubMed database as many as 88,041 articles with the keyword "electronic medical records" and as many as 84 articles with the search keyword "electronic medical records and video learning". The results of article screening in the last 10 years from 2013 – 2023 were 74 articles. Then there are exceptions based on article type, namely Clinical Trial as many as 2 articles and Randomized Controlled Trial as many as 1 article. So that articles that match the theme: review and systematic review as many as 10 articles. VOSviewer generates network, overlay and density visualization. The role of counseling through video media in electronic medical records is very important. The counseling provided does not help them deal with social, emotional, and psychological problems that may arise as a result of such changes. Abstract

Psychological well-being is an indicator of individual well-being to meet the criteria for positive psychological functioning. One of the factors that can fulfill a positive psychological function is the presence of a high spirit of spirituality which is assisted by the ability to interpret life which cannot be separated, such as carrying out the values of truth and goodness to achieve prosperity. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between spirituality and psychological well-being. Respondents in this study totaled 115 people consisting of 32 male and 83 female Muslim respondents with an age range of 18-25 years. In this study, the Ryff scale of psychological well-being and the Swinton scale of spirituality was used. The data collection method uses two scales, namely the spirituality scale and psychological well-being. Data were analyzed using Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. The results show that the correlation between psychological well-being and Islamic spirituality is 0.528 with a significance value of 0.000. It is known that the correlation is classified as a fairly strong correlation, meaning that there is a fairly strong relationship between psychological well-being and Islamic spirituality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the corrlation between loneliness and social media addiction to academic procrastination. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The population of this study was all students of SMKN 3 Seluma with a total sample of 247 students taken based on predetermined criteria. Data were obtained through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods and analyzed using Product Moment test. The results showed that the loneliness variable had a positive influence on academic procrastination, which was 0.768, while the social media addiction variable had a positive effect on academic procrastination with a correlation coefficient value of 0.849 and loneliness had a significant positive effect on social media addiction with a correlation coefficient value of 0.767. So it can be concluded that loneliness and social media addiction have a significant positive corelation with academic procrastination. Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan perilaku menunda dalam mengerjakan tugas akademik. Sedangkan hasil belajar merupakan kemampuan siswa setelah ia menerima pengalaman belajarnya. Prokrastinasi akademik ditunjukan dengan siswa yang sering telat mengumpulkan tugas, tugas yang tidak selesai dan banyak melakukan hal yang lebih menyenangkan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tingkat dan pengaruh prokrastinasi akademik terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 219 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 80 orang siswa yang diambil dengan teknik Random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket prokrastinasi akademik dan leger nilai hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII semester ganjil T.A 2022/2023. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat prokrastinasi akademik berada dikategori sedang (42,06%) dan hasil belajar berada di kategori sangat tinggi (90,12%). Sedangkan nilai determinasi berada pada kategori rendah tapi pasti (11,6%). Kata kunci: prokrastinasi akademik, hasil belajar, siswa SMP

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan perkembangan teknologi terkadang di salah gunakan oleh kalangan remaja. Biasanya dampak kondisi kesehatan yang kecanduan game online adalah penurunan konsentrasi belajar, mengganggu fungsi daya ingat, dan sebagainya. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode expost facto. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Kota Jambi yang bermain game online jumlah 261 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling jumlah sampel 76 siswa, kriteria bermain game online 3 jam perhari atau lebih, bermain game mobile legends. Teknik pengumpulan data menyebar angket. Teknik analisis data uji presentase, uji normalitas data, uji linearitas, uji analisis regresi sederhana, bantuan program SPSS V.2.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kecanduan game online presentasenya 60,7 %, tingkat konsentrasi belajar presentasenya 64,9 %. Hasil uji analisis regresi sederhana diketahui pengaruh negatif artinya variabel X -0,853 meningkat maka variabel Y 108,421 mengalami penurunan pada ukuran tertentu. Koefisien determinasi kecanduan game online dan konsentrasi belajar 0,959. Maka penelitian menunjukkan 95,9% terdapat pengaruh negatif antara variabel kecanduan game online dan konsentrasi belajar. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perilaku agresivitas komunikasi terhadap remaja pemain game online PUBG Desa Stabat Baru, KAB. Langkat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Informan terdiri dari 6 orang remaja dengan menganalisis data reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi serta menggunakan teknik keabsahan data berupa sumber, teknik dan durasi.  Hasil penelitian yaitu: pertama, durasi pemain game online PUBG bervariasi, 3-6 jam bahkan 20 jam perhari. Kedua, remaja mengalami kecanduan game online disebabkan oleh intensitas atau durasi bermain game online yang tidak terkontrol. Ketiga, perilaku agresivitas komunikasi melalui kata kasar, umpatan, cacian, dan ejekkan. Keempat, upaya pencegahan kecanduan game online antara lain attention switching, dissuasion, education, parental monitoring dan resource restriction. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perilaku komunikasi agresivitas terjadi disebabkan dari kekalahan pemain sehingga dengan begitu mudah melontarkan kata- kata kasar kepada lawan bicara dalam permainan game online. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan stress akademik mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 7.872 mahasiswa  penentuan sampel dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael digunakan tingkat 5% sebanyak 334 mahasiswa. Adapun pengambilan sampel penelitian yaitu dengan teknik probability sampling yang menggunakan proposionate stratifield random sampling. Teknik pengukuran skala penelitian ini menggunakan model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan stress akademik tingkat korelasi yang kuat. Semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri yang dimiliki mahasiswa maka semakin stress akademik. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan sebagai acuan positif perencanaan sebelum melakukan pembelian produk di kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang saya teliti disimpulkan bahwa diketahui terdapat hubungan efikasi diri dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dan berdasarkan ke efektifan dari efikasi diri terhadap stres akademik sebesar 44%. Abstract

Resilience is one of the important characteristics possessed by students, to be able to survive in difficult situations, succeed, and be happy in living life. The motivation behind this research is to see the relationship between student resilience and mental health. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method taken from various international literature through Google Scholar, PubMed, publish and perish and Sciendirect using the keywords "resilience, mental health, and university students". This study found that there is a positive relationship between resilience and mental health. With resilience, students will be better prepared to deal with stress and adversity, overcome learning difficulties, anxiety disorders, PTSD (post-traumatic syndrome disorder), depression, and psychological fatigue, and overcome learned helplessness. In this case, the role of resilience is very important in the context of mental health experienced by students. Keywords: university student, resilience, mental health

Abstract

The attitude of religious tolerance needs to be instilled and improved early on in students who are in school. This research aims to test the effectiveness of sociodrama technique that can empirically increase religious tolerance in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Margahayu. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with non-equivalent pretest-postest control group design. Data collection using religious tolerance instruments. Data analysis used non-parametric statistics. The participants in this study were students of class X-IA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Margahayu, totalling 34 people. Sampling in this study used random sampling technique. The results showed that the Sociodrama technique was empirically proven to be effective in increasing religious tolerance with an Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) of 0.030 is smaller than α. 0.05. The conclusion is that the sociodrama technique is empirically proven to be effective in increasing students' religious tolerance. Keywords: sociodrama, religious tolerance, student

Abstract

This study explores the correlation between school engagement and academic resilience among high school students in Klungkung Regency, Bali, using a quantitative approach with a correlational analysis design. 243 students from five high schools were selected via simple random sampling. Measures included the School Engagement Measure (SEM)-MacArthur (α = 0.851) and the Academic Resilience Scale-30 (ARS-30) (α = 0.884). Hypothesis testing revealed a Pearson correlation value of 0.615, with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.01), These findings demonstrate that school engagement is a factor that significantly correlates with academic resilience among high school students in Klungkung Regency, Bali.
