Abstract

his study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of independent variables (careerdevelopment, compensation, and job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (temporary employees'performance) in Flood Prevention Institution in East Java and to determine the independent variable thathas a dominant influence on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used is probabilitysampling. The sample used in this study was 67 of the 197 temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using theSPSS test tool. The results prove that career development, compensation, and job satisfaction partiallyand simultaneously influence the performance of temporary employees. In addition, the compensationvariable has a dominant influence on the performance of temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java, with a partial influence of 46.6%.

Abstract

his study examines the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employeeperformance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at Dinas Sumber Daya Air dan Bina MargaSurabaya. The research focuses on 176 permanent employees using saturated sampling, where theentire population is included. Data were collected through direct questionnaires, allowing respondents toprovide feedback, and were analyzed using path analysis with multiple linear regression in SPSS version17.0. The results indicate that both organizational culture and transformational leadership positivelyimpact job satisfaction and employee performance. However, job satisfaction mediates the effect oftransformational leadership on performance but not the effect of organizational culture. The studyhighlights the importance of fostering a dynamic learning culture to improve job satisfaction andperformance. It suggests the Surabaya City Government continue focusing on these factors to enhanceoverall organizational outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement on employee performance at PT XYZ, an electronic cigarette company in Malang. This research is motivated by previous studies that have shown inconsistent findings regarding the influence of these three variables on employee performance. A quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 90 back-office employees was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the validity and reliability were tested using SPSS 23.00. The Normality test, Heteroscedasticity, Multicollinearity, and Autocorrelation tests showed that the regression model had meet all classical assumptions. Meanwhile, data analysis using Regression analysis showed that simultaneously the three independent variables had a significant effect with a calculated F value of 32.504 and a significance of 0.000. Partially, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement each had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0% or below the tolerance value of 5%. Regression analysis showed that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement significantly influenced employee performance, both simultaneously and individually. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.739 indicates that 73.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these three variables, with organizational commitment being the most dominant variable. This study provides empirical evidence that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are crucial and interrelated factors contributing to improved employee performance.

Abstract

The background to this research is that in the last three years employee performance has decreased. This research aims to test the influence of compensation, motivation and workload on employee performance at PT Matesu Gotty Abadi. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT Matesu Gotty Abadi, totaling 65 employees, while the sampling used was using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely using Saturated Samples. The reason is that taking the entire population, the sample used is also a homogeneous sample, namely 65 permanent employee respondents. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. For testing tools, use the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and workload has a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small, or the research wants to make generalizations with very small errors. Another term for a saturated sample is a census, where all members of the population are sampled, the data source is 110 employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, motivation and work environment are proven to have a partially significant influence on the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees. These results can be interpreted that the existence of work discipline, motivation and work environment can improve the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees.
