Abstract

The increase in the number of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Bogor City is not in accordance with Economic Growth according to GRDP and increased employment opportunities in Bogor City. Goverment Regulation of Bogor City Number 4 of 2021 concerning Empowerment, Development and Protection of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Bogor aims to grow and develop businesses in the context of developing the regional economy, especially employment opportunities for the community while simultaneously encouraging domestic production in Bogor City. Perca craft SMEs Center is a community business in Bogor City that has potential because it is considered capable of playing a role in improving and restoring the community's economy, creating new jobs, alleviating poverty and sports which are still crucial problems in the area and empowering the community. environment by utilizing waste (used cloth) from the convection business that can be utilized into products that have high value and selling power. The purpose of this study was to describe the internal and external factors faced by perca craft SMEs, describe the development strategy for perca craft SMEs and determine priority strategies in the development of perca craft SMEs in Bogor City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data in the form of interviews, documentation and observations using SOAR analysis (strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results) which then produces alternative strategies which will be prioritized according to the main strategy using the litmust test. The results of this study indicate a strategy that can be implemented in the development of MSMEs in patchwork craftsmen, namely expanding the market network with several shopping centers in the city of Bogor and outside the city of Bogor and always participating in regional, national and even international events, then maximizing social media and e-commerce. commerce in its online promotion as a whole e-commerce that can be accessed by all people so that patchwork products are increasingly recognized by the public and can even go-international and collaborate with pentahelix which was built with various parties/stakeholders in its development to become a strong and independent MSME role in improving the community's economy by optimizing the potential of sustainable local resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of business income from KWT Melati activities to household income in Gunung Ibul Village. This study uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study were housewives who are members of KWT Melati, a form of women's empowerment activities in Prabumulih City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The data analysis technique used in this study is Income Analysis and Percentage Descriptive Analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in income from TOGA at KWT Melati during the covid19 pandemic. However, the contribution of business income of KWT Melati members to the participant's household income was still lacking, one of which was due to the small business scale. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine fresh Fish's advantages and marketing strategy in MSMES Suka Rasa Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The research method used is the case study method, for which purposive and quota sampling are used. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Th,e results of the study found that the profitabilityof the Suka Rasa MSMEs were Rp. 8,486,329 / month and the IFAS and EFAS diagrams are in quadrant 4, the meeting between IFAS at point 0.85 and EFAS at point -0.47. So that is an alternative marketing strategy that can be done is to guarantee the quality of fresh fish products according to the criteria set by the company, and to increase product distribution, such as expanding the marketing reach by utilizing social media to promote products.

Abstract

RL SMEs operates a business in the food & beverage sector. In providing compensation to employees, the salary mapping system of RL SMEs considers ten compensable factors. The ten compensable factors used are education, experience, communication, problem-solving analysis, customer service orientation, planning & coordination, working conditions, freedom of action, physical effort, and impact & influence. Providing compensation to RL SMEs aims to create internal justice and to improve employees performance and productivity. One indicator of the compensation system is ideal, namely when the mid to mid is smaller than the spread. Meanwhile, the compensation system for RL SMEs could be better because there is still a mid to mid value more significant than the spread value, so it is necessary to improve salaries using adhered and overlapping methods. In this study, we collected data by interviewing RL SMEs owners and distributing questionnaires to RL SMEs employees. The researchers conducted this research in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that an effective and efficient method of improving base salary for RL SMEs is the overlapping method because it results in an increase in salary for each grade that is not too far from the actual base salary and a more even distribution of salary.

Abstract

The company's financial performance is a financial report that shows the condition of a company, which is used as a consideration for taking further action. as well as for the community to assess the smooth running of a company before taking action. As the manager of the company, the manager knows more about the company's prospects and internal information in the future than the owner or (shareholder). Managers have an obligation to give a signal about the condition of the company to the owner of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independent boards of directors and commissioners on the financial performance of banking companies. The variables in this study are the Independent Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. Which resulted in a sample of 28 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 8. The results show that the Board of Directors has no effect on the company's financial performance, while the Board of Independent Commissioners has an influence on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal control, human resources and the use of accounting information technology on the quality of savings and loan cooperative financial reports. This study used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 33 savings cooperatives in Rembang Regency was obtained. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results showed that partially the influence of internal control, human resources and the use of accounting information technology had a significant effect on the quality of financial statements of savings and loan cooperatives.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UPT. Population and Civil Registration of Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at UPT. Population and Civil Registration of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City Then the sample in this study were 30 employees at the UPT. Population and Civil Registration of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City and used as respondents, in this study used a quantitative descriptive analysis using a simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS Version.22 program. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it shows that partially the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UPT. Population and Civil Registration of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of interviews supported by documentation and observation, which were selected as respondents or informants were 6 key informants consisting of 3 smallholders, 3 landowners, and 3 supporting informants namely the management of Subak Yeh Taluh which consists of the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. The data validity checking technique used is to use triangulation, namely triangulation techniques and source triangulation, while data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the process that has been processed shows that nandu activities are capable of subak Yeh Taluh Penarukan carried out in three models, namely mixed, for five, and for two where all three are considered capable of helping the welfare of farmers with the management of land with a certain area as the main support for increasing income and farmers' welfare. The purpose of this study was to find out how profit sharing models were applied to the Nandu system on the Subak Yeh Taluh Penarukan Buleleng and its effectitive qualitative approach

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of social media marketing and brand image on repurchase intention. marketing and brand image on repurchase Intention in wardah products at Makeup Holiq in Padang City. The research method used is non probability sampling, namely purpositive sampling so that it is found is observation, questionnaire and literature. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of tests carried out individually found social media marketing variables and the coefficient of determination. and the coefficient of determination. While the F results found that social media marketing and brand image together have a significant effect on repurchase Intention in wardah products in Padang city. While the coefficient of determination determination coefficient is found in the Adjusted R-Square value of 68.3% and the remaining 31.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work experience and working age have on promotion for position at the Sijunjung Regency Transportation Office. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach . The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method, because the entire population is sampled as many as 88 respondents. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires and literature research. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the t test, the variable of work experience has a positive and significant effect on promotion in the Sijunjung Regency Transportation Office. Meanwhile, the variable of working age has a positive and significant effect on promotion in the Sijunjung Regency Transportation Office. The results of the F test variables of work experience and working age together have a significant effect on promotion in the Sijunjung Regency Transportation Office. While the value of the coefficient of determination is found in the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.247. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 24.7%, the remaining 75.3% is influenced by other variables such as work performance, discipline, education, honesty, loyalty, leadership, cooperation, and so on.
