Abstract

Persaingan perbankan dalam mendapatkan nasabah tentu tidak lepas dari kenyamanan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi di perbankan. Kenyamanan nasabah akan menjadi hal utama yang akan membentuk keinginan nasabah untuk menjadi nasabah yang tetap dan terus melakukan transaksi di perusahaan. Permasalahan dalam perusahaan adalah promosi yang dilakukan belum maksimal dalam mendukung pemasaran produk tabungan dikarenakan sering timbulnya masalah dalam kegiatan promosi. Kualitas pelayanan yang belum baik terlihat dari adanya komplain yang diajukan oleh nasabah di perusahaan. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan positivistik, jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian adalah sequential explanatory. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis yaitu analisis linear berganda. Populasi adalah nasabah PT Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk KCP Cirebon Medan yang melakukan pembukaan rekening baru berjumlah 1.356 nasabah yang diambil dari Bulan Januari – Desember 2017. Penelitian sampel adalah 309 nasabah. Hasil kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menabung pada PT Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk KCP Cirebon Medan. Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan scara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menabung pada PT Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk KCP Cirebon Medan.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dapat di rumuskan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana karakteristik pelayanan taxi online terhadap konsumen dan Bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen yang atas kerugian taxi online. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan hokum normative. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa konsumen memiliki beberapa kelurahan berupa ketidaknyamanan atas sikap driver yang tidak memiliki etika, baik secara verbal maupun perbuatan. Sikap ini akan menjurus pada potensi tindakan pelecehan dan tindakan amoral yang lain. Guna menghindari hal semacam itu, Gojek telah mengantisipasi dengan menerapkan standar operasional perusahaan (SOP), yang diantaranya adalah dilarang bicara basa-basi jika tidak didahului oleh konsumen, bersikap ramah secara sikap dan verbal, serta merespon pertanyaan dari konsumen jika ada. UU No.8 tahun 1999 juga mengatur hak konsumen secara jujur, sesuai dengan norma adil, dan tentu benar serta menghilangkan sikap diskriminatif

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pembagian kuesioner dan juga studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi pengujian secara simultan (uji-F), dan pengujian secara parsial (uji-t). Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebesar 48 orang. Hasil penelitian pada hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara serempak dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,136 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat presentase 13,6% sedangkan sisanya 86,4% adalah faktor lain yang tidak diteliti seperti motivasi, pelatihan, kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil penelitian, maka ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indo Guna Saka Tehnik

Abstract

PT. Bangun Tekno Karisma Lestari is a trading company that distributes Round separators for Sweco and spare parts. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Price and Distribution Channels on Customer Satisfaction Round Separator Sweco PT. Build Tekno Karisma Lestari. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population of 133 sample customers is 100 customers. The results showed that simultaneously and partially Price and Distribution Channels had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Round Separator Sweco PT. Build Tekno Karisma Lestari.

Abstract

This study is a regression analysis with the results Quality of Service, Quality and Value Customer Relationship positive effect on satisfaction and significant (quality of service, quality of relationships) and to the value of customers (not significant). The goal is to analyze the influence of service quality, relationship quality and customer value on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly. The unit of analysis of this study is the borrowers who apply for micro, analytical method with quantitative analysis. Techniques of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, followed by analysis of determination (R Square), hypothesis testing either partially (t test) and simultaneous (F test). Prior to analysis by multiple linear regression test beforehand in the research instrument (questionnaire) with validity and reliability as well as classical assumptions. After all the results of the analysis meet the new criteria forwarded at this stage of regression. Analysis tool application program SPSS version 22.0.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Kotak Indah Makmur Medan. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population is 90 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample, so that the total population is sampled. The results of this study found that partially leadership variables did not significantly influence employee performance. And job satisfaction variables significantly influence employee performance and simultaneous leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kotak Indah Makmur Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and communication on work performance in PT Bintang Rezeki Maju Medan. The existence of a phenomenon of leaders who are less open to innovative ideas and less active in welcoming opportunities, communication processes that take place in the form of one direction, and a decrease in employee performance can be seen from not achieving sales targets behind this research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 110 employees. The method used is a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research and the nature of research is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research with a significant level of 0.05 indicate that partially the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work performance where Tcount 3.036> Ttable 1.98238, and communication has a positive and significant effect on work performance where Tcount8,072 > Ttabel 1,98238. In addition leadership and communication styles have a positive and significant effect on work performance simultaneously, with the results of Fcount 45.570> Ftable 3.08.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and physical work environment on work performance in PT Ocean Centra Furnindo Medan. The phenomenon of conducting leadership style to the company tends to be less good, which can be seen from the rare leadership present to the company to attend meetings and provide problem solving to employees, the work environment less comfortable to carry out work, and work performance that tends to decrease can be seen from the decline in the number of sales at PT Ocean Centra Furnindo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 97 employees. The method used is a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research and the nature of research is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of showed with significant level 0,05 that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work performance partially with Tcount > Ttable (5,167 > 1.985) and physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance partially with Tcount > Ttable (2,444 > 1.985). Leadership style and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on work performance simultaneously with Fcount > Ftable (16,747 > 3,090).

Abstract

The election of the Village Head was very directly highlighted by the surrounding community, from the way of employment, budget use and so on. Pilkades in each region, especially in the Village of Beji Banyumas, will be held by a choice of the Village Head for choices in 2019 after the presidential election is held. The general election of the Village Head in Beji still uses the same paper as the general election, this makes a waste of budget because the unused paper will be discarded, the unused rooms will be kept for 5 years, the calculation of the election results is not fast enough. The Election Smart System is the solution where the workings of this System are done using sophisticated computers, including the Touch Screen Screen used to select Candidate Images, Face detection cameras are used for attendance attendance if it is going to the selection booth, DasHboard Diagrams are used to see the results of prospective candidates the winner will be directly displayed on the big screen to be seen by all those who want to know the most votes from the candidates, all the above facilities are run by computers, so there is no interference from the KPU or individuals who will misuse prospective voter data.

Abstract

The research approach used is quantitative and the type of research is descriptive. The population used is the Food and Beverage Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The collected data is analyzed first by testing the classical assumptions before testing the hypothesis. Testing the hypothesis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results show that partially Cash Flow has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, while Return On Investment, Earnings Management and Dividend Policy have a negative and not significant effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously Cash Flow, Return On Investment, Profit Management and Dividend Policy have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value.
