Abstract

Unemployment is someone in the labor force category who does not find work. Based on data from BPS regarding the number of unemployed people in Jambi Regency / Province in 2021 of 10.6 percent, it shows that sharia investment in Jambi City is still very relatively low. The purpose of this study to be achieved is to find out and analyze how the effect of unemployment on the Islamic investment climate in Jambi Province. This research using quantitative methods was conducted in time series from 2011 to 2022. From the data obtained, 59% of the sharia investment climate index in Jambi Province is influenced by the population growth rate. Showing that unemployment does not affect the lack of Islamic investment, because the ethical level of the Islamic investment climate increased by 1%, the unemployment rate decreased by 1.55, which certainly has a very positive impact on the Islamic investment climate. Efforts are needed to increase the value of the Sharia Investment Climate Index, with the hope that human progress will continue to develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the accountability dimension to the "Sunan Drajat" Lamongan Social Education Pure Foundation. The research used is qualitative research with interpretive methods. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and observation. Data processing was carried out in a qualitative description. The results of this study indicate that the Pure Social Education Foundation "Sunan Drajat" Lamongan has implemented accountability dimensions including honesty and legal accountability managerial accountability, program accountability, policy accountability, financial accountability. However, there are several dimensions of accountability that have not run optimally. First, in honesty and legal accountability, it is explained that in foundations there are no concurrent positions but sometimes there are concurrent duties by administrators. This occurs because the presence of administrators is not fully in accordance with the existing management structure. Second, related to policy accountability, it is explained that the foundation already has policies related to strategic plans, but has not set a timeline for achieving targets for each policy that has been formulated. Third, in terms of financial accountability at the foundation, when viewed in terms of financial statements, it is still relatively simple in the form of cash flow, and is not fully in accordance with PSAK No. 45

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 is a civilization that emphasizes the mixing of technology and humans with the aim of achieving a comfortable life. But not only does it provide convenience, if technology is misused it can also cause various conflicts. In this regard, it is necessary to educate and inculcate values ​​such as the values ​​of truth and kindness that are in accordance with the basics of Islam so that society is able to make technology a useful thing instead of a thing that results in harm. This study aims to determine the importance of value education in an Islamic perspective in the era of society 5.0. This research is a library research where this research is carried out by using literature either in the form of books, notes or reports on the results of previous research. From this research it can be concluded that humans in this century basically live side by side with technology. In order to achieve prosperity, it is important for individuals to have a value foundation based on Islamic principles. There are at least five values ​​according to an Islamic perspective that must be instilled in individuals, namely 1) Faith and piety 2) Morals 3) Social responsibility 4) Strong character 5) Balance between academic and spiritual aspects. So value education is considered important to answer the challenges of the era of society 5.0. namely to form a harmonious community life.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a work behavior that is highly expected to achieve goals in the organization. In its implementation in the workplace, organizational citizenship behavior can affect the atmosphere of a rigid organization or institution into a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere among fellow employees with a strong teamwork atmosphere. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational commitment on OCB. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The subjects studied were employees of the Minhajul Haq Islamic Boarding School with a total sample of 78 people using a stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that partially servant leadership had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, simultaneously servant leadership and organizational commitment have a significant influence on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Minhajul Haq Islamic boarding school employees. Organizational commitment has a more dominant influence which is the accumulation of the influencing variables (51.9%).

Abstract

Indonesia adheres to a dual banking system and a dual monetary system which causes conventional and Islamic banking to operate together. On the other hand, various central bank policies, including fiscal, monetary, portfolio management, and macroprudential policies, are still dominated by the conventional basis, which poses a challenge for sharia banking. This study aims to analyze how Islamic banking responds to various shocks or shocks caused by the policy mix. The method used in this research is VECM analysis accompanied by Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VD). The period used starts in 2012 Q1 to 2021 Q4. The independent variables used are Government Total Expenditure (GEXP), Policy Interest Rate (PIR), Broad Money (M2), Investment Portfolio (PI), Sharia Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio (RIM), and Consumer Price Index (CPI). In contrast, the dependent variable is Total Islamic Banking Assets (TAPS). The results show that PIR, M2, and CPI have a negative response, while GEXP, PI, GDP, and RIM respond positively

Abstract

This research is based on integrating Islamic values through contemporary social theory to improve the degree of religious students in educational and learning activities in universities. This study aims to determine the paradigm foundation, essence, and relations of humanization, liberation, and transcendence of Kuntowijoyo's prophetic social sciences in Islamic education. The research was conducted using literature studies using a socio-historical philosophical approach. The data were obtained from several kinds of literature, adapted by direct and indirect quotation techniques, and then processed and analyzed with intelligent analysis methods in the three domains of Kuntowijoyo's prophetic social sciences, namely humanization ('Amar ma'rūf), liberation (nahyī munkar), and transcendence. The results showed that prophetic social science is a choice in the scientific discourse of Islamic socio-cultural formats that are interesting to be developed by Muslims in general, as well as the academic community of universities as part of academia. This is because Islamic education that develops is not only a process of instilling moral values and fortifying harmful access but also how these moral values are instilled able to act as Islamic forces to get out of poverty, ignorance, and social and cultural backwardness.

Abstract

تبحث هذه المقالة في ظاهرة صعود الفلسفة الإسلامية في إندونيسيا مع وجود نهضة توراتس. وقد سبق ذلك معرض لسيخونا خليل بانغالان ، وهو لاجنة تورات. يتم مفهوم فقه اللغة في تتبع أعمال المخطوطات القديمة للعلماء الإندونيسيين في سياق باستخدام مناهج ذاتية وموضوعية. طرق جمع البيانات مع التوثيق وطرق التحليل بالوصف التحليلي. تظهر نتائج البحث أن دراسة فقه اللغة الإسلامية في إندونيسيا مع ظهور حركة نهضة توراتس لديها القدرة على إحياء الإسلام في إندونيسيا والتي لها مؤشرات على تحول المنح الدراسية الكلاسيكية اليوم. يمكن أيضًا تتبع عملية الكشف عن شبكة النقل العلمي لعلماء نوسانتارا بعمق من خلال أعمال الكتب أو المخطوطات المكتوبة. إن تحليل نظرية عشبية ابن خلدون في مراجعة حركة نهضة التوراتس بطريقة التكافل الاجتماعي يمكن أن يبني الحضارة من خلال روح التعاون المتبادل.

Abstract

Dunia Perbankan merupakan suatu kelembagaan yang memiliki fungsi serta peran dalam suatu upaya pembangunan bangsa. Ketika berbicara tentang bangku syariah, mereka pasti terkait dengan istilah-istilah seperti pembiayaan dan pinjaman. Studi kasus di KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode penyelesaian masalah kredit di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengkaji apa yang dialami subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini mengkaji KP Bank Sumut Syariah di wilayah Imam Bonjol dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumen dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada bank syariah (studi kasus KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol) berjalan lancar dan mampu menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah. Hal ini dapat kita lihat dalam bagaimana KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol telah melakukan pembenahan kalender angsuran nasabah dengan memeriksa kemampuan pembayaran, keinginan pembayaran, prospek bisnis, dan perilaku positif mereka. Selain itu juga, Pihak KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol melakukan lelang terhadap agunan yang pada dasarnya suda ada kesepakatan bersama antara nasabah dengan KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol tersebut.

Abstract

The use of Qur'anic verses as descriptions in sales has been widely practiced by producers, including in the Shopee application. This verse aims to lead the message visually and contains religious elements, so the correlation between images can attract Muslim consumers. This qualitative research seeks to explore the variety of uses of Qur'anic verses in commercialization in Shopee, describe the forms of reception of Qur'anic verses used in Shopee as a commercialization tool, and explain the factors for using Quranic verses as a commercialization tool. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a Sociology of Religion approach and one of Peter L. Berger's theories, Social Construction. The research data comes from observations on shop accounts that use Qur'anic verses, translations, and hadith meanings as descriptions. The results showed five forms of commercialization, including Al-Qur'an verses in memes, Al-Qur'an verses in descriptions, Al-Qur'an verses and Hadith in descriptions, Hadith in descriptions, Hadith in descriptions, and Hadith in pictures and descriptions. The typology of reception in this study is included in the typology of functional reception because the Qur’an was created for humans to respond and direct to specific goals, which eventually gave birth to a motivation to change attitudes and ways of acting in everyday life. This happens because of 3 background factors: the externalization factor is the process of self-adjustment, the objectification factor is the result of self-adjustment, and the internalization factor is when producers and consumers I'd appreciate it if you could understand the meaning in the meme.

Abstract

In various cultures, the values of sharing and concern for others play a crucial role. In the context of Islam, the concept of zakat promotes social justice and well-being. This research focuses on the management of zakat in the Sedong District, Cirebon Regency, to understand its effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of fair recipient selection, transparency in fund utilization, and the empowerment of beneficiaries' economies. Community participation, from collection to evaluation, is key to addressing the complexity of zakat management. Involving the community can make zakat a more potent tool in reducing poverty and fostering social inclusion. This research aims to contribute to the understanding of the role of zakat in alleviating poverty and building communities in the Sedong District. The findings can be used to enhance zakat programs, making it a more effective instrument in improving well-being and social inclusion in the region.
