Abstract

Manusia wajib untuk berusaha dalam penenuhan kebiutuhan hidupnya diantaranya dengan muamalah atau berdagang, namun demikian harus tetap berdasarkan syariah Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar sandang Tegalgubug yang merupakan pasar sandang terbesar di Asia yang berada di Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi ekonomi syariah dalam praktek jual beli kain kiloan. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik untuk mencari tentang fenomena dalam suatu latar yang berkonteks khusus, karakteristik dari penelitian kualitatif adalah penlitian yang naturalistik dimana penelitian bersifat sebagaimana adanya objek yang diteliti, manusia sebagai istrumen penelitian yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari peneliian ini bahwa adanya unsur gharar dalam praktek jual belinya, hal ini terjadi karena pembeli tidak bisa memilih atau melihat barang yang akan dibeinya (dalam bentuk ikatan, karungan) terkadang tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi yang dijelaskan oleh penjual, adat yang sudah terjadi bertahun-tahun yang “diwajarkan” serta dianggap “biasa” oleh kedua belah pihak, kurangnya pengetahuan penjual dan pembeli tentang jualbeli yang sesuai dengan syariah Islam

Abstract

Sharia economic development has been introduced to various types of halal investments including sharia stocks. The development of Sharia stock exchanges is very rapidly growing in line with the ease of access to become Sharia equity investors. The purpose of this journal is to introduce the Waqf of shares and its application in the development of sharia economy. This research uses literature research where all the materials are sourced from various sources, such as books, journals, scientific papers, newspapers, online news, etc. that support the writing of this journal. The result of this journal is the new stock Waqf was introduced in April 2019, investors can have their shares personally or through AB-SOTS (the Exchange member who owns the Sharia Online Trading System) which is a securities company that owns SOTS, a securities company in cooperation with the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) and Dompet Dhuafa (DD Currently the new MNC Sekuritas, Indopremier Securities, Henan Securities and Philip Sekuritas. Waqf shares as an alternative of waqf productive with the purpose of the welfare of the people.

Abstract

Waqf has a function of worship activities, namely by holding our assets to be used in the way of Allah SWT which gives rewards throughout the ages will also have a social function which after the principal of the property is withheld, developed then after being developed will provide results that can be used by the people. This research aims to provide education about the role of waqf in development as well as how the role of waqf for the welfare of the people. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using secondary data and using literature study. The results of this study show that waqf has an important role in providing the welfare of the people and waqf also has an important role in developing the country, this is evidenced by the role of waqf in the fields of education, health, economy and finance, technology and agriculture, where these fields are the pillars of development national.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 sudah mewabah hampir negara di seluruh dunia, banyak hal yang dirugikan mulai dari bidang politik, sosial budaya, keagamaan sampai yang paing parah adalah bisang ekonomi. Di Indonesia bidang ekonomi berdampak sangat besar, banyak industri yang ‘merumahkan’ karyawannya, produksi berhenti sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah namun ada beberapa industri yang masih diperbolehkan ‘bekerja’ salah satunya industri pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif naratif dimana data primernya berasal dari berbagai media elektronik seperti newspaper online, data yang berasal dari website, youtube, pemberitaan TV juga data yang berasal dari buku-buku. Dengan hasil penelitian bahwa industri pasar modal juga mengalami dampak yang luar biasa, yang pasti nilai-nilai saham turun, adanya perubahan-perubahan kebijakan selama pandemi seperti perubahan jam kerja, melakukan trading halt, perubahan auto rejection tetapi selain hal tersebut masih ada perusahaan yang melakukan IPO atau munculnya perusahaan go public yang melantai di bursa dalam masa pandemi ini. Pernurunan secara keseluruhan nilai IHSG selama pandemi di bawah 5%. Kata Kunci : pandemi, covid 19, pasar modal syariah

Abstract

Pasar modal syariah sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan bagi masyarakat dan bagian dari perekonomian Indonesia, berkembangnya dimulai dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan sekarang sudah mempunyai prestasi yang luar biasa yaitu menjadi yang terbaik nomor satu di dunia hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal syariah benar-benar halal dan bisa menjadi bagian dari halal lifestyle yang sedang berkembang di masyarkat. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepusatakaan merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan diperpustakaan mengambil setting perpustakaan sebagai tempat penelitian dengan objek penelitian adalah bahan-bahan kepustakaan, penelitian berhadapan dengan berbagai literatur sesuai dengan tujuan dan masalah yang akan dan sedang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perkembangan pasar modal syariah dengan populasi muslim Indonesia sebesar 80% muslim dengan potensi sebesar menghasilkan pertumbuhan efek dan pertumbuhan investor dalam 7 tahun berkembang mencapai 2000%. Pasar modal syariah menjadi bagian dari halal lifestyle dibuktikan dengan adanya dasar hukum yang berasal dari Al-Quran dan hadits, ijma, Qiyas serta fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the issuers of sukuk in the world with various series that have been issued, this sukuk aims to help finance the state budget for various sectors for sustainable development programs. This study uses a qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. The results show that the government is still dominated by sukuk because most of the financing of sukuk in Indonesia are government projects in various sectors, in their issuance in collaboration with conventional and sharia banking, securities companies that become AB Bursa. Sukuk series issued by the government such as Islamic Fixed Rate (IFR), greensukuk, Indonesian hajj fund sukuk (SDHI), savings sukuk, retail sukuk, sharia state treasury bills (SPNS), project based sukuk (PBS).

Abstract

In various cultures, the values of sharing and concern for others play a crucial role. In the context of Islam, the concept of zakat promotes social justice and well-being. This research focuses on the management of zakat in the Sedong District, Cirebon Regency, to understand its effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of fair recipient selection, transparency in fund utilization, and the empowerment of beneficiaries' economies. Community participation, from collection to evaluation, is key to addressing the complexity of zakat management. Involving the community can make zakat a more potent tool in reducing poverty and fostering social inclusion. This research aims to contribute to the understanding of the role of zakat in alleviating poverty and building communities in the Sedong District. The findings can be used to enhance zakat programs, making it a more effective instrument in improving well-being and social inclusion in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan investor di kalangan mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan keuangan yakni dengan berinvestasi pada investasi saham syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi fundamental di kalangan mahasiswa generasi Z menjadi Investor GISBEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, obeservasi dan teknik analisis data bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada beberapa teknik fundamental yang dilakukan dalam melakukan trading saham syariah yakni dengan melihat berita-berita yang terkait dengan perkembangan dan kinerja perusahaan, laporan keuangan perusahaan, penggunaan aplikasi SOTS dan RTI Business. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini dalam menggunakan analisis fundamental, mahasiswa akan menggunakan strategi yang berbeda dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan investasi masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of digital media and sales strategies that contribute to increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village, Sedong District, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology is experiencing rapid development at any time. The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has an impact on the development of all business sectors, one of which is digital banks. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation of the use and interest in investment in digital banks in the community in West Java. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results of the study show that the use of digital banks is more in demand while investment is still less popular because more transactions use online methods. This study concludes that the use of digital banks and investment interest have a simultaneous effect on economic growth.
