Abstract

This study empirically investigates the relationship between social media use at home and consumer shopping preferences during Covid-19 pandemic in an emerging country, Indonesia, using survey data. This study focus on popular consumer retail stores including online retail stores such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada and KlikIndomaret, as well as brick-and-mortar retail stores, such as Indomaret, Alfamart, Super Indo, and Transmart. Social media use of popular platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Line, and LinkedIn are analyzed. The results of our analysis found that the use of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn at home is associated with consumer shopping preferences at online retail stores such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and KlikIndomaret. In addition, our analysis revealed that the use of these social media platforms at home is associated with consumer shopping preferences at brick and mortar retail stores such as Alfamart, Indomaret, and Super Indo. Interestingly, there is no significant association between social media use at home and consumer shopping preferences at Transmart brick-and-mortar stores. Media Richness Theory and Strength of Weak Ties Theory help explain the results of this study. Retail stores need to consider which social media platform is more effective for implementing their marketing strategy. The results of this study can be used as a reference in developing a retail store marketing strategy through social media.

Abstract

Balai Pemuda dan Olahraga Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (BPO DIY) wants its employees to be able to work productively, with professional human resource management. A factor that is able to increase employee productivity, namely the effectiveness of human resources This research aims to be able to know the existence of stress and work discipline because if there is minimal stress and great discipline, it can increase the effectiveness of human resources in a job, especially in BPO DIY . The study was conducted by using descriptive analysis to be able to know the existence of work stress and work discipline on employees at BPO DIY. For processing the questionnaire data in this study using a validity and reliability test model. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between work stress and work discipline with the effectiveness of human resources related to each other to improve the quality of work in (BPO DIY).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience on Customer Satisfaction at Warung Soto Mbok Geger Pedan Klaten. The hypotheses proposed in this study are H1: It is suspected that Sensory Experience has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, H2: It is suspected that Emotional Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction, H3: It is suspected that Social Experience has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Warung Soto Mbok Geger Pedan Klaten, H4: It is suspected that the variable Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Soto Mbok Geger Pedan Klaten. The population in this study were 100 consumers of Warung Soto Mbok Geger Pedan Klaten. Sampling used the purposive sampling method, namely respondents with the criteria of having bought Soto Mbok Geger Pedan at least 1 time and the respondent had eaten at Warung Soto Mbok Geger Pedan, and the Convience Sampling method, namely respondents who were easy to find and had time to fill out the questionnaire. The results showed that Sensory Experience had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a value of t count> t table, namely t count of 6,512 and t table of 1.98 with a significance of 0,000. Emotional Experience does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction seen from the results of the t value <t table, which is equal to t count 0.302 and t table 1.98 with a significance of 0.763. Social Experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of t count> t table, namely t count of 4.599 and t table of 1.98 with a significance of 0.000. The Customer Experience variable consisting of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience has a simultaneous and significant effect, namely f count> f table, namely f count of 47.559 and f table of 2,700 with a significance value of 0,000. The Sensory Experience variable has the most dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction, which is 6,512.

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai nilai perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor Industri industri dasar & kimia subsektor semen yang terdaftar pada BEI ( Bursa Efek Indonesia) Metode : Penulis dalam penelitian ini memakai alat ukur untuk mengetahui nilai suatu perusahaan, yaitu Tobin's Q ratio. Tobins Q ratio yaitu tujuannya untuk mengukur nilai intellectual capital pada suatu perusahaan. Analisis Data: Dalam penelitian ini,terdapat 6 perusahaan sektor industri dasar & kimia subsektor semen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2018. Mengenai informasinya diperoleh dari situs resmi yaitu www. Idx.com. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian ini memastikan bahwa masih ada perusahaan dengan nilai perusahaan di bawah 1 atau dalam kategori rendah, tetapi perusahaan dengan nilai Tobin Q ini meningkat pada tahun-tahun selanjutnya . Hanya dalam beberapa tahun, nilai Q Tobin pada perusahaan telah melampaui 1 dari 6 atau 5 perusahaan, ini berarti ada potensi pertumbuhan. Kesimpulan: Penulis menemukan bahwa produsen di sektor industri dasar kimia / semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) masih memiliki nilai Tobins'Q kurang dari 1. Kesimpulan : Jadi dapat disimpulkan perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar & kimia subsektor semen masih memiliki nilai Q ratio kurang dari 1 atau dalam kategori rendah .Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan mendapatkan penilaian kurang dari pasar(market) . Sebab itu, berdasrkan penelitian bahwa perusahaan industri manufaktur sektor industri dasar & kimia subsektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia menuntut banyak perusahaan pemodalan untuk tetap beroperasi dan mempertahankan daya saingnya. Tren harga saham di industri manufaktur sangat bagus. Namun, kami mendukung Anda untuk bekerja keras untuk mendapatkan penghasilan setiap tahun

Abstract

The average stocks return of the initial public offering (IPO) in the US stock market was - 29.13% at the end of the third year after the IPO (Ritter, 1991). The conclusion is that the Underperformed phenomenon is influenced by the volume of trade and only occurs in the non-financial sector (Ritter, 1991). Underperformed is a stock return of initial public offerings that have lower performance compared to the market return. Bessler and Thies (2007) stated that the year of going public is the time period of the initial public offering (IPO). There is a time variation in the pattern of benefits, it raises a question of whether companies can maximize the value and amount of funds acquired. In investing, investors consider the return and risk, the expected results of the investment will be realized after a certain period of time and during this period there is a risk of the investments made. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that affect Abnormal Return on long-term stock performance after 36 months of the IPO. The independent variables in this study consist of Benchmark, Money Raised, Market Value, and Magnitude of Underpricing. The dependent variable is the abnormal return on long-term stock performance after 36 months of the IPO. The samples used in this study were the non-financial companies on 2010-2020 period as many as 54 non-financial companies using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and performed classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) untuk melaksanakan kewajiban membayar zakat profesi, bahkan setelah pihak BAZNAS melakukan sosialisasi terhadap instansi terkait. Adapun tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Strategi Pengumpulan Zakat Profesi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Amil Zakat Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan data lapangan yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriftif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat strategi yang digunakan BAZNAS dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi yaitu melalui sosialisasi. Melalui sosialisasi BAZNAS langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk mendatangi calon muzzaki yang di fokuskan pada PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) melalui Instansi-instansi terkait. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulannya yaitu masyarakat datang langsung ke kantor BAZNAS atau juga bisa melalui transfer ke rekening BAZNAS. Pada penelitian ini juga menemukan kendal-kendala yang dihadapi BAZNAS dalam melakukan pengelolaan, terutama zakat profesi yaitu Para PNS beranggapan bahwa gaji PNS tidak memenuhi Nishob, tidak di hitung dengan tunjangannya. Setelah di gabung gaji pokok dengan tunjangan, maka PNS mencapai Nishob untuk membayar zakat profesi.

Abstract

"The strategy for Indonesia's economic recovery in the tourism sector in DKI Jakarta in the new era is common." The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was in the form of a drastic decrease in tourist arrivals in the tourism sector and the Indonesian economy in decline. Therefore, an economic recovery strategy is needed so that there is an economic response after the pandemic. The new policy resulted in limited community mobility. A decrease in economic activity which causes a decrease in income. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research technique uses the Research Library technique to collect various information and data in depth through literature, books, notes, journals, and other sources. The efforts to restore the tourism economy in DKI Jakarta have encouraged the confidence of stakeholders, including tourism industry players, that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to continuing the process. One of the developments after the Covid-19 outbreak is tourism development so that it can encourage stakeholders. These interests are to synergize according to their respective abilities, including reinvesting business entities in the tourism economy in DKI Jakarta. Tourism recovery planning that involves optimizing the roles of two main tourism sectors, namely the DKI Jakarta Government as the public authority with the authority for tourism recovery policies and economic actors as the organizer of tourism activities. Externally, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government needs to communicate and coordinate with tourism industry players, formulating tourism economic policy instruments after the Covid-19 recovery, namely participatory, collaborative and synergistic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms, machiavellianism, collectivism, and ethics on intentions to disclose fraud. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The sampling method used in this study was selected using Porposive Sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data testing is done by testing the validity, reliability testing. While the hypothesis test was carried out with multiple nilier regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) subjective norms have a positive effect on the intention to disclose fraud (2) Machiavellianism has a negative effect on the intention to disclose fraud (3) Collectivism has a positive effect on the intention to disclose fraud (4) Ethics has a positive effect on the intention to disclose fraud.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is increasing in today's modern era so that it has an impact on various aspects of life, especially in business. Armada Tunas Jaya Motor Magelang uses the Motorku X application as one of its marketing strategies. However, not all consumers use the Motorku X application so it is necessary to promote the Motorku X application to support their marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the SWOT component of the Motorku X application to promote the application and to formulate alternative marketing strategies. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data analysis method in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT matrix indicate that the alternative strategies that can be applied to the Armada Tunas Jaya Motor Magelang are the SO and WO strategies. The SO strategy is to increase the promotion of mobile marketing through personal selling and social media, to take advantage of the motorbike sales features available in the Motorku X application, to improve the quality of service both online and offline. The WO strategy is to require consumers to install the Motorku X application after purchasing a motorbike, increase promotion through sales promotion using the Motorku X application by providing discounts for purchasing special motorbikes at Tunas Jaya Motor Fleet and free service for a certain period of time, and providing attractive prizes or programs specifically for loyal consumers.
