Abstract

This research aimed to find out the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the stock price of Wholesale and Retail Trade companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There were 22 companies that could be analysed. The strategy analysis used in this research was multiple linier regression. From the analysis results it showed that ROA did not influence the stock price. While ROE and EPS significantly influenced the stock price.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the factors which influence customer’s satisfaction (Study at PT. Superpam Internasional Semarang). The population in this research was all customers at PT. Superpam Internasional Semarang. While the samples in this research were 100 people by using purposive sampling method. The data was obtained by primary data and secondary data. The Data analysis was done by using Regression Analysis. The result of this research indicates that (1) delivery system hadsignificant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 1 was received, (2) product quality had significant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 2 was received, (3) brand has no significant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 3 was refused, (4) price-value relationship had significant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 4 was received, (5) employee’s performance had significant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 5 wasreceived, and (6) competition had no significant influence to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 6 was refused, and employee’s performance, and competition had significant influence together to customer’s satisfaction, thereby hypothesis 7 was received.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work factors on motivation of Auditors at Public Accounting firms in Semarang period 2012. The sample was 118 auditors. From 118 questionnaires distributed, only 42 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. The analytical tool used in this research was multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was influence between individual characteristics and work factors on motivation. The coefficient of determination of both the independent Variabels of 84.70% means that the variation of these two Variabels in explaining the motivation for the remaining was explained by other Variabels that were not mentioned in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of personal factor, work characteristics, structural characteristics and work experience on Organizational Commitment of UPTD employees on Regional Market Jatingaleh Semarang. The population in this study was all employees ofUPTD Market Jatingaleh Semarang totaling 48 employees. The entire population was sampled so that the number of samples used by 48 employees. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression, with the first data was examined by validity and reliability testing. The results showed that there was positive influence of factor of personal, work characteristics, structural characteristics and work experience on organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously. It means if factor of personal, work characteristics, structural characteristics and work experience increase, the organizational commitment will increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Variabels of individual, psychological, and organization on the behavior of individuals in Mataram Sakti of Branch Mijen. The population in this study was 40 people that is the whole staff and all population was sampled. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linearregression. The results showed that the individual, psychological, and organizational significantly influence the behavior of individuals in Mataram Sakti of Branch Mijen.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence employee motivation at PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Its population was all employees at PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang, amounting to 375 employees, while the samples were taken 79 employees. The sampling technique used was conveniene sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on partial hypothesis, internal factors influenced employee motivation, seen from significantvalue 0.005 <0.05. While external factors didn’t influence employee motivation,seen from significant value 0.083> 0.05. The Simultaneous hypothesisshowed that both internaland external factors influenced employee motivation.

Abstract

Company’s value is the prosperity of the company’s owner showed by the increasing value of the company which is reflected in its share price. Considering many factors that affect the value of the company, the research was conducted to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies period 2009-2011. The populations were 326 manufacturing companies, while 25 companies manufacturing were taken as samples. Non probabitlitysampling technique was purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed the investment decisions and financing decisions had significant positive effect on company’s value while the dividend payout ratio had no effect on company’s value. Investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend payout ratio simultaneously affected 23.00 % of the value of the company while the remaining 77.00 % were explained by causes outside the model.

Abstract

The lack of ability to cope stress causes a human being locked in a situation that overwhelmingly deteriorating his physical / mental exhaustion. This endless condition occurred in the personnel of network-operators, therefore they gain tediousness in their employment. This research aims in finding out the effectiveness of group counseling on the basis of Transactional Analysis Approach, in dealing with job-burn out of OPHAR (daily operators) on Kancatel Ungaran. The hypothesis proposed is that the Transactional Analysis Group Counseling is effective in overcoming the job-burnout. The subject of this research are 11 emloyers of PT. Telkom Kancatel Ungaran. The statistical analysis occupied in this research in the Wilcoxon Non Parametric Technique. The outcome illustrates that there is an extremely significant result of the pre and post treatment burnout by the implementation of Transactional Analysis Group Counseling, presenting the Z= -2,394, p < 0,001. This indicates that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

Quality is one of the importance thing belong to product. Quality is devided into two aspects, objective quality and perceived quality. The important one is quality that perceived by customer (perceived quality). The purpose of this is to know how the perceived quality of Nokia product, so that Nokia becomes the leader vendor in handphone market in Indonesia. The result show that in the customers perception, Nokia has the quality among others. That is shown by the total Perceived Quality in the result analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the effect of menu, employees service and ambience on repurchase intention of family restaurant and fast food restaurant. A self-report questionnaire is used to measure quality of menu, employees service, ambience, satisfaction and repurchase intention. Data are collected from 432 respondent, consist of 182 respondents for family restaurant and 250 respondent for fast-food restaurant. The result of the two types of restaurant indicates a difference inly on employees service. The effect of employees service on repurchase intention of family restaurant is direct, meanwhile of fast food is mediated by satisfaction. Menu and ambience affect repurchase intention on the both types of restaurant.
