Abstract

The growing integration of social media into consumer behavior has amplified the need to understand the mechanisms behind purchase intention. This study explores how Social Media Marketing influences consumer decision-making through two parallel psychological routes: the affective route, driven by trust, and the cognitive route, shaped by brand image. Although various conceptual models have been proposed in previous studies, the mediating roles of trust and brand image remain theoretically fragmented. To address this gap, a bibliometric–thematic review was conducted using 227 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2014 and 2025. Co-word mapping was performed using VOSviewer software, followed by manual thematic synthesis. The analysis revealed six main thematic clusters: platform engagement, influencer credibility, digital trust mechanisms, e-commerce integration, brand image formation, and value perception. These clusters support the construction of a dual-route framework in which trust amplifies emotional assurance and brand image influences cognitive evaluations. Both work together to connect digital marketing activities with consumer purchase decisions. This framework offers new insights into the dual psychological mechanisms of digital persuasion and provides marketers with a strategic guide to enhancing consumer engagement through emotional and rational content design.

Abstract

This journal analyzes and provides recommendations for the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the context of boarding school stalls (Warung Pesantren). The study evaluates financial performance through key profitability metrics, revealing a gross profit margin of 0.80%, an operating profit margin of 0.28%, and a net profit margin of 0.80%, indicating tight profit conditions and limited operational efficiency. Despite these constraints, the marketing strategy employed is found to be highly relevant and feasible for implementation. The strategic approach focuses on strengthening market reach, improving customer engagement, and leveraging local community networks, all of which are practical for enhancing MSME performance. This research also identifies several opportunities and challenges faced by Warung Pesantren, offering tailored solutions to optimize their business growth. The findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders to enhance competitiveness and sustainability in similar MSME environments.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in strengthening economic structures, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Despite their significant contribution to employment and GDP, MSMEs still face various barriers such as limited access to digital technology, financial constraints, and insufficient managerial capacity. These challenges become even more critical in the digital era, where technology adoption is key to maintaining business sustainability and competitiveness. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by culinary MSMEs in Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency, in adapting to digital transformation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that most culinary MSMEs in Cicurug have begun adopting digital platforms such as social media, food delivery apps, and e-commerce for marketing, customer engagement, and distribution. However, several issues persist, including limited digital literacy, infrastructure barriers, and the need for continuous innovation to meet rapidly changing consumer preferences. The findings highlight the importance of enhancing human resource capacity, promoting collaboration between government and private digital platforms, and fostering local-based digital training. This research contributes to understanding how MSMEs navigate digital challenges and offers practical insights for policy formulation and future development programs. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term impact of digital strategies on business resilience and scalability in other rural regions.

Abstract

The complexity of financial management within the public sector requires accountability and sound governance to be ensured by a strong, transparent reporting system. This study seeks to probe the financial reporting system inside Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance since it uses the SAKTI system as one tool that increases efficiency and meets government rules. Data were gathered through observation, document analysis, and online interviews with staff members of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance since they used a qualitative approach. The study finds that entities conduct financial reporting through a structured as well as phased manner. UAKPA starts with the data entry, and then UAPA prepares the report for them. Key policies like PMK 22/PMK.05/2022, PMK 232/PMK.05/2022, along with SOPs from PMK 131/PMK.01/2015 support the integrated use of the SAKTI application and SPAN. Such financial statements included things like the LRA, LPSAL, Balance Sheet, LO, LPE, LAK, and CaLK. Show to the effect that you adhere to Government Accounting Standards (SAP). This research conveys just a key message. The key message from this research is that the Ministry's reporting practices represent a model of integration, accountability, and transparency in public financial management that can serve as a reference for other government institutions.

Abstract

Continuous Improvement and training are important aspects in improving employee performance and maintaining company productivity in garment production, including at PT Garmen XYZ in Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the effect of understanding Continuous Improvement and Training on Employee Performance at PT Garmen XYZ. A quantitative method was used with a questionnaire as the instrument. A sample of 67 employees in the PT Garmen XYZ production line was selected using Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Statistical analysis included multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that Continuous Improvement had a positive effect on employee performance at PT Garmen XYZ with a coefficient of determination of 0.229, but this effect was not significant (t = 1.60; Sig = 0.114). Training showed a positive effect with a regression coefficient of 0.250, but it was not statistically significant (t = 1.432; Sig = 0.157). Simultaneously, both had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 13.559; Sig = 0.000). The highest indicator in Continuous Improvement was Seisou (Shine), while the lowest score was in Seiton (Set in Order). In training, the Goal indicator obtained the highest score and the Process indicator became the lowest. These results emphasize the importance of implementing and combining Continuous Improvement and Training in order to create a more efficient and productive work environment.

Abstract

Indonesia's beauty industry has experienced rapid growth, particularly as more Generation Z consumers purchase beauty products. As competition increases, companies are using new marketing strategies. For instance, Sociolla launched the “Waste Down Beauty Up” campaign and uses electronic word of mouth through its Sociolla Connect platform. This study examines the impact of advertising, message campaigns, and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention, both individually and in combination. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that advertising and message campaigns do not have a significant effect on their own; however, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. When combined, all three factors influence purchase intention. These results highlight the importance of electronic word of mouth. Companies should encourage customers to share positive reviews on digital platforms to boost purchase intention.

Abstract

This study explores how knowledge management can boost employee innovation and improveorganizational performance, while also examining the role of leadership style in strengthening theseconnections. The idea is that effective knowledge management can inspire employee creativity, which,in turn, enhances overall performance within the organization. Using a quantitative approach, data werecollected from employees across various organizations in Indonesia. The findings show that knowledgemanagement has a significant positive effect on both employee innovation and organizational performance.Furthermore, leadership style plays a crucial role in reinforcing the relationship between knowledgemanagement and performance. The study reveals that transformational leadership has the most powerfulimpact on improving organizational performance by fostering employee innovation. These insights arevaluable for improving human resource management practices and organizational strategies, emphasizingthe importance of adopting the right leadership style to drive sustainable innovation and performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pember- dayaan sumber daya manusia terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT PNM Mekar Unit Sukaraja. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 20 orang dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja maupun pemberdayaan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel secara simultan juga signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 39.492 dan signifikansi 0.000. Dengan demikian, perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan pemberdayaan SDM bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The continuous growth and prevalence of food vlogger content has a notable influence on consumer behaviours within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. This influence also extends to students at ITB Ganesha. This study explores the impact of food vloggers on the food and beverage consumption behaviours of ITB Ganesha students. The research was conducted from November 2023 to March 2024. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Primary data were collected through questionnaires completed by 100 ITB Ganesha students. Most respondents reported watching food vlogger content on the YouTube platform, with an average viewing time of approximately one hour per day. The processed data revealed a positive correlation between food vlogger content and consumer behaviours. Variables such as physical attractiveness, expertise, and trustworthiness were found to positively influence consumer attitudes toward the product, particularly when vloggers expressed favourable responses or endorsements of the featured food or beverage. The results also indicate that food vloggers assist viewers in making decisions about where to eat and help assess the perceived quality of restaurants. Overall, this study aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being, by highlighting how digital food content can shape healthier and more informed consumption choices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fitur layanan, persepsi kemudahan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet pada aplikasi DANA di Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 100 responden. Analisis data diuji dengan regresi berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur layanan (X1) berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Persepsi kemudahan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,458 > 0,05. Sedangkanpersepsi risiko (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap minat penggunaan (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05. Secara simultan, variabel fitur layanan, persepsi kemudahan, dan persepsi risikomemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minatpenggunaan aplikasi DANA di Sukabumi dengan kontribusi sebesar 48,9%, sedangkan 51,1% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.
