Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work behavior, work environment and social interaction on job satisfaction of employees of Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all employees at Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The sample in this study was 36 people, the sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The object of this research is the result data regarding work behavior, work environment, and social interaction. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study was assisted using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket, with a coefficient value of 0.202, the work environment positively and significantly affected employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction significantly. positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. And work behavior, work environment and social interaction together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket. work environment positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket Rantauprapat with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Independent Commissioner (KMI) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Firm Value (PBV) mediated by Return on Assets (ROA). The population of this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 22 banking companies that were selected based on the purposive random sampling method. This study was conducted with a path analysis approach using panel data regression analysis on Eviews 10. The results of this study conclude the following: NPL has a negative and significant effect on ROA, KMI has a positive and significant effect on ROA, CAR has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, NPL has a positive and insignificant effect to PBV, KMI has a positive and significant effect on PBV, CAR has a significant and positive effect on PBV and ROA has a significant positive effect on PBV. The relationship between NPL and PBV mediated by ROA shows that it is fully mediated. Meanwhile, the relationship between KMI and CAR on PBV mediated by ROA shows that there is a partial mediated.

Abstract

The global world has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which demands the speed of production flexibility and increased service to consumers. The age of the industrial revolution 4.0 has transformed various sectors into more practical and complex ones through the use of automated and digitized technology. This research aims to discover digital transformation in improving human resource management that is superior, creative, and innovative in the corporate sector. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with the type of literature review research. The data sources used are secondary data sources by reviewing journal articles and secondary data from books to support this research, all of which are by the research objectives. The results show that digital transformation will result in intense competition and compete with each other in facing the demands of industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, the abilities and skills will result in superior performance and HR achievement

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic still ongoing today is a challenge and a struggle for every area of human life without exception. For example, business life is disrupted because of economic problems. Politically, the tension between one nation and another affects market prices and impacts basic needs and the sustainability of people's lives. Likewise, pastoral service activities have undergone a total change since the pandemic, resulting in some church services not functioning properly. For example, some worship services were shifted from building to house in a face-to-face to virtual style. This study aims to analyze the role of integrated quality management in the existence of pastoral ministry today, using a descriptive qualitative method approach with an Integrated Quality Management (MMT) system. The author collects data through observation, interviews, and literature documentation at the Bethel Church of Indonesia Parakletos Taman Palem Lestari, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. As a result, Integrated Quality Management is very important. It is a central need in customer satisfaction in this day and age, so church leaders must open up and realize that change is a certainty that not only has to be faced but will be better if anticipated by continuously innovating and creating in the grace of God.

Abstract

Currently, there are many raw food products circulating in traditional markets, one of which is salted fish. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed economic life, including salted fish traders at the Lamekongga market, Kolaka Regency. The revival of the salted fish business is considered very important because this source of livelihood experienced a decline in income during the COVID-19 outbreak that entered Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on the economic recovery (Y) of salted fish traders in Lamekongga traditional market. This research is an ex-port facto research which is causal associative. The subjects of this study were 19 sellers of salted fish in the Lamekongga traditional market. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The implication of the research is to describe the recovery economy after the peak of COVID-19. The results of the inferential analysis of the influence of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on economic recovery (Y), obtained information on the value of sig.2-tailed is 0.000 < 0.05, the test results are statistically significant, thus there is an effect of partner support ( X1) and mental attitude (X2) towards economic recovery (Y).

Abstract

Human resource management is a process consisting of planning, organizing, leading and controlling activities related to job analysis, job evaluation, procurement, development, compensation, promotion and termination of employment in order to achieve the stated goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of the Labuhanbatu District Social Service employees. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 31 employees. And the results of the study indicate that leadership style, work motivatio,n and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The pandemic caused by Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) which originated in Wuhan, China has spread rapidly to all countries around the world including Indonesia. Various methods are used to maintain safety and prevent the spread of virus getting faster, one of methods by implementing the work from home for the civil servant administration. Therefore, this research investigates the impact of working from home to the performance of civil servant administration in Indonesia. The employees who have the possibility to work from home, have a high degree of autonomy in scheduling their work and thus considered to have higher intrinsic motivation. Thereby, the research hypothesis between working from home can positively impact on employee performance of the civil servant administration at Banten Province. This study uses quantitative methods, the data in this study used by an online questionnaire of 72 civil servant administration in Banten Province. The analysis tool using structural equation modeling (SEM) PLS. Research variable divided become three variables, the work from home as predictor for the performance of civil servant administration, while the Covid-19 pandemic as the moderator variable. The empirical results shows that working from home has a significant positive effect on performance of civil servant administration. Meanwhile, Covid-19 Pandemic as a moderating variable will be weakens the relationship between work form home (WFH) on the performance of civil servant administration.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence and interpersonal communication on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. This type of research is a quantitative research, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample selection technique used simple random sampling. The population of this research is the PKB representative of the Maluku Province BKKBN, totaling 100 employees with a total sample of 50 employees. The results of the study stated that competence and interpersonal communication partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. The variable of competence and interpersonal communication explains the variable of employee performance by 78.2%, this means that competence and interpersonal communication are two factors that must be considered

Abstract

It is still rare for research to include the concept of halal tourism in measuring the destination image and using the halal destination image as a function of the revisit intention. By looking at the importance of measuring revisit intention as part of tourism marketing, this study aims to analyze: (1) the direct effect of e-WOM on the halal destination image; (2) the direct effect of e-WOM on revisit intention; (3) the direct effect of the halal destination image on the revisit intention; and (4) the indirect effect of e-WOM on the revisit intention, through the halal destination image. The study was conducted on 100 tourists who has visited and seen social media of tourist destinations in Sumenep Regency. Data analysis was performed with Path Analysis. From the analysis, the results obtained that e-WOM has a direct effect on the halal destination image. The halal destination image has a direct effect on the revisit intention at tourist destinations in Sumenep Regency, and the halal destination image mediates the indirect effect of e-WOM on the revisit intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure and management quality on firm value and the effect of capital expenditure as a moderating variable on the effect of capital structure and management quality on firm value. The population in this study is the Primary Consumer Goods Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020, of which there are 92 companies. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, so the research sample is 59 companies. The analysis stages of this study include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and determination, hypothesis testing, and moderating regression analysis. The results of the study show that capital structure and management quality have a positive effect on firm value, and capital expenditure has a moderating effect that weakens the effect of capital structure on firm value, while capital expenditure has a moderating effect that strengthens the influence of management quality on firm value.
