Diabetes mellitus is one of the comorbid factors for respiratory infections due to Era Society 5.0. High blood sugar levels cause disturbances in the immune system, thereby exacerbating the infection. This study aims to discuss safe exercise for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This research is a type of literature study. The data collected was compiled using the literature study method. The approach used is analytic observational. Search articles using the Google Scholar search site with the keywords sports, diabetes mellitus, and Era Society 5.0. The results in this study are the recommended exercise for people with diabetes mellitus is light to moderate intensity exercise. It is necessary to consult with a doctor first regarding exercise options. Exercise at home is more recommended. As much as possible, physical activity should still be done by people with diabetes mellitus to stabilize blood sugar levels and improve the immune system. The conclusion of this study is that exercise in people with diabetes mellitus is very necessary during a pandemic. The exercise carried out must still comply with health protocols and in accordance with the condition of each individual's body.

The purpose of this study was to determine the problem-solving ability of elementary school students. The method used is Pre Experimental Designs with a Group Pretest Posttest. Samples of 12 elementary school children were divided into two teams. Teams A and B consist of six students each. The instrument used in this research is the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). The data analysis technique used was the T-test. The results obtained from the pretest of team A had an average GPA score of 5.4, while team B had an average GPAI score of 4.64. The results obtained from the posttest from team A showed an average GPAI score of 6.94, while team B had an average GPAI score of 6.6. It turns out that there is an increase in children's problem-solving abilities. Based on the test, the data is declared normal and homogeneous—the T-test sig result of 0.018 <0.05, stating differences in students' problem-solving abilities. So the field game effectively stimulated elementary school students' problem-solving abilities.

This study aims to determine the basic technical skills of short serve based on the age of the child. The method used in this research is a survey. The population in the study of male and female athletes who took part in the exercise was 40 people. The sample used is a population sample consisting of 40 athletes with details of 30 male and 10 female. Data collection tools used are tests and measurements of short service. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the short service ability based on the age of the sons and daughters has an average good category, with the following details: 8 years old 7 people (18%), 9 years old 5 people (13%), 10 years old there 13 people (33%), 11 years old 3 people (8%), 12 years old 6 people (15%), 13 year old 3 people (8%), 14 year old 2 people (5%) and 15 years old there is 1 person (3%).

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the basic technical abilities of basketball students in grades 1,2,3. The basic technique is the initial ability of the game of basketball where students can learn quickly and understand the game of basketball. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis method with the type of survey method, this research is carried out by tests and measurements. The research population was students of SDN 10 Anjungan class 1,2,3, which amounted to 117 students, 52 male students, and 65 female students. The technique for taking this sample uses a population sample. The instrument of this research is dribbling zig-gaz. Analysis of the data using SPSS t test was carried out to see if there were differences between classes. The results of this study indicate that the significance value in the lower class is 0.009 <0.05, it can be concluded that in the lower class there is a significant difference in value, it is declared not the same. This study proves that there are significant differences in the basic basketball techniques of the lower class group, such as dribbling.

The research was conducted to determine the effect of traditional games on student cooperation in physical education learning at junior high school. This research is an experimental research to find out whether the effect of traditional games on student cooperation in learning physical education. The number of samples was 32 students of class VIII B who were taken by technique cluster sampling by using a formula slovin. The data of this research is done by one group pretest-posttest design by using a student collaboration questionnaire using a scale likert distributed at the beginning and end of the meeting. The research results were obtained through a data normality test with the results stating that the data pretest 0.122 > 0.05 and posttest 0.142 > 0.05 from the results of the study showed that the data were normally distributed and through the calculation of the homogeneity test which showed a sig value of 0.734 > from 0.05 that the data pretest-posttest stating that the data is homogeneously distributed and the t-test calculation obtained the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 indicates a significant difference between the results before and after being given treatment. It can be concluded that the results of the research conducted can be stated that there is an influence of traditional games on student cooperation in physical education learning at junior high school.

The purpose of this research is to produce a model of resilience program in training for athletes with minimal national competition in South Sumatra woodball athletes. This program model is adapted to the resilience cases experienced by South Sumatra woodball athletes due to the effects of the lack of national competition. This research is a development research (R&D) which refers to the Borg n Gall model. Small-scale trials were carried out on 10 woodball athletes and large-scale trials involved all 24 Pelatda woodball athletes. Collecting data using interviews, value scales, observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study are a model of a resilience program in training for athletes with minimal national competition in South Sumatra woodball athletes as outlined in the form of a guidebook. Testing the validity of the program model on large-scale user trials is 0.873 with a reliability above 0.607, namely 0.728 reliable information. The evaluation was carried out on woodball coaching experts and sports psychologists that the resilience program model in training for athletes with minimal national competition in South Sumatra woodball athletes is very feasible to use.

The absence of data about the level of physical fitness of SD Negeri 054936 Wonorejo students is what inspired this study. The objective of this research was to determine how well the Class V students at SD Negeri 054936 Wonorejo Academic Year 2021/2022 were physically active. There is quantitative descriptive research in this study. A survey was the research method used. The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for children ages 10 to 12 served as the study's primary data collection tool. Students in the fifth grade at SD Negeri 054936 Wonorejo for the 2021–2022 academic year made up the population of this study. 39 students were selected using the saturation sampling method to determine the sample. Quantitative descriptive analytical techniques using percentages are used in data analysis. Based on the results of the study on the physical fitness of fifth-graders at SD Negeri 054936 Wonorejo for the 2021–2022 Academic Year, there are three students in the excellent category with a percentage of 7.7%, six students in the good category with a percentage of 15.4%, ten students in the average category with a percentage of 25.6%, 17 students came into the less good category, with a percentage of 43.6%, while 3 students fell into the extremely unfortunate category, with a percentage of 7.7%. Therefore, it can be determined from this study that Class V students at SD Negeri 054936 Wonorejo fall into the less group for their level of physical fitness for the 2021–2022 Academic Year. These recommendations are made by the authors in light of the test results in this study: By restricting their use of Android phones, increasing their physical activity, and eating healthier foods, students can improve their physical fitness and become even better.

This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research) with implementation stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The location of this research was carried out in class VIII SMP N 3 Percut Sei Tuan. Classroom action research has a very important and strategic role in improving the quality of learning if it is implemented properly, meaning that the parties involved in PTK (teachers) try to consciously develop the ability to detect and solve problems or improve situations and carefully observe their implementation to measure the level of the success of learning that is held professionally. In cycle I, 20 students (59%) declared complete and 14 students (49%) did not complete their studies and in cycle II, 30 students (88%) declared complete and 4 students (12%) did not complete. ) has achieved classical mastery learning and the average learning process of students in the first cycle is 71.62 and in the second cycle the average learning process increases to 84.07. As for the increase in learning outcomes from the initial data to cycle I, 3% with an average increase in learning outcomes 3 the increase from cycle I to cycle II was 12.45% with an average increase in learning outcomes of 77.23.

This study aims to develop a basketball game model for elementary schools. The model that was made beforehand was validated by 3 experts, 1 sports academic expert, 1 expert trainer and 1 referee expert. The small group test involved 6 elementary school children and the trial group involved 25 elementary school children. The basketball game model for elementary schools has been validated and results from expert validation that each model is valid and can be used as a basket play model for children, with a validity percentage of 76% -100%. The results of a small group test of 6 elementary school children showed that the basketball game model at the elementary school has met the reader properly or is valid. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample showed that 91% -100% of them agreed with the ball game for schoolchildren. The percentage of validity from the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample shows that 87% - 97% of those who approve the game meet the criteria.

This study aims to look at close dribble skills through pitch position exercises and progression/constraint exercises on close dribble skills in hockey games for students assisted by the Unimed Hockey Club. The research method used was the One Group Pretest and Posttest Design experiment, namely experiments conducted in one group without a comparison group. The analysis technique in this study is the normality test, data homogeneity test and t test. The results of the data normality test obtained the results of the pretest data 0.093 and the post-test 0.200, so that it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test results obtained significant pretest and post-test data results of 0.079, so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. The results of testing the SPSS data obtained significant results of 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is an effect of pitch position training and progression/constrainst exercises.
