Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kebenaran Gerak Teknik Pukulan Kizami Tsuki Jodan pada Atlet Putra Perguruan Karate Dojo Kei Shin Kan SMPN 6 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian gabungan dengan mengkombinasikan antara dua metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif sehingga akan diperoleh data yang lebih komperhensif, valid, reliabel, dan objektif. Untuk menganalisis data, setiap atlet akan melaksanakan teknik pukulan Kizami Tsuki Jodan dan peneliti akan mengaplikasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi software dartfish yang dimana pengambilan videonya terdapat lima sudut pengambilan dari samping kanan, dari samping kiri, dari depan dan dari atas, kemudian membandingkan pada atlet nasional setelah itu akan dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan dari data yang sudah diambil dari setiap atlet Dojo Kei Shin Kan SMPN 6 Medan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aplikasi software dartfish yang telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) sudut kamera dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak perbaikan kebenaran gerak yang perlu diperhatikan berdasarkan sudut-sudut dari setiap komponen yang dianalisis walaupun setiap kategori sudut setiap atlet menunjukan gerakan yang sudah hampir mendekati pembanding.

Abstract

Development of Goal Sensor Tools in Futsal Sports is a tool in matches and training to detect goals in futsal games. This tool can help teams, coaches and referees in detecting goals in matches and training. This tool was made with the aim of assisting the coach in applying the game system to defend and attack in order to get goals and so as not to concede. This tool serves to detect goals without any doubt in goal decision making.This study aims to develop a goal sensor to assist in matches and training. The population in this study were 30 athletes from the Joint Club FS and Tibor FC as well as 6 experts in each field. The form of the tool that has been made in advance is validated by 3 experts, namely 1 sports expert from the University who has a sports education background, 1 futsal coach expert and 1 electronics expert. The small group test involved 10 athletes and 3 experts, then the results were validated with an average value of the third validity of 77%. The results of the large group trial involved 20 people and 6 experts, then the results were validated with an average value of the sixth validity of 84%. Based on the results of validation by experts, it can be concluded that the development of a goal sensor in the futsal goal using 2020 pattern detection is valid and can be used. However, this tool cannot be disseminated because there are still many shortcomings in this tool.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the 2020 Electronic Football Goalkeeper Reaction Speed Training Tool. This research method is a type of Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this research were taken from SSB Perstas, SSB Kwarta, and SSB Cakra. Development of the Electronic-Based Soccer Goalkeeper Reaction Training Tool for 2020 has been made and validated by 4 experts, namely Equipment, Electronics, Coach, and Sports. The results of the small group test involving 9 goalkeepers from SSB Perstas, SSB Patmi 50, and SSB Cakra, show that the goalkeeper reaction speed training tool meets the criteria to be continued in large group trials with a percentage of 84 - 100%. The results of the large group test involving 15 goalkeepers from SSB Perstas, SSB Patmi 50, SSB Cakra SSB Kwarta and SSB Gumarang, showed that the goalkeeper reaction speed training tool met the criteria to be continued into mass production with a percentage of 82-100%. It can be concluded that the development of a football goalkeeper reaction speed tool can be categorized as "very good" with the meaning "feasible” and usable.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the movement of the drag flick technique and to find out the correctness of the motion of the technique when dragging the flick on female athletes from the PON Papua 2020 plateaus. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach research design. By analyzing the motion of the drag flick technique for athletes who have participated in the National Training Program, which is used as a comparison and indoor hockey athletes from the Regional Plates of Prapon 2019 as athletes who are used as research samples using the Dartfish Teampro 5.5 software. This research was assisted by experts, namely one expert in the field of indoor hockey. The instrument used is Expert Judgment. The percentage of success that has been analyzed using Darfish software at the prefix position stage is very good (33%), Good (60%), Poor (6.6%), very poor (0%). the position of the foot crossover is very good (13%), Good (53.3%), Poor (33.3%), very poor (0%). the position of implementation is very good (22.2%), Good (50%), Poor (27.7%), very poor (0%). advanced motion positions are categorized as very good (0%), Good (34.7%), Less (65.2%), very poor (0%). The percentage of success based on expert judgment at the prefix position stage is Very Good (33%), Good (60%), Less (6.6%), Very Less (0%). foot crossover position is very good (13.3%), good (53.3%), less (33.3%), very poor (0%). the position of the implementation of the categories is Very Good (22%), Good (50%), Less (27.7%), Very Poor (0%). position ending in the category Very Good 34.7%), Good (65.2%), Less (0%), Very Less (0%). The results of the analysis of the overall movement of the dartfish software are at the level of correctness of the motion of the drag flick motion technique in the less category. The hockey sports expert's assessment shows that the overall motion at the correct level of motion of the drag flick technique is in the insufficient category so that there is still much to be improved.

Abstract

Teknik Menendang Bola Dengan Kaki Bagian Dalam Pada Atlet Putra Penjaga Gawang Indoor Hockey Project Hockey Now Tahun 2020. Indikator penilaian pada penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kemampuan teknik menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam yang terdiri dari awalan, pelaksanaan dan gerakan lanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yang menjelaskan keadaan yang sebenarnya dan cenderung memberikan hasil data dari pada teori. Untuk menganalisis data, setiap atlet akan melaksanakan teknik menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam dan peneliti akan mengaplikasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi software dartfish dan ahli hockey kemudian membandingkan pada atlet nasional. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aplikasi software dartfish persentasi tingkat keberhasilan pada penelitian ini yaitu : Hasil persentase analisis software dartfish menendang menggunakan kaki kanan bagian dalam pada posisi awalan, kategori baik sekali (15,625%), Baik (12,5%), Kurang (18,75%), kurang sekali (53,125%). Posisi pelaksanaan ketegori baik sekali (21,875%), Baik (15,625%), Kurang (9,375%), kurang sekali (53,125%). Dan posisi gerak lanjutan ketegori baik sekali (18,75%), Baik (15,625%), Kurang (15,625%), kurang sekali (50%). Hasil persentase analisis software dartfish menendang menggunakan kaki kiri bagian dalamposisi awalan ketegori baik sekali (6,25%), Baik (15,625%), Kurang (15,625%), kurang sekali (62,5%). Posisi pelaksanaan ketegori baik sekali (15,625%), Baik (15,625%), Kurang (12,5%), kurang sekali (56,25%). Dan posisi gerak lanjutan ketegori baik sekali (12,5%), Baik (21,875%), Kurang (15,625%), kurang sekali (50%).Hasil persentase analisis menurut ahli olahraga hockey menendang kaki kanan bagian dalam posisi awalan ketegori baik sekali (70%), Baik (30%), Kurang (0%), kurang sekali (0%).Posisi pelaksanaan ketegori baik sekali (30%), Baik (40%), Kurang (30%), kurang sekali (0%).Posisi akhiran ketegori baik sekali (50%), Baik (50%), Kurang (0%), kurang sekali (0%).Dan hasil persentase analisis menurut ahli olahraga hockey menendang kaki kiri bagian dalam posisi awalan ketegori baik sekali (70%), Baik (30%), Kurang (0%), kurang sekali (0%).Posisi pelaksanaan ketegori baik sekali (20%), Baik (40%), Kurang (40%), kurang sekali (0%).Posisi akhiran ketegori baik sekali (50%), Baik (50%), Kurang (0%), kurang sekali (0%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan variasi latihan pada atlet lempar cakram pemula. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet lempar cakram pemula Simamora Nabolak Atletik Club, SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Atletik Club, SANMAR atletik Club, dan Siborongborong Atletik Club Generation. Bentuk variasi yang dibuat terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh 2(dua) orang ahli dibidang olahraga yaitu 1(satu) orang pelatih atletik yang memiliki lisensi tingkat daerah, dan 1(satu) orang akademisi olahraga yang berasal dari Universitas yang mempunyai latar belakang S2 pendidikan olahraga dimana persentase validitasnya adalah 71% - 91% . Uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 15 orang atlet dari club Simamora Nabolak Atletik Club, SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Atletik Club, SANMAR Atletik Club menunjukan bahwa persentase validitasnya antara 67% - 97%. Hasil uji keompok besar melibatkan 21 orang atlet dari Simamora Nabolak Atletik Club, SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Atletik Club, SANMAR Atletik Club, dan Siborongborong Atletik Club Generation menunjukkan bahwa persentase validitasnya adalah antara 73% - 92%. Disimpulkan dari 20 variasi latihan pada atlet lempar cakram pemula tersebut baik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet lempar cakram pemula karena mengandung unsur latihan fisik dan tehnik yang sesuai dengan kriteria latihan atlet pemula sehingga dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelatih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada kejuaraan POMRAYON Solo Raya mengenai ketepatan arah smash yang dilakukan para atlet UKM bulutangkis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang masih seringkali melakukan kesalahan dan kurang dalam penerapannya. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemberian metode latihan drill dan strokes terhadap ketepatan arah smash pada perrmainan bulutangkis.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen two group pretest-posttest design dengan perlakuan sebanyak 16 kali. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet UKM bulutangkis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta sebanyak 14 atlet. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu dengan tes ketepatan smash oleh Saleh Anasir (2010) dengan validitas 0,926 dari criterion round robin tournament dan relibilitas 0,97 dari test-retest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, setalah itu dilanjutkan dengan analisis uji-t. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya terdapat dampak metode latihan drill terhadap ketepatan arah smash dengan nilai t hitung -17,324 < t tabel -2,447 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0.05, dengan peningkatan presentase sebanyak 68,53%. Selain itu, juga terdapat dampak metode latihan strokes terhadap ketepatan arah smash dengan nilai t hitung -9,295 < t tabel -2,447 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0.05. Kesimpulannya metode latihan drill lebih berdampak terhadap ketepatan arah smash daripada metode latihan strokes dengan selisih rerata posttest sebanyak 3,143.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to: (1) produce a prototype design of tools in training for beginner and advanced male woodball athletes, (2) test the design of a prototype tool that could be effectively used by athletes to improve skills in training at night, (3) the prototype could used to anticipate training schedule constraints for woodball athletes. The steps used in the development procedure are: (1) Potential and Problems, (2) Develop the initial product, (3) Product Design, (4) Design Validation 2 woodball experts and 2 equipment experts, (4) Design improvement, (5) Product Trial for 6 athletes, and (6) Usage Trial for 10 athletes. The final product is a prototype model of an exercise aid (glow in the dark gate and ball) that can be used for training at night. The results of tool validation from the assessment rubric of woodball experts and equipment experts can answer complaints about the tight schedule of activities for athletes, while the effectiveness of the tool model can help coaches in maximizing training programs with experimental assessments by woodball experts on small-scale trials and large-scale trials getting an average score average after doing the test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of circuit training training on the results of Mawashi Geri's kick speed in Kumite athletes Go to KKNSI Don Bosco Diski in 2020. The location of this research was carried out at Dojo Don Bosco Diski Catholic School Deli Murni Diski. When this research was conducted in July until August. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. The population was all athletes of the Don Bosco Diski Dojo totaling 26 people and the number of samples was 8 people obtained by simple random sampling technique. Research instrument for data collection. This research was conducted for 18 meetings with a frequency of training 4 (four) times a week. To see the effect of the independent and dependent variables, t-test calculations were used. With this research, it can provide accurate data about the effect of Circuit Training training on increasing Mawashi Geri's kick speed in the Don Bosco Diski Kumite Dojo athlete in 2020. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Circuit Training training on the improvement of Mawashi Geri's tendanga speed in Don Bosco Diski Kumite athletes with hypothesis analysis from the pre-test and post-test data, the results of the kick speed results obtained tcount = 11.80 and t table of = 1.86 with α = 0.05 (tcount> ttable) or (11.80> 1.86) means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to develop bouncing wall training aids to train passing athletes. The sample/respondent in this study was for a small group trial of 18 athletes from PBV Bina Putri Medan and PBV Gaperta Putra and for large group trials involving 44 athletes. PBV Mulia, PBV TVRI, and PBV Gaperta Putri. The form that has been made beforehand was validated by 3 experts, 1 volleyball coach, 1 sports expert and 1 expert in media/tools, where the percentage of validity is 80% from sports experts, 100% from volleyball experts and 96% from experts media/tools. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The results of the small group test involving 18 volleyball athletes PBV Bina Putri Medan as many as 8 athletes got a percentage value of 91% and PBV Gaperta Putra as many as 10 athletes got a percentage value of 92%. volleyball met the criteria to be continued in the large group trial because the average score percentage was 92%. The results of the large group test on 44 volleyball athletes from PBV Mulia Medan as many as 16 athletes got a percentage score of 92%, PBV TVRI as many as 12 athletes and got a percentage value of 92% and PBV Gaperta Putri as many as 16 athletes and got a percentage value of 90%, this shows that the bouncing wall training aid to train volleyball athletes' passing has met the criteria to be continued in the manufacture of mass products because the percentage of the average value is 92%. These training aids are very necessary to train the ability of volleyball athletes in terms of passing, because it is important in training and matches besides that the exercise is not boring and can help coaches train their athletes and also become input for volleyball coaches throughout Indonesia.
