Abstract

Abstract—Services in the health sector at a clinic must be done quickly, swiftly, agile, and give the best. The best service is not only seen in terms of the performance of its human resources, but also in terms of the use of technology. Utilizing increasingly developing technology will facilitate human performance in general and clinic employees in particular to obtain, manage and store data and information needed. Administration of outpatient services at the Islamic Medical Service clinic uses a system that is still manual, for example in the case of recording patient data, registration, doctor's examination, payment, taking drugs until making reports. This allows the occurrence of obstacles or human error during operations such as long queues, waiting too long, recording data that takes a long time, delay in delivery of information to reports that are not accurate in its manufacture. The purpose of this study is to make an application for desktop-based outpatient administration that can facilitate the operation of outpatient administration at this STI clinic. In making this application, the system development method used is Waterfall, the application program uses the Delphi 7 programming language and Microsoft Access 2007 as its database. The results of this study are an outpatient administration application program that can assist clinic staff in operating outpatient services ranging from registration, inspection, payment to report making so as to improve employee performance to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract - Current address retrieval information systems are only manually created through books or official documents such as drawing maps in the form of paper mounted on the wall or in official places in the Bekasi City neighborhood. Based on the description of the above problems, then made improvements in the field of information services. The manual address search information system will be developed into a digital (computerized) information system in the form of a Mobile Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) technology. This technology is created using srcipt html, xlm, and MySQL database. The purpose of this system planning is to provide convenience in the delivery of information searches the important addresses in the city of bekasi widely for the mobile phone users who can be accessed via the internet. Through the development of this system access to information can be done anytime and anywhere without having to deal directly with existing sources.

Abstract

Abstract— Knowledge Management system is an organization of knowledge that is owned by individuals in an organization. With Knowledge Management, an individual's knowledge will become an organization's knowledge so that it is beneficial for an organization. With the many Knowledge Management systems that have been implemented in several organizations in Indonesia, the researchers want to evaluate the implementation of Knowledge Management systems in the learning process by e-learning in public high schools. The background of this study is to analyze the evaluation of learning outcomes in e-learning as a medium in the learning process in public high schools. In this study, using the model applied by Tiwana regarding the implementation of knowledge management by referring to the evaluation phase based on the measurement of performance evaluation. The research method used is quantitative evaluative with purposive sampling technique.

Abstract

Abstract— T. Jo Perdana Agry Technology is a company engaged in oil palm plantations that every day do processing data harvesting. Based on the results of observations that have been made, processing harvest data at PT. Jo Perdana Agry Technology has not been managed optimally where the data processing of crop processing is still done manually, causing the risk of losing data and inputting and searching data for a longer time. The purpose of this research is to discuss and design an application for harvesting data processing at PT. Jo Prime Agry Technology. This application is designed to be managed by two levels of users, namely Operations and Treasurers. Outputs produced in this data processing application include payment reports, harvest reports, shipping reports, general journals and ledgers. With this application, it is expected to facilitate the Operations and Treasurer in processing data on harvests and payments to contractors, as well as presenting outputs quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Abstract— Student pay is a problem in an educational institution especially in college, student payment required by university to improve education quality and performance. Still manualization of the payment system will greatly impact on improving the quality and performance of education. Making a student payment application will be very helpful in the process of educational services, especially payment systems. It is expected that in the implementation of computerized payment system can help the parties involved in the system. Faster calculations, better service, and less time-consuming reporting. So that reporting can be used as a guide in decision making. Making payment applications, this aims to simplify and speed up the work that will be useful in making more efficient decisions. On the side of students making this payment application will facilitate the payment system that runs manually, so there will be no errors in the payment system, and can provide information that is very useful for campus residents.

Abstract

Abstract— The quality of service in health services is very important to be considered, because the importance of service quality is to meet the needs and desires of patients, which can produce patient confidence which is an indicator of the success of the delivery of health services. While the use of technology is also very important as a means of increasing patient care. In the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Curug Puskesmas, there are obstacles due to the recording of patient data that starts from the registration process until the preparation of patient registration reports is done by recording and there are piles of paper stored on storage shelves, so that errors often occur and when parties puskesmas need patient data, it takes a long time to find where the data is stored. Another problem arises when many patients come for treatment and have to queue to fill out the registration form or the patient visit form. So we need a computerized system and a system that can provide information about UPT. Puskesmas Curug to patients or the general public online.

Abstract

Abstract— The cash receipt and expenditure system used in STMIK Antar Bangsa has been computerized but still uses Microsoft Excel and has not been integrated with the database, causing some obstacles such as requiring a long time to prepare financial statements so that a system that can be used as a reference to help performance is needed financial department. By using the cash information system acceptance and expenditure application is expected to help the work of the finance department, especially in making financial statements.

Abstract

Abstract— With growing world of technology, especially Internetbased technologies like Web site where all the desired information can be easily and cheaply obtained. The presence of this academic information system website, is expected to help teachers, students, parents, and communities to obtain actual information about the SMA BUDI MULIA at TANGERANG. In building this system I use support tools with object-oriented methodology is UML because UML supports object-oriented programming languages or OOP (Object Oriented Programming), web applications, PHP and MySQL, while for the photo editor I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 media to write PHP scripts. Browser, function to view the PHP commands that have been run on a web server. Examples of browsers are: Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox in this case I use Mozilla Firefox. The system generated from the tools above will be much better in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and flexibility because UML is an object-oriented programming language. And other tools that are easy to understand because it is easy to learn.

Abstract

Abstract— The development of the information system via the Internet is used as a means of improving information in almost all areas of business , both areas of commerce , industry and services . Making the web-based information systems as a means of promotion is effective and efficient and easily accessible to internet users . The authors designed a website on credit analysis motor poured in question-a question that often arises when the credit application the motor . The website can also be used to apply for credit motorcycle . For users who would apply for credit motorcycle loan can perform simulations as a benchmark or a provisional estimate for the data-data related to motor loans . The authors designed the analysis and simulation of motors credit by using the web -based programming language PHP and MySQL to perform credit simulations themselves and do their own credit analysis online.

Abstract

Abstract -- Making a website about academic information system is one way to develop the existing school management system, with the system, schools can inform and manage the value of the good. So with the website of the academic information systems students, teachers, and visitors can find information about the schools directly. Schools can also process data and student grades quickly, effectively and efficiently. Academic information system contained in vocational schools YPI-Alfalah in entering data (input), change, and display data (output) reported only gets direct administration resulting in inaccurate reports as well as teachers and students must come to school to get information about value or data required. Such information system is less effective in the management of the school, in order to provide convenience both to inform students and teachers needed liveliness management system.
