This research is carried out by the phenomenon of the increase in the number of customer complaints in the last four years at PT XX, which operates in the field of supplier of products and services in the construction sector. From the results of further research, it was found that there were problems in implementing KM. For this reason, this research aims to measure the Knowledge Management Maturity Level based on ISO 30401 and the quality management system as a strategy for facing global competitive conditions in the future so that leaders can develop effective strategies to reduce loss of organizational knowledge and customer complaints that occur due to lack of knowledge management. This research aims to obtain tools to measure knowledge management maturity in the company that supplies products and services in the construction sector so that management can develop strategies to reduce customer complaints. In several previous studies, knowledge management maturity levels were usually measured in contractor companies to prevent construction failures, but this research was carried out on the company that supplies products and services to contractors. The research methods used include literature studies, expert validation, and questionnaires. The results of this research are ten research sub-variables with 41 indicators as the tools for assessing the knowledge management maturity level. When tested at PT XX, it showed that the knowledge maturity is at level 4, where the organization has managed knowledge well and can be said to be mature. This result is already validated by experts who work in that company.

Abstract

The internet's growth in Indonesia has reshaped lifestyles and opened new avenues for businesses. This study examines the impact of e-service quality dimensions on e-customer satisfaction among users of the myFirstMedia application—an innovative digital service ensuring 24/7 customer connectivity. However, there is a noticeable gap between service quality and user expectations. The research, utilizing a quantitative method, combines primary data from Google Forms surveys with secondary data from news articles and previous research. Employing non-probability purposive sampling, the study involves 385 respondents and applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Statistical tests reveal that (1) the reliability dimension significantly influences e-customer satisfaction, (2) the responsiveness dimension positively impacts e-customer satisfaction, (3) the security/privacy dimension has a significant positive effect on e-customer satisfaction, (4) the fulfillment dimension significantly contributes to e-customer satisfaction, and (5) the efficiency dimension positively affects e-customer satisfaction. The R-Square coefficient of determination indicates a 52.6% influence of electronic service quality dimensions on e-customer satisfaction. Statistical analysis results confirm the impact of the reliability dimension on e-customer satisfaction. Descriptive analysis highlights that the fulfillment dimension exhibits the lowest percentage value, particularly concerning information on package prices, promotions, and other content within the My First Media application.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is important to apply to hospital staff. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of psychological capital and affective commitment on OCB. Respondents were 196 officers from two hospitals in Indonesia. The sampling method uses stratified random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data was processed with the help of Jamovi 2.3.28 software. The research results found that psychological capital and affective commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB both partially and simultaneously. Hospital management can increase the voluntary behavior of its staff in working beyond formal rules by increasing psychological capital such as self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience. Factors that increase affective commitment also need to be implemented so that officers' OCB increases, followed by better service provided. Future researchers can limit the study population to certain areas and combine private and government hospitals to obtain greater generalization. Future researchers can add other variables such as work motivation and job satisfaction to the simultaneous and partial effects.
