Abstract

Blow Moldin`g Type Pa`rker is a` ma`chin`e for the process of formin`g products ma`de of pla`stic by in`jectin`g it first for the pla`stic feeder to be blown`. If sa`les a`re high, Pa`rker's Blow Moldin`g Type work is a`lso very high. Ma`in`ten`a`n`ce or ma`in`ten`a`n`ce of ma`chin`es a`n`d equipmen`t tha`t is ca`rried out is very n`ecessa`ry in` ca`rryin`g out production` process a`ctivities so tha`t they ca`n` run` smoothly. The resea`rch method used in` this resea`rch is the study of litera`ture a`n`d the a`pplica`tion` of preven`tive a`n`d corrective ma`in`ten`a`n`ce methods. The type of da`ma`ge tha`t often` occurs in` the Pa`rker type blow moldin`g ma`chin`e is the sha`ft bottom mold compon`en`t which often` gets a` liftin`g loa`d tha`t exceeds the idea`l ca`pa`city of the liftin`g loa`d. The results of this study a`re the ma`ximum liftin`g force of the sha`ft bottom mold is 1.87 ton`s with a` sha`ft len`gth of 25 cm with a` dia`meter of 2.5 cm a`n`d usin`g the type of preven`tive ma`in`ten`a`n`ce, n`a`mely ma`in`ten`a`n`ce to preven`t before the occurren`ce of da`ma`ge. Where the compa`n`y will pa`y for corrective ma`in`ten`a`n`ce of IDR 130,200,000 per yea`r. If compa`red, the compa`n`y will ta`ke preven`tive mea`sures of Rp. 62.160.000,- per yea`r, then` the differen`ce in` trea`tmen`t is Rp. 68.040.000,.

Abstract

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proyek konstruksi adalah keterlambatan (delay). Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Susun PEMKOT Tual yang berlokasi di Desa Faunil, Fiditan, Kota Tual dipilih untuk studi kasus karena mengalami keterlambatan progres dalam pelaksanaannya sebesar 10% pada progress 37%. yang menyebabkan total waktu penyelesaian proyek menjadi lebih lama, dengan rencana waktu penyelesaian proyek yaitu 240 hari. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar biaya minimum dan waktu durasi optimum dalam melakukan percepatan dengan metode crashing. Dibantu juga dengan menggunakan Software Primavera 6.0 untuk menentukan lintasan kritis proyek serta membuat model simulasi berupa schedule baru setelah dilakukan analisis percepatan. Alternatif percepatan proyek yang digunakan adalah penambahan 2 jam kerja (lembur) dan penambahan 3 jam kerja (lembur). Hasil analisis untuk alternatif penambahan 2 jam kerja (lembur) diperoleh waktu dan biaya optimal 212 Hari dengan efisiensi biaya total sebesar Rp. 2.191.618.219,87, Sedangkan untuk penambahan 3 jam kerja (lembur) diperoleh waktu dan biaya optimal 204 hari dengan efisiensi biaya total sebesar Rp. 2.130.829.206,76. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa percepatan proyek dengan alternatif penambahan 3 jam kerja lembur menghasilkan waktu dan biaya total lebih sedikit dibanding dengan alternatif penambahan 2 jam kerja.

Abstract

Can seamer is a food and beverage can cover machine with a body made of stainless steel. This machine has a simple and simple way of working, ie the operator fills the can with the product then places the tin lid right on the lips of the can and then places it in the machine and then the Can Seamer will make a depressant. If sales are high, the work of can seamer is also very high. Maintenance or maintenance of machinery and equipment carried out is very necessary in carrying out production process activities so that it can run smoothly. Maintenance or maintenance of machinery and equipment is one of the very important functions in ensuring the smooth implementation of production process activities. The research method used in the study was the study of literature and the application of preventive and corrective maintenance methods. The type of damage that often occurs in the Can Seamer machine is the pressure ridge component that often cannot pressure this because the engine is not carried out in accordance with the use of the procedure. The results of the study in this study were to use the type of maintenance preventice maintenance where the company would incur costs for corrective maintenance of Rp. 45,900,000 per year. When compared, the company will make a preventive of Rp. 24,000,000 per year, then the difference in maintenance is Rp.21,900,000.

Abstract

The purpose of working on this blade is to find out the tools and machines used for the process of making the blade, knowing the steps in the process of making the blade, and finally knowing how the performance of the blade and the knife holder. (1) The process of making knife components and knife holders on mini tractor machines includes cutting, drilling, grinding, bending and welding processes. (2) The machine tools used are gullotine shears, drilling machines, electric welding machines, grinding machines.(3 ) The result of the knife component manufacturing process is the tools and machines used for the manufacture of knife components and knife holders on paper pulping machines are Steel Ruler, Roll Ruler, Elbow Ruler, caliper, Scratcher, Pin, drill bit 6 mm, Vise, Brush Steel, Slag Hammer, Grinding Machine, Plate Cutting Machine, Drilling Machine, Bending Machine. (4). In the manufacture of knives and knife holders, there are several sequences of processing processes, namely identification of working drawings, measuring materials, painting/marking, cutting, forming materials, finishing. (5) The performance of the knife on the mini tractor machine functions well and is safe to use. which is suitable for agricultural activities in this country is still supported by conventional-based agriculture. Abstract

Each material has a different type of toughness, such as the type of 10 mm nako iron material. In use, the material can be damaged. One of the factors that can cause damage is temperature. To find out how the effect of temperature on the material, one of the material tests was carried out, namely impact testing with the charpy method. This impact test is carried out on materials that have been given different temperature variations. There are 6 test specimens used at different temperatures. As a result, at the highest temperature, namely at 31 oC, the absorbed energy is 180.84 J with an impact price of 180.84 J/cm2 and at a low temperature, namely at 4 oC, the absorbed energy is 256.8 J with an impact price of 256 .8 J/cm2.

Abstract

Salah satu bahan penyusun utama bata ringan kategori CLC (Cellular Lightweight Concrete) adalah Silika. Namun proses pembuatan bata ini relatif sangat mahal, karena untuk mendapatkan silika harus menempuh proses produksi tambahan. Dalam penelitian ini, silika digantikan sebagian dengan memanfaatkan limbah kulit kakao yang dijadikan abu (fly ash), dimana abu kulit kakao (AKK) banyak mengandung silika. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dari proses hidrasi semen maka AKK dikombinasikan dengan serbuk cangkang telur (SCT) yang banyak mengandung Kalsium Karbonat, sehingga terbentuk material pozolan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan utuk menyelidiki karakteristik kekuatan tekan bata ringan CLC akibat pengaruh penambahan campuran AKK+SCT sebagai alternatif pengganti pasir silika. Sementara eksperimen ini membuat empat variasi campuran yaitu: 0% AKK dan SCT, 10% (5% AKK+5%SCT), 15% (10% AKK+5%SCT) dan 20% (15% AKK+5%SCT). Presentasi pengganti variasi campuran AKK dan SCT adalah terhadap jumlah volume pasir silika. Perbandingan pasir-semen yaitu 1:4 dengan nilai rasio air-semen sebesar 0,6. Kuat tekan didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode uji tekan beton, karena pada prinsipnya bata ringan CLC adalah sama dengan beton CLC. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan saat umur bata ringan mencapai 28 hari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa proses bahan pozzolan AKK+SCT mempunyai kombinasi optimum terhadap proses hidrasi semen. Variasi 10% mempunyai nilai maksimum dibandingkan kombinasi lainnya dengan, kekuatannya meningkat sebesar 11.04% dari bata hebel konvensional. Dengan demikian campuran AKK dan SCT mempunyai potensi untuk memberikan kontribusi sebagai bahan alternatif pengganti pasir silika pada bata ringan CLC.

Abstract

In general, every building must be protected from fire hazards by passive and active fire protection systems. The application of a passive or active protection system is based on the function/classification, area, height, volume, building materials installed, and/or the number of building occupants. Therefore, we need a fire prevention system to reduce the impact and losses caused by fires. Fire Protection Systems are generally regulated by Permen PU 26/PRT/M/2008 concerning Technical Requirements for Fire Protection Systems in Buildings and the Environment, and then these requirements are grouped according to their respective aspects including, Hydrant Systems, pipe systems upright, Sprinkler System, and Smoke control system. Abstract

Double pipe heat exchangers have been widely used in various fields, one of which is in the industrial. The design of this heat exchanger has undergone many changes and modifications. This aims to get efficiency and effectiveness so that it can achieve maximum work on the tool. The focus of this research is to calculate and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the rate of heat transfer in a double pipe type heat exchanger with unidirectional flow. The data collection method was direct observation of the device, with an interval of two minutes for each test. The results of this study indicate that the effect of time variation on Vh = ±700 l/h, Vc = ±500 l/h fixed on the double pipe type, it can be concluded, at 2 minutes with Vh = ±700 l/h, efficiency is obtained 1.46% and effectiveness = 0.476. The longer the time in data retrieval, the efficiency increases. This can be seen in the table of research results, at 8 minutes Vh = ±700 l/h, efficiency = 1.478% and effectiveness = 0.919.

Abstract

Deli Serdang is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province. The main potential of this regency is to make the district the main route for the distribution of animal and vegetable foodstuffs for the city of Medan. One of the most active trading centers in Deli Serdang is the Gambir traditional market area in Deli Serdang Regency. Located on the border of Deli Serdang Regency and Medan City, this market is the center point for buying and selling activities, as a means of distribution and expediting the process of distributing goods and service producers to various consumers around it. The research objective is to explore the influence and reveal the positive impact on the establishment of traditional markets. The research method used in this research is qualitative, with exploratory descriptive to study the cases to be studied by describing the variables and conditions of the location by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that there is an impact that occurs if setting up is used in the market. By using the results of a combination of movement (movement), touch (atmosphere), visual perception (vision / perspective) and thoughts (mindset).
