Jurnal Pasca Dharma Pengabdian Masyarakat (PDPM), with ISSN 2722-6085 (Print) and ISSN 2722-4996 (Online), is published by the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Established on January 10, 2020, this journal was initiated by the management of the Postgraduate School to provide a scientific platform for the publication of community service activities carried out by lecturers, the UPI academic community, and other relevant stakeholders as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. PDPM is published twice a year, in May and November, and features original articles based on community service, empowerment projects, and development programmes aimed at solving real-life societal problems. The journal accepts community service-based research manuscripts from a wide range of fields, including but not limited to: Education and Community Empowerment Health and Well-being Technology and Social Innovation Environmental Sustainability Social, Cultural, and Economic Development Public Policy and Governance Local Wisdom and Indigenous Knowledge The editorial board welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, students, policymakers, and others actively engaged in community service and development efforts. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English, and may apply a variety of methodological approaches including qualitative research, quantitative research, mixed-methods, participatory action research, and research and development (R&D).

Abstract

SDM sekolah memiliki peran yang signifikan di lembaga pendidikan dan menjadi instrumen utama untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan bahkan pembangunan nasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi SDM sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya adalah terkait penelitian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM sekolah dalam melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dan meyusun proposal penelitiannya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan atas kerjasama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung dan partisipasi dari Pengawas serta Kepala Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Bandung. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan secara daring (sinkronus dan asinkronus maya) melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting, Whatsapp Group, Email dan Google Form dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dikelola dengan berbagai upaya dari tahap perancanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah tercapainya kesepahaman Penelitian Tindakan bagi Kepala Sekolah dan tersusunnya proposal Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan permasalahan dari sekolah yang dipimpinnya.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has become an opportunity as well as providing solutions for the people who created the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic. The problems that occurred due to the pandemic resulted in the weakness of people's purchasing power coupled with the termination of employment, through the PbM-KP program we intend to educate the community to be able to meet their own needs, namely through product processing innovations to realize food security during the Covid 19 pandemic. The problem raised is the lack of competence and innovation in Cicurug Village, Pamegatan Hamlet, Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency in managing its resources. Cicurug Village, Pamegatan Hamlet, Margahayu Village, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency has great potential in improving community welfare if it gets training and knowledge, one of which is in terms of product processing innovations that can be marketed with a wider range. Therefore, training and providing additional equipment for product processing innovations is expected to strengthen public understanding and knowledge in an effort to realize food security during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a dark time since the beginning of 2020. The virus first appeared in Wuhan, China, made everyone worried. Pengabdian bagi Masyarakat skema Kesehatan (PbM-SK) aims to improve clean and healthy lifestyle in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 among students. The purpose of this activity is to ensure that students in Islamic boarding schools received education about improving PHBS to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. These trainers (students who attended education) will become agents for other students in improving clean and healthy lifestyle to prevent COVID-19. The problem raised from there had been cases of some students who were confirmed positive COVID-19 at Persatuan Islam 67 Islmaic Boearding School and to prevent students from other places obtain COVID-19 such as at the Ibadurrahman Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan perekonomian suatu daerah Home industry memiliki peran penting. Sebagai salah satu bentuk dari bisnis keluarga memiliki banyak kendala untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutannya, khususnya di Desa Kertayasa Pangandaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat keberlanjutan usaha mengetahui  faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha, serta merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan yang tepat untuk peningkatan keberlanjutannya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan oleh tim pengusul dalam menyelesaikan masalah mitra adalah dengan melakukan diskusi/Forum Group Disscussion (FGD) pada saat survey awal untuk mengetahui permasalahannya lalu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan demontrasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari tahap diskusi masalah yang muncul pada home industy di Desa Kertayasa bahwa: (1) tingkat keberlanjutan mayoritas home industry berada pada kategori sedang; (2) belum adanya diberikan labelling yang baik pada produk olahan yang dipasarkan; (3) belum adanya perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang jelas; (4) belum adanya laporan keuangan; dan (5) perlu adanya strategi pemberdayaan yang  dilakukan secara mikro dengan aspek yang perlu diperhatikan adalah manajemen konflik, pemasaran, manajemen inovasi, pengelolaan lingkungan, dan kelembagaan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan inovasi produk makanan beku (frozen) dalam rangkaian pengembangan kewirausahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkan daya saing dan pendapatan masyarakat. Masyarakat Desa Kertayasa memiliki hasil bumi dan pemetaan wisata yang cukup strategis, namun belum terdapat pengembangan usaha yang mampu bersaing dan belum memiliki produk unggulan yang konsisten meningkatkan harga jual memadai. Lokasi pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Kertayasa Kecamatan Cijulang Kabupaten Pangandaran dengan sasaran ibu-ibu PKK Desa Kertayasa Cijulang Pangandaran. Manfaat positif dari inovasi produk yakni mengubah kombinasi produk dari yang sudah ada dan menemukan variasi produk baru dengan jaminan hasil yang lebih baik. Inovasi dilakukan menggunakan komoditi Desa Kertayasa yaitu pisang dan olahan ayam dengan mempertimbangkan harga yang terjangkau. Inovasi produk yang dilakukan yakni pembaharuan komposisi pembuatan nugget ayam dan pisang yang dibekukan (frozen). Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, diharapkan Masyarakat Desa Kertayasa melalui ibu-ibu PKK dapat secara konsisten mengembangkan produk usahanya guna meningkatkan pendapatan serta mampu bersaing dengan bisnis lainnyaKata Kunci : Masyarakat, kewirausahaan, inovasi pengolahan produkThe aim of this service activity is to provide training on frozen food product innovation in a series of entrepreneurship developments with the aim of increasing competitiveness and community income. The Kertayasa Village community has quite strategic agricultural products and tourism mapping, but there is no business development that is able to compete and does not have superior products that consistently increase selling prices adequately. The location of this service was carried out in Kertayasa Village, Cijulang District, Pangandaran Regency, targeting PKK women in Kertayasa Village, Cijulang Pangandaran. The positive benefits of product innovation are changing existing product combinations and finding new product variations with guaranteed better results. The innovation was carried out using Kertayasa Village commodities, namely bananas and processed chicken, taking into account affordable prices. The product innovation carried out is updating the composition of making frozen chicken and banana nuggets. Through this training activity, it is hoped that the Kertayasa Village Community, through PKK women, can consistently develop their business products in order to increase income and be able to compete with other businesses.Keyword: Community, entrepreneurship, product processing innovation

Abstract

This stunting occurs especially in children under five and is one of the factors that can hinder growth. Stunting is a condition where children under five cannot grow normally, where children experience obstacles in their physical, brain and other organ development. Providing Supplementary Food (PMT) is carried out to overcome the problem of malnutrition at the age of toddlers. PMT is not a substitute for the main daily food for toddlers aged 6-59 months. The principles are given in the form of food or local food ingredients, as additional food, to meet the nutrition of target toddlers, activities outside the health center with a community empowerment approach, qualitative descriptive (Moleong, 2005), namely a research approach where the data collected is in the form of words- words, pictures and not numbers. This data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, photos, video tapes, personal documentation, notes, or memos and other documentation (Akay et al., 2021). At a coordination meeting with the South Bogor Community Health Center together with posyandu cadres discussing the stunting prevention program in Ranggamekar Village, there were 2 children who were free from the category of children experiencing stunting. The stunting prevention program continues to be carried out to achieve one goal, namely "zero stunting" in Ranggamekar Village, District South Bogor, Bogor City.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan peserta didik siap pakai oleh pengguna, diantaranya dunia usaha, dunia industri dan dunia kerja. Tantangan ini menuntut SMK agar senantiasa menjaga mutu pendidikannya. Menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu pendidikan yang berstandar tidak akan lepas pada tahap pertama yaitu konteks organisasi di klausul 4 Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015. Hal ini bertujuan agar SMK dapat menghasilkan output berupa lulusan yang bermutu. Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu di sekolah kejuruan tidak akan optimal jika SMK gagal dalam analisis konteks organisasi. Kekeliruan dalam membuat konteks organisasi akan mengakibatkan gagal dalam mengintegrasikan sistem manajemen mutu di  sekolah. Mitra pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah SMK PGRI Subang. Adapun tujuan program ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rumusan konteks organisasi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan kepada stakeholder. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode GOAD dan ADDIE. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam meningkatkan layanan kepada stakeholder. Konteks organisasi yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan pedoman standar dalam memberikan layanan.

Abstract

Pentingnya menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) berperan dalam menerapkan budaya bersih dan mencegah bertambahnya angka stunting yang dimulai dari kebiasaan buruk masyarakat yang tidak peduli akan kebersihan. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi PHBS di KB Melati dan TK Cinta Quran di Desa Sukasari bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pembiasaan perilaku menjaga kesehatan dengan memberikan edukasi cara mencuci tangan yang baik melalui tepuk cuci tangan. Alur kegiatan sosialisasi meliputi observasi, tahap perencanaan dan sosialisasi. Hasil Sosialisasi menunjukan para siswa turut aktif dalam mempraktikan cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar yang disampaikan melalui tepuk cuci tangan.
Assistance for Villagers of Hanjeli Ciletuh Tourism Village, Palabuhanratu Geopark Sukabumi in Developing Hanjeli-Based Personal Care Products

Abstract

The development of new products made from hanjeli is one of the hopes of the residents of Waluran Mandiri Village to have superior products that are more diverse and able to increase tourist attraction. Non-food products for personal care groups such as bath soap or body lotion made from hanjeli which can be produced in a home made manner have the potential to be developed in Waluran Mandiri Village, but due to the limited knowledge and skills of community members who generally work as farmers, assistance through training in making personal care products is needed . Therefore this community service activity is carried out to organize training on making personal care products for the people of Waluran Mandiri Village. The activity consists of three stages, namely preparation of training materials, socialization of the training program and implementation of the training. The training material preparation stage consisted of product formulation trials, mockup product preparation, tutorial video creation, and pamphlet production which was carried out in the laboratory of the Indonesian Education University's Agro-industry Technology Education Study Program. Socialization of the training program is carried out through Rumah Hanjeli Indonesia. The training was held on June 29 2022 which was attended by five students of MTs Nurul Hidayah from Waluran Mandiri Village and seven activist residents of the Hanjeli tourism village. The personal care products that were trained on the participants were solid soap and Hanjeli body lotion. After the training, residents were able to mass produce hanjeli solid soap which was ready to be sold to the community. However, residents still need further assistance to produce their own hanjeli body lotion because the practice of making it is considered quite difficult. Therefore, further assistance is still needed for making hanjeli body lotion.

Abstract

Kabupaten Subang memiliki 1.843 kasus stunting dengan prevalensi tahun 2021 sebanyak 18,1 persen. Prevalensi angka stunting di desa sukasari memang tergolong rendah, tetapi pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap stunting masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan Stunting. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan penyuluhan dalam bentuk seminar. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat di Desa Sukasari terutama para kader posyandu, ibu hamil, ibu yang memiliki balita, dan calon pengantin. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman tentang stunting dan cara pencegahannya masih rendah. Namun setelah dilakukan seminar pengabdian ini terdapat perubahan peningkatan pemahaman para mengenai pencegahan stunting.
