Abstract

This community service activity aims to educate children less than 5 years old, as an effort to provide information related to the consumption of drugs, vitamins and healthy living behavior while doing self-isolation. The community service method used is to provide education related to the procedures for consuming drugs, vitamins, and healthy living behaviors that are associated with conditions when children undergo independent isolation. The guidelines used in the education process are the guidelines for child self-isolation published by Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia. This service was carried out at Raudhatul Adfal IT Cendekia Kebonagung, Demak, Central Java. The results obtained are an increase in understanding of students and parents in consuming vitamins, independent isolation, and healthy clean-living behavior.

Abstract

Seeing the rapid development of the internet, digital marketing occupies a very strategic position as a mainstream marketing medium. One of them is for branding and marketing a product through social media. This activity aims to add insight to MTS Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya students to become young entrepreneurs who have digital marketing soft skills to support marketing their products online. The results of this training show that 80% of the participants have understood digital marketing and the use of social media.

Abstract

Community service aims to provide training in making learning media using Canva to increase teacher creativity. This Community Service is conducted at MI AR Rahman Rawakalong, located in Kp. Ciater RT 01/09, Ds. Rawakalong, Kec. Mount Sindur, Bogor. The method of implementing community service is through lectures, training, discussion, and evaluation by the service team by examining the results of learning media in the form of posters, power points, and videos made by the teacher. The results achieved in this community service provide insight and benefits to MI AR Rahman Rawakalong teachers regarding learning media. In addition, Rahman Rawakalong MI AR teachers are able to create posters, power points, and videos using Canva.

Abstract

Assistance for the Baha Tourism Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency aims to ensure that the tourism village can develop properly and provide socio-cultural and economic benefits for the local community. The methods used in this assistance are community education methods, training, science and technology substitution, and participatory decision making processes. Assistance to the Baha Tourism Village has resulted in increased public awareness of cleanliness along the tracking/cycling route, additional supporting infrastructure along the tracking/cycling route, the formation of an organizational structure for managing the tourism village, the availability of Baha Village tour packages, and digital promotion through the Godevi platform. The Baha Village tour package consists of tracking/cycling routes, historical tours of Japanese Caves, traditional culinary (lawar Nyawan), traditional games (metembing and mesorog-sorogan), traditional architecture of Pura Puseh Baha Village, folklore (Men Brayut and Pan Brayut), and jerimpen.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to develop a design for empowering farmers in order to increase their participation in the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L). Activities carried out from January to July 2022. The method used in this activity is extension and training to local farmers. Training on plant maintenance from plant-based pests and diseases aims to increase farmers' knowledge, attitudes and skills, especially related to P2L. The results of the study show that age, non-formal education, farming experience, group roles, availability of facilities, extension extension support, and government support simultaneously have a significant effect on farmer participation in the use of home gardens. Partially, non-formal education and extension support have a significant effect on farmer participation in the use of home gardens in Tegalrejo Village, Tegalrejo Kemantren, Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

Ngalang Village is one of the villages in Gedangsari District, Gunung Kidul Regency with a high stunting rate (short and very short) of 28.23%. Nutrition is one of the important factors that determine the level of health of physical and mental development. This is important because it concerns the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. The purpose of this program is to improve nutritional status as well as maternal and child health through innovative integrated nutrition gardens using the vertiminaponic method and technology-based PROSA-HI in Ngalang Village. The method that will be applied in this community service activity consists of implementing the PROS-HI innovation, integrated nutrition garden innovation with the vertiminaponic method and evaluating activities. The results of this activity showed an increase in the participants' understanding of the material presented (p value = 0.000). In general, vertiminaponics can solve the nutritional problem of stunting toddlers.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a malignancy originating from glandular cells, glandular ducts and supporting tissues of the breast, excluding breast skin. Adolescence is a period of transition (transition from children to adulthood). At this time, adolescents often face complex and difficult problems to overcome on their own. The purpose of this community service is to increase young women's knowledge about reproductive health and skills about SADARI examination at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. This program was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the activity showed that most of the participants had good knowledge of reproductive health (60%) and were able to perform SADARI examinations (90%).

Abstract

Improving the competency of guidance and counseling teachers includes both a demand and an obligation in the delivery of guidance and counseling services. The aim of this program intends to strengthen guidance and counseling teachers' competency, particularly in group counseling services. The Guidance and Counseling Teacher Consultation (MGBK) MTs Magelang Regency are the target audience for this program. This program employs lectures, group counseling practice support using the REBT technique, and activity evaluation. As the result of this program, guidance and counseling teachers at Magelang Regency MGBK MTs learned to grasp the application of group counseling using the REBT approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service project is to collect documents on the legal framework of the village-owned businesses (BUMDesa) in Cibogo Village. The method used for this act of community service can be separated down into three phases: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Partner interviews and the development of work concepts are both used in planning. The creation of the concept, selection, and socialization of institutional devices are carried out during the implementation stage. The success of the activity is assessed during the evaluation phase. This community service project resulted in a Village Regulation regarding its establishment of BUMDesa. Furthermore, it is also produced BPD decision documents, statutes, bylaws, and decrees regarding the appointment of BUMDesa management.

Abstract

Indonesian people's awareness of dental and oral health is still very low, this can be seen based on the number of people who go to the dentist only when experiencing dental and mouth problems. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about dental and oral health in order to prevent increasing dental and oral health problems in Indonesia. The community service method in the first day, counseling was held on how to maintain healthy teeth and mouth, practice brushing teeth by distributing free toothbrushes and toothpaste. On the second day, free dental and general health treatment was carried out, starting with a vital sign examination and general check-up, followed by a dental and oral examination as well as basic medical treatment and procedures. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in knowledge about dental and oral health by avarage 86,5; 72 medical and 96 dental treatment. This activity ended with the distribution of free groceries to 90 heads of families.
