Abstract

Knowing the role of this research for the Department of Labor Employment Pekanbaru In Preparing For Competition MEA. Type Research Research type is descriptive qualitative research. The study was conducted at the Department of Labor Pekanbaru. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis descriptive analysis of data collected after the coding is done, the next presentation and to classify them, and then the process of analysis and ends with a conclusion. The results showed that the Department of Labor's role in preparing the workforce for MEA competition is not optimal, is also in accordance with the results of questionnaires which researchers recapitulation proposed by the percentage of 63.12% of respondents disagree that Office. Labor Pekanbaru already optimal role in preparing the workforce for MEA competition.

Abstract

Mariani International Hotel Padang is a 3 star hotel (***) located at Jalan Bundo Kanduang 35 Padang. Mariani International Hotel Padang always seeks to members or workers who engage in such activities can provide achievements in the form of high productivity to achieve its intended purpose. Mariani international hotel in Padang employee relations activities have been very well built. It can be seen from the many programs that have been conceived and developed by internal party hotel. As the event gathering of employees and festivities, excursions, sport commonly called an informal discussion, with a variety of information regarding the state of the hotel, outbound training, training and others are all aimed to strengthen the relationship of all employees both fellow employees or between superiors and subordinates. So with the employee relations activities had created a strong team building, loyalty to the job and the company as well as the emergence of a sense of spirit in employees, which in turn can increase work productivity. Based on the results of this study concluded that in fact the age and taste of seniority is not an obstacle to productivity. Things that support increased productivity is the sense of family keakrapan and have a sense of empathy with Mariani International Hotel Padang.

Abstract

Flats Directorate of The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is government agencies in charge of providing flats. The research method used is the method of observation, interview method, and method of study documentation. The official script is the organization of written communication which includes setting the type, format, filling, legitimacy, security, distribution, storage of the official script, and media used in official communication. The implementation of electronic service on the flats directorate of public works and public housing shall be in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No.54 of 2009. Electronic service script is an application used for the storage, distribution, and security of service scripts. The weakness of this application is on inputting outgoing mail, but can be overcome by inputting manually. By the existence of this electronic service script, the work in the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is expected can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The tourism industry is an industry that is relied upon and developed as one of the sectors driving economic growth, because the tourism sector significantly affect the economy of people in the region. To develop the potential of tourism in the region in need of a branding destination that aims to market the potential of an area. One of the most effective activities in strengthening branding is through brand activation activity. Brand activation is an activity that contributes to build trust between consumers, society and products. This research tries to trace the importance of branding destination through brand activation activity. This research uses qualitative paradigm with descriptive method. Data were obtained through direct and indirect interviews, Focus Group Discussion, literature review, and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to test Independence, Competence, Expectation Auditor, Auditor's Accuracy to Audit Quality simultaneously and partially.The sample in this research is Inspectorate of Tanjungpinang City, Inspectorate of Regency of Bintan, And Inspectorate of Batam City. The type of data used is the primary data which is obtained data collected by the researchers in a direct way from the source. Data were collected by using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression model. To test the hypothesis simultaneously and partially used F Test and Test T. The result of hypothesis test and test show that simultaneously variable of Independence, Competence, Expectation Auditor, Auditor's Dignity has Influence on Audit Quality. Partially Independence, Expectation Auditor, and Auditor's Accuracy does not have an effect on Audit Quality, while Competence Affects Quality of Audit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation and communication on employee performance at private hospitals in Batam City. This study used questionnaires distributed to employees of private hospitals in Batam City by distributing questionnaires 200 respondents. This study uses the level of individual analysis. The object of research is the employees of private hospitals in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes the validity, reliability, normality, and r square test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.740 which means that the variable of employee performance variable can be explained by the variable of leadership style, motivation and communication equal to 74,%, while the rest is 26,% influenced by factors that do not exist in research this.

Abstract

E-KTP (KTP-el) is a state document that must be owned by every citizen who has been aged 17 years or has married or been married. every citizen has only 1 E-KTP card in which there is a Population Identity Number (NIK). NIK became the sole identity number for public service affairs (Law Number 24 of 2013 About Amendment To Law Number 23 of 2006 About Population Administration). However, the implementation of E-KTP is still not maximized, one of the problems is the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP to citizens. As the result of a poll conducted by e-ktp.com up to the beginning of 2016, it was found that 58.0% of people complained about the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP, and only 3.0% -9.0% expressed satisfaction with the socialization and information which exists. In fact, until the middle of 2016 there are about 22 million inhabitants scattered in various areas that have not done recording E-KTP. Therefore the authors try to make multimedia animation in the form of public service ads to provide education and explain how the process of making and the E-KTP for the community. The design of multimedia animation using Luther-Sutopo version of multimedia development method with 6 stages is concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution.

Abstract

The development strategy of Economic Community of Fishermen in the Village of South Maitara, Sub District of North Tidore, Province of North Maluku. Marine fishery resources is a resources potential for economic development and wii-being of coastal communities, especially fishermen. To achieve these objectives be effectively and efficiently we need a strategy. This research was conducted in the village of South Maitara, District of North Tidore, Tidore Island, North Maluku Province. The sample is this study was 21 fishermen. The data used are secondary and primary data and are analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the economic development of fishermen still can be done by implementing the following strategies: (1). Increase the number of and quality of fishing equipment (2). Improving the quality of human resources through training (3). Improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure (4). Increased access to financing from financial institutions, and (5). The government’s policy of pro fishermen and the quality of natural resources.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the primary sector and plays an important role for the national economy. One result of the agricultural sector is rice which is the staple food of Indonesian citizens. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial production, and price of rice consumption Kerinci regency, as well as to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on rice consumption in Kerinci regency for the period of 2010 - 2015. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results showed simultaneously production and price variables significantly affect the consumption of rice in Kerinci regency in 2010 - 2015. Partially, the variables of rice production and consumption of rice did not affect the consumption of rice in Kerincitahun 2010 - 2015. Production and price variables have a positive and significant on the consumption of rice in Kerincitahun 2010 - 2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study refers to: (1) determine the amount of household expenditures to fuel the kitchen before the uses of biogas, (2) the expenditures of households to fuel the kitchen after the uses of biogas, and (3) determine the amount of the reduction of kitchens household expenditure using biogas fuel. The results showed: (1) the amount of fuel expenditures household kitchen's before using biogas average of Rp. 269 ​​516 per month. (2) the amount of fuel expenditures household kitchen's after using biogas average of Rp. 92 581 per month, (3) a reduction in fuel expenditure household in the village of Giri Mulyo after using biogas amounted to Rp. 5.485 million or an average of Rp. 176 935 per month / families or assuming a reduction in fixed expenditure then the average of Rp 176,935 x 12 equals 2,123,225 per year / families.
