To get insight into the adoption of crisis management and resilience strategies within the tourism industry, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on 43 articles spanning a period of ten years (2012-2022). This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method. This study presents a novel theme conceptual framework that can guide future research endeavors on resilience and crisis management within the tourism sector. The study identified three primary themes on the resilience of the tourist sector in effectively managing and responding to crises and disruptions. The first is adaptive responses, the second is innovations, and the transformation model is the third theme. The results and discussion sections will explain each theme in more detail.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence product quality, service quality and social media marketing have on consumer buying interest at the Batik Gallery of the East Java Province Cooperative and SME Service, partially and simultaneously and how much influence they have. This research data was obtained from primary data through interviews and distributing questionnaires to consumers who had purchased products at the Batik Gallery of the East Java Province UKM Service. In this study, researchers used the Lemeshow formula to obtain the population size and obtained 96 data samples for processing. In this research the author used quantitative descriptive methods. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, classical assumption test, and coefficient of determination test using the SPSS version 23 application. The questionnaire in this research has also passed the validity and reliability testing stage. The results of the partial test (t-test) between the product quality variable (X1) and purchasing interest (Y), can be concluded that the product quality variables (X1) and (Y) have no partial influence. The service quality and social media marketing variables have a partial influence. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F-test) can be concluded that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the variables product quality (X1), service quality (X2) and social media marketing (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to identify critical tasks in the construction of a 4-floor building at Kadiri University using the Critical Path Method (CPM). The project is planned to be completed within 43 weeks, from October 2023 to August 2024, with a budget of IDR 20,551,534,000. Data collection involved direct site visits for primary data and secondary data from project documentation, including the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and project schedule. Using Microsoft Project software, a project network was mapped, and CPM analysis was performed to identify the critical path. The analysis revealed that several tasks, such as site cleaning, demolition, temporary project fencing, heavy equipment work, geotechnical work, and various structural works from the 1st to the 5th floors, are on the critical path. These tasks have zero slack time, indicating that any delays will directly impact the overall project timeline. Identifying the critical path is crucial for project managers to prioritize resources and efforts on these tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule. This study underscores the significance of CPM in project management for timely completion and effective resource allocation, providing valuable insights for managing similar construction projects.

Abstract

The formation of hybrid varieties by self-crossing the F2 population has been carried out, thus obtaining the first generation selfing line (S1). This research aims to determine the level of drought stress resistance of S1 lines and corn plants and the correlation between their characters and the ISC value for each stress. The method used is an experimental method with field experiments. The experiment was carried out from March to June 2023 at the location in Gumantar Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RAK) in a split plot design with the main plot consisting of stress and normal treatments, while the sub plots were the S1 lines and the F2 population. The results showed that there were different levels of resistance in the S1 line. G27 has resistance with tolerant criteria, 13 lines are moderately tolerant, and 16 other lines are susceptible; Correlation criteria between characters vary with the ISC value in each stress and normal condition. Characters that are strongly correlated with the ISC value are chlorophyll A, total chlorophyll, harvest dry cob weight, and dry kernel weight. The formation of S2 lines can be done using tolerant and moderately tolerant lines.

Abstract

PT XYZ has four divisions: sales, implementation, planning and evaluation, and finance. As time goes by, there is a recurring phenomenon/case, namely delays in the information distribution process in each division due to ineffective communication flow procedures. Each division has an ongoing distribution of information that is not integrated and can only be accessed by the respective division's personnel. This greatly affects the company directly and indirectly. In this research, the flow of communication at PT XYZ and stakeholders will be identified, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each division personnel at PT XYZ to improve effective and efficient work. The research results also emphasize the communication flow of each division so that each party fully understands the distribution of information to carry out ongoing project implementation at PT XYZ.
