Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live music, taste and product variety on customer satisfaction at Parewa Coffee Padang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents, with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t-test were carried out partially with the live music variable, taste and product variety having a significant effect on Parewa Coffee customer satisfaction. the results of the f test variable live music, taste and product variety have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Parewa Coffee, while the results of the coefficient of determination are found in the Adjusted R-Square value of 23.0%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on stock prices in This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability, Good Corporate Goernance Structure, and Audit Quality on Audit Delay in Manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which provide audited financial report data by accessing and downloading the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange via the website www.idx. co.id. The sampling technique used in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The total population that researchers used in this study were 168 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study starts from . Classical Assumptions Test. This study conducted normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests using the SPSS for windows version 25. After that, Descriptive Analysis was carried out. This study shows the results that the first hypothesis, namely profitability has a significant negative effect on audit delay. The second hypothesis is that the structure of good corporate governance has a significant negative effect on audit delay and has been verified. The third hypothesis is that audit quality has a significant negative effect on audit delay. Furthermore, the hypothesis proposed in this study, namely profitability, good corporate governance structure and audit quality have a significant effect on audit delay tested for truth.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the influence of compensation (X1) and Competency (X2) as independent variables on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable in the Production Department of PT FCC Indonesia. Verifiatively, the aim is to test the hypothesis by calculating statistics about the effect of compensation and Competency on employee performance. This study used descriptive quantitative methods, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 155 respondents from employees of PT FCC Indonesia througha simple random sample. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and the help of the SPSS application. The results show that the compensation, Competency, and employee performance variables have good scores descriptively. Verifiatively, there is a partial effect of compensation on employee performance and a partial effect of Competency on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and the effectiveness of work communication on the performance of PT FCC Indonesia's employees at the Molding Department. The research design used a quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 99 employees of the Molding Department of PT FCC Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Regression analysis assisted by SPSS 26. The results showed that Transformational Leadership Style has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Communication partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style has a greater influence on Employee Performance than Work Communication and Transformational Leadership Style and Work Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of vaccine policy implementation on financial performance in terms of the Z-Score value of Tourism, Restaurant and Hotel sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is descriptive (descriptive research). The sampling technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study are Tourism, Restaurant and Hotel Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which issue financial reports for 2020-2021. This study uses secondary data, namely annual financial reports. The analysis technique used is an event study which aims to analyze the differences in the company's Z-Score before and after the Covid-19 Vaccine Policy. The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in the z score of the tourism, restaurant and hotel sub-sector companies before and after the Covid-19 vaccine policy.

Abstract

The issues raised in this study are related to the strategy of the Pasar Jaya Regional Company in strengthening food security in DKI Jakarta Province. So far, it seems that the fulfillment of food needs has not been effective in increasing the production capacity and distribution of food which is increasingly limited. This causes food instability between regional needs and fulfillment. The reality faced is that the supply of food production continues to increase from year to year, in line with the increasing population growth in the capital city of the State of Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The use of this method is intended to systematically realize the facts, and the characteristics of objects and subjects from empirical observations that are carried out correctly by taking into account the various problems related to the strategy of the Pasar Jaya Regional Company in strengthening food security in DKI Jakarta Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategy of the Pasar Jaya Regional Company in strengthening food security in DKI Jakarta Province which continues to grow and develop was stated by Jones (1994: 296) that the Pasar Jaya Regional Company has not been effective in strengthening food security with its pillar activities which include; organization, interpretation, and application to provide benefits for regional economic development by increasing the distribution of food and regional original income for the general public.

Abstract

The level of community welfare in Bangkalan Regency shows poor conditions, as evidenced by the HDI ranking in the 2nd lowest position in the province of East Java. This shows the need for improvement. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the level of community welfare in Bangkalan Regency. The study uses the variables Gross Regional Domestic Product, District Minimum Wage, and Open Unemployment Rate. It uses secondary data from time series data for ten years (2012 until 2022) obtained from the BPS Office of East Java Province and the BPS Regency of Bangkalan. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using E-Views 12 software. The study results show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product has a negative and no significant effect on the level of community welfare in Bangkalan Regency. The District Minimum Wage has a positive and considerable influence on the level of community welfare in Bangkalan Regency. The open Unemployment Rate has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of community welfare in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the ability of insurance marketers in insurance companies to develop selling methods on social media using a set of today's technologies. The social media used is Facebook. WhatsApp, LineApps and Youtube. While the devices used for testing are smartphones, mobile phones, laptops and tablet computers. Using the survey method, the results show that marketers access social media using laptops and smartphones. The most popular social media for promoting, marketing and selling insurance products and services is WhatsApp.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and utilization of village fund for village physical facilities and infrastructure in Barebbo, Bone regency, South Sulawesi province. This is a qualitative descriptive study that involves data collection techniques of in-depth interview, documentation, and field observation. When data were collected, the analysis was performed consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results demonstrate how the implementation of village government in Bone regency complies to the applicable policies issued by national government. The implementation mechanism of Village Fund in Bone Regency for physical facilities and infrastructure passes through several steps, namely village development plan, priority setup, implementation of development program, monitoring and evaluation. However, participation of local community is just for a formality, whereas decision making is still dominated by village head and officials. Village Fund is, however, not utilized and distributed transparently and accountably, and involve active participation of the village community when performing priority setup and supervision of development program. The physical facilities and infrastructure are, in general, made up by the village government quite functionally and finally generate positive feedback from local community and, however, are still in a lower level of sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of policies for handling the Covid-19 pandemic in the DKI Jakarta Province, and to analyze the work structure to overcome the inhibiting factors rather than the implementation of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government policies in the context of funding. This study was designed using 4 indicator dimensions, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The method used is qualitative-descriptive which produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and behavior that can be observed from people (subjects), the techniques used to collect data are: observation, interviews, documents, and audio-visual material by testing the validity data through triangulation methods based on sources, methods, and theories. The informants in this study were Deputy Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD H. Misan Samsuri, Heri Kurniawan Head of BPK RI Representative for DKI Jakarta Province, Maria Margaretha Head of DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service, Sigit Wijatmoko Plt. Head of DKI Jakarta Provincial Communication and Information Service, H. Nuri Thahir Community Leader, H. Jamal Hasrin Community Leader, and Syarif Darmawan Jakarta Youth Leader. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic is an effort that requires the cooperation and seriousness of the government to mobilize all available resources at all costs. In addition to improving management, human resources and coordination, it is also important to put aside political factors first. Efforts to adjust the law must be maximized simultaneously with law enforcement efforts.
