Abstract

Paper ini adalah kajian yang berbasis pada kajian pustaka dan kajian lapangan tema yang diangkat adalah pendidikan dan budaya: study fenomena gobak sodor sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter bagi anak-anak bondowoso.Ada tiga pertanyaan pentingdalam pepper yang pertama, bagaimana konsep pendidikan karakter?Kedua, bagaimana mekanisme dan konsep permainan gobak sodor bagi anak anak bondowoso?Ketiga, bagaimana konsep pendidikan karakter pada permainan gobak sodor yang dilakukan anak-anak bondowoso?. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan konten analisis untuk menjelaskan konsep pendidikan karakter di indonesia sedangkan pendekatan historis untuk menjelaskan sejarah dan mekanisme permainan gobak sodor anak-anak di bondowoso. Hasil paper ini adalah pertama mengetahui konsep pendidikan karakter, kedua bagaimana mekanisme dan konsep permainan gobak sodor bagi anak-anak bondowoso, ketiga bagaimana konsep pendidikan karakter pada permainan gobak sodor yang di lakukan anak-anak bondowoso.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Pustaka Rumah Pintar Agro Estate dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan minat baca. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pustaka Rumah Pintar Agro Estate yang berada di rumah sekretaris kelompok tani di Desa Laut Tador Kecamatan Sei Suka Kabupaten Batu Bara. Koleksi dari perpustakaan tersebut adalah buku pertanian umum, perkebunan kelapa sawit, perkebunan karet, buku pelajaran SD/SLTP/SLTA, buku-buku agama dan beberapa koleksi CD. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai September – Desember 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan apa-apa saja yang saat ini berlaku. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan secara quota sampling sebanyak 32 responden baik responden laki-laki maupun perempuan. Bahan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 20.0. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan wujud statistik regresi linear antara peningkatan minat baca dengan pemanfaatan taman bacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pustaka Rumah Pintar Agro Estate banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat dari kalangan pelajar (siswa sekolah SD, SLTP, SLTA). Pengunjung melakukan aktivitas membaca buku. Buku yang dibaca oleh pengunjung yaitu buku yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya seperti buku-buku fiksi (cerita, novel, majalah). Hambatan yang dialami oleh Pustaka Rumah Pintar Agro Estate adalah minimnya ketersedian jumlah koleksi yang mengakibatkan pengujung harus mengantri jika ingin meminjam buku yang sama dan belum adanya penjaga tetap yang berpangaruh terhadap jam buka layanan. Selain itu untuk memenuhui kebutuhan operasional pustaka Rumah Pintar Agro Estate sangat bergantung pada dana yang dimiliki pengelola yang terbatas.

Abstract

In various corners, there is no discussion other than a matter of improving the economic level, the fulfilment of lust and passion. Adults and children make no difference. We are aware that humans need collateral and support in their material aspects. In the Scriptures, we are reminded of the importance of the value of property and material potential in encouraging many charities. However, we must not forget that the economic facilities that we want to control are all just roads, not end. The purpose of using these means is to defend and fight for great and noble values. Most people do not know the purpose of their existence. They live in vain amid the stuffy life. Some of them live for charity and struggle. Some of them live playfully, far from seriousness, and as if they have no purpose. They should take the straight path of life in His direction.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di sekolah tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial dan Motivasi Guru dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Penelitian dilakukan oleh peneliti tentang pengaruh kompetensi sosial dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 33,042 + 0, 637 X1 dari 0,6372 = 0, 4057, pengaruh antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 33,430 + 0,754X2. Arti persamaan garis regresi adalah bahwa setiap perubahan satu variabel dari motivasi mengajar guru akan diikuti oleh perubahan 0,7542 = 0,5685, dan hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi sosial dan motivasi mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Dengan persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 22.209 + 0.385X1 + 0.373X2. Arti persamaan garis regresi adalah bahwa setiap perubahan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi guru akan diikuti oleh perubahan (0,385X1 = 0,1482 = 14,82%) + (0,373X2. = 0,1391 = 13,91%) hasil belajar siswa dengan arah yang sama pada konstanta 22.209 berarti bahwa 14.365% variasi dalam hasil belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompetensi dan motivasi mengajar guru.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai suatu organisasi yang ranahnya di bidang informasi dan berorientasi kepada pengguna, tentunya harus mengikuti perkembangan sesuai dengan keinginan penggunanya. Pengguna perpustakaan saat ini adalah rata-rata berasal dari kaum millennial sehingga sistem yang disediakan juga harus sesuai dengan keinginan mereka yang serba digital dan canggih. Saat ini perpustakaan sudah memiliki teknologi yang memungkinkan semua hal pengelolaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi elektronik. Teknologi elektronik tentu tidak terlepas dari dua hal, yaitu hardware dan software. Hardware tidak akan dapat berfungsi apabila software tidak menyertainya begitu pula sebaliknya. Bisa dikatakan hardware itu merupakan penghubung brainware atau manusia untuk dapat mempergunakan software. Dari hasil penelitian yang tim penulis lakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perpustakaan (SIMP) mempermudah pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan dan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk berjalannya kegiatan operasional perpustakaan STIPAP.

Abstract

Baban village has a tahfidz program educational institution that has the magnetic power to attract interest as well as the development of human resources of the local community, especially in terms of religious education such as memorizing the Qur'an. The history of the establishment of the tahfidz program with the Ilan method begins with the anxiety of a hafidzoh named Ahdil Ummamiyah when he saw the children in Baban village playing more than learning, this was what later made him feel called to establish the tahfidz program in the Baban hamlet. The tahfidz program is held 3 times a day, at the dawn, the Asr, and the evening. The method used in this program is the Ilan method and rewards for those who have progressed in memorizing and giving punishment when not adding to the memorization of the Koran. The Baban Hamlet community is very enthusiastic about supporting this program by participating in the implementation of the Ilan method. This research shows that the holding of the Tahfidz program in the Baban hamlet can build citizens' concern for children who memorize the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an is a source of Islamic law that can bring calm to those who read and practice it especially for those who can memorize it. This study discusses the implementation of the Tahfidz program in the village of Baban. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with the method of extracting observational data, interviews, and documentation. With a focus of research: First, the history of the establishment of the Tahfidz program in the village of Baban. Second, the implementation of the tahfidz program with the Ilan method. Third, the community response to the Tahfidz program in the Baban village. Fourth, the impact on children who take part in the Tahfidz program in Baban sub-village. This research is important because the researcher tries to describe how the implementation of the Tahfidz program in the hamlet of Baban. This research is also interesting because the researchers also tried to describe how the response of the Baban hamlet community to the Tahfidz program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbasis pada kajian pustaka dengan tema Integrasi Pesantren dan Perguruan Tinggi : studi Tipologi dan Kurikulum Pesantren Mahasiswa, dalam tema ini ada tiga pertanyaan penting pertama adalah bagaimna model Tipologi Pesantren ? kedua bagaimana tipologi pesantren mahassiwa di Perguruan Tinggi ? dan ketiga apa kontribusi Inegrasi pesantren dan perguruan Tinggi Di Indonesia ? dengan menggunakan penekatan diskritif analitis dan konten analitis untuk menjelaskan model tipologi pesantren dan tipologi pesantren mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama mengetahui konsep dan model tipologi pesantren, kedua tipologi pesantren mahasiswa di perguruan Tinggi, serta yang ketiga, mengetahui kontribusi integrasi pesantren dan perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Education is a place to form a generation that has superior human resources. Through education a person will experience a process of maturity of attitudes, knowledge and skills. Therefore, the quality of education really determines the quality of a nation. It must be understood together that in the case of the operation of an education, it certainly cannot be separated from funding and managing funds. Advanced education is usually directly proportional to the amount of funding available. If funding an education is sufficient, it can be ensured that superior programs and policies will be realized, but conversely if an education experiences financial constraints, it is almost certainly not able to give birth to innovative policies.Nationally the country has designed a budget for education by 20 percent. A very large number of course. However, this large amount is not sufficient to finance all aspects of education, both public and private. Therefore, every education is required to be able to be independent in financial matters. Educational institutions are expected to be able to establish cooperation with the community and various parties who are then expected to be able to help empower education. Many ways that can be done by educational institutions in terms of raising education funds, including by collecting funds (fundraising) to educational partners or generous donors. In the context of Islamic education, for example, education fundraising strategies can also be carried out by optimizing Islamic philanthropy through the use of zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf funds. With that, in writing this paper, the author will explore thoroughly the Financial Aspects of Islamic Education, while expecting constructive input and criticism, for the perfection of this paper.

Abstract

This paper is a study based on a literature study with the theme raised is realizing an independent economy through the education of entrepreneurs the style of the Prophet Muhammad. Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in the world has great potential to produce superior Muslim entrepreneurs in order to achieve an economic independence, this Muslim entrepreneur will run his business in accordance with the Islamic economic concept which prohibits ribawi cases and makes falah as the goal of every activity undertaken. . There are two important questions in this first papper, What is the design of entrepreneur education in Indonesia? Second, how is the education of entrepreneur Muhammad ala Muhammad? By using a content analysis approach to explain the concept of entrepreneur education in the style of the Prophet Muhammad. The results of this paper are the first to know the design of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia, the second to know the entrepreneur education style of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

The growth of children from infants to adolescents, the development of children from unrealistic to realistic is an accumulation of children's life experiences. Therefore, the problems faced by children (school age / students) are basically inseparable from the realistic lives of students as part of family members. This paper aims to analyze the discipline of students in schools / madrasah. The methodology used in this study is based on the phenomenology approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews, so the presence of researchers to acquare information is a necessity. The results of this study indicate that the educational problems experienced by students (truancy, low interest in learning, and disrespectful attitude towards the teacher) have a strong relationship to students' family problems. Communication, problem solving skills, roles in the family to the parenting style used by the family, turned out to be the cause of problems in students at school. Parents' expectations for educational institutions are too excessive, such as schools that are responsible for children's lives. In contrast, counselors in schools often intervene with students without grasping at students' problems holistically. Tug of war between family and school (counselor) is one of the main issues that must be taken to create a socializing education.
