Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan dan memberikan gambaran secara konperhensif tentang lingkungan kerja dan juga kinerja karyawan di Indonesia, studi kepustakaan didalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode charting the field yang dikembangkan oleh (Hesford et al., 2007) di mana peneliti artikel baris berdasarkan topik dan metode penelitian yang digunakan pada artikel, sampel yang diambil pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan 50 artikel yang terakreditasi pada tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2021, Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti adalah variabel lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sebagian besar penelitian dilakukan pada sektor publik.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) phenomena in developing countries are different from that of developed countries in terms of governments’ intermediary roles in the delivery mechanisms of CSR activities, especially for overcoming poverty and poor public services. By extracting Polanyi’s general principles of behavior regarding resource allocation, the distinctive CSR phenomenon in developing countries could be explained by the concept of quasi-redistribution. Considering the common character of quasi-redistribution due to its weak government system, the intermediary roles of the governments in Indonesia are noticeable due to the issuance of regulations at national and local governmental levels directing companies’ CSR activities to address poverty and poor basic public service issues. In the case of Sukabumi Regency, where the poverty and poor basic public services are the main issues, the actual role of local government in promoting company contributions to address these issues through CSR activities to alleviate poverty and provide public services is indeed increasing and developing. This paper illuminates how the intermediary roles of governments exist in CSR activities so that they alleviate poverty and provide basic public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, security, and mobile cash car facilities at PT BPR Bank Fathers 69 on the level of customer satisfaction. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of the research is the customers of PT BPR Bank Fathers 69 who use the mobile case car facility, and the sample used is 100 respondents. The primary data that has been collected is then processed using SPSS 20. The results show that there is an influence of service quality, security, and mobile cash car facilities on customer satisfaction as much as 63.7% while the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other variables. In addition, the variables of service quality, security, and facilities have been shown to have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) is a share ownership program implemented in the company, this ESOP program aims to serve as a reward for employees who have good performance where the criteria for receiving this ESOP have been determined by each company, United States of America. is the first country to implement this ESOP program, with various benefits for employees through this share ownership program, the ESOP itself began to be implemented by certain companies in Indonesia regulated by PSAK No. 53 which according to PSAK, payments by companies to employees are not only in the form of monetary value but can be in the form of share options that can be used as opportunities by companies that aim to increase employee motivation, performance and loyalty to the company which will ultimately have an impact on the value of the company itself. In Indonesia, company management has its own rules in the process of implementing the ESOP, one of which is to use the vesting method, this method contains that every employee who receives the option right is prohibited from selling his shares unless requested by the company or an employee has retired. From the results of statistical tests whether the variable current ratio (X1) and Price Book Value (X2) have an effect if the company carries out the ESOP program but the results show that if a company implements the ESOP, it has no effect on the current ratio or price book value, but the existence of ESOP can strengthen these ratios. Variable current ratio, price book value and return on assets have an effect on the ESOP only 33%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on the economy around the world, especially in Indonesia, has caused the situation to become unstable. The impact of this pandemic has severely hit Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the culinary industry, which have difficulty in carrying out their sales activities, with the enactment of regulations from the government regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions. (PSBB) in 2020 and continued with the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in 2020. 2021, making many MSME culinary business actors try in various ways to be able to market their products and maintain their business. By utilizing internet technology that is growing rapidly and supported by social media applications and online ordering which has become a lifestyle of the community, this is very helpful for MSME culinary business actors and also the community in the midst of limited activity so that buying and buying and selling transaction services in the culinary industry can goes well. . This study aims to determine the use of the digital economy in marketing and service strategies for MSME culinary business actors during the COVID-19 pandemic and adaptation strategies in the new normal era (case study on Dimsum Likeearth, Sukabumi City).

Abstract

In a company, financial statements have an important role as a basis for assessing the health of the company in a certain period of time. However, some companies still not use financial statements properly and correctly. This happened in one of the private companies, namely PT. TDI which has never been analyzed their financial statements deeply. This is what underlies a research study on the financial statements of PT. TDI to analyze the company's financial statements from the period 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the company's financial statements in a predetermined period of time and the company's financial condition in the future. This research uses ratio analysis method, forecasting method and scenario analysis. The results show that the liquidity and profitability ratios have decreased from 2017-2020 while the solvency ratio has increased from 2017-2020. In research using the forecasting method, the company's financial condition is still quite good if income continues to rise even though the economy is deteriorating (worst case).

Abstract

Errors in determining the capital structure can affect the sustainable development of a company which can increase the company's financial risk, namely if the company is unable to pay its interest expense and debt budget. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Asset Structure, Firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure in the Pharmaceutical Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This type of research is quantitative with data obtained from financial statements. The population of this study is all pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The sample was selected by purposive sampling and then 9 companies were selected as samples which were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the size of the company and profitability partially affect the capital structure. Meanwhile, the variables of Asset Structure, Liquidity, and Sales Growth partially do not affect Capital Structure. Simultaneously Asset Structure, Company Size, Liquidity, Profitability, and Sales Growth affect the Capital Structure.

Abstract

The company's environment often experiences changes both internally and externally. The purpose of this study is to find out how psychologically workers are during a pandemic by knowing how the influence of work conflict, workload and organizational climate on worker stress during a pandemic. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research conducted at Trio Plaza Magelang with a sample of 93 people found that the work conflict variable had a significant positive effect on work stress. The results of the multiple regression test obtained that the value of 0.261 is positive, indicating that the direction of the influence of work conflict on the level of work stress is positive. The sig value of 0.04 less than 0.05 indicates that there is a significant effect between work conflict and work stress. The regression results for the workload variable show that the workload has a positive but not significant effect. This is evidenced by the workload coefficient value of 0.304 indicating the direction of the influence of workload on work stress levels in a positive direction. A significant value of 0.156 indicates that there is no significant effect between workload and work stress. The regression results for the organizational climate variable show that organizational climate has an insignificant negative effect. The coefficient value obtained is -0.193, indicating that the organizational climate towards work stress has a negative direction. The significant value found is 0.332, indicating that the value is greater than 0.05, which means that the organizational climate on work stress is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the condition of Islamic banking financial performance in the ASEAN region using the method of the Islamicity Performance Index. The analytical method used is the analysis of financial ratios and different test analyses using the non-parametric method Kruskal Wallis where first performed the analysis of normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis and homogeneity using Levene Statistic test. Based on the calculation of different test statistics, the five countries in the ASEAN region have financial performance through different IPI methods significantly, where the seven ratios of PSR, ZPR, EDRQD, EDRBG, EDRLB, II vs NII, and IInc vs NIInc have Sig 2-tailed <0.05. from the calculation of the ratio, the Philippines and Thailand have the value of the ratio of halal income and investment to the revenue, and the haraam investment is the least meaning that the two countries are still doing business through the forbidden, while the PSR ratio, only Indonesia is focused in conducting business through the principle of risk through musyarakah and mudharabah contracts with PSR value> 30%. On this result, the Sharia councils of each country should be more intensive in controlling the compliance of shari'a from the management of Islamic banking business.

Abstract

The potential of human resources owned, companies in Indonesia have challenges in managing human resources, especially the millennial generation. The increasing growth and development of companies in Indonesia has a positive impact on society by expanding employment opportunities so that it will reduce the unemployment rate. One of the efforts to retain employees is that companies must pay attention to career development for each of their employees, especially for millennial generation employees who have good performance. There are several problems in the career development process in the company that is the object of research, millennial generation employees who cannot develop their careers in the company where they work, even though employees feel they have done a good job. The research methods in this study were e-learning and interview methods as well as giving questionnaires to research subjects. The research subjects in this study were millennial generation employees at Bank Central Asia (BCA). Learning is both a strategy and a solution for an organization/company as well as individuals to adapt and take effective action to create a competitive advantage. Companies need to improve the performance of their employees in order to excel and be successful in achieving the organization's strategic goals. PT Bank BCA realizes that development and training are efforts to create quality human resources. Thus, e-learning is one of the learning methods used in development and training for the millennial generation.
