Abstract

One of the main competencies of a medical recorder is coding diagnoses. Accuracy in coding a disease and action is very important because it is related to the financing of health services. In the implementation of JKN, the accuracy of the code given greatly influences the rates received by the hospital for the health services that have been provided. This study aims to provide an overview or description of the obstacles to officers' activities coding in coding related abbreviations of medical terms. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative methods, and a case study design. This research was carried out at the Baubau City Hospital, to be precise at the medical record unit at the Baubau City Hospital. The research was conducted in December 2020 - January 2021. The subjects or informants in this study were two officers coding in the medical record work unit of the Baubau Regional General Hospital. The object of this study is a medical record file containing abbreviations of medical terms. namely as many as 25 medical record files that only have medical term abbreviations in them.The research results show that there is Many abbreviations for medical terms are used in the Baubau City Hospital, but there is no guideline for the use of medical terms and abbreviations, and there is no Standard Operating Procedure that regulates the use of medical abbreviations. The obstacles in the activities of coding officers are related to abbreviations for medical terms, namely, the lack of officers coding, the writing of the diagnosis is unclear, the use of language is not uniform, the same abbreviation, and there is no abbreviation guide for medical terms.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the tourism sector, especially the Ubud Tourism Area. The COVID-19 pandemic has been declared a non-natural national disaster. Ubud tourism actors carried out various strategies to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, and began to adapt to the new normal. This study analyzes the resilience strategy of tourism actors in dealing with the COVID-19 crisis in the Ubud Tourism Area. This study aims to examine the resilience strategies of Ubud tourism actors in dealing with difficult situations and the implications that arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the Ubud tourism area with data collection locations in Ubud Central and Sayan Tourism Village. The relevant research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study research strategy. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study concludes that the implementation of wellness tourism in Ubud greatly supports Ubud tourism, which had experienced a downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The implications that arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Ubud tourism area are changes in people's consumption patterns, the increasing development of wellness tourism, and the development of local businesses to support wellness tourism in Ubud.

Abstract

Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) plays an important role for companies to be able to plan IT Service Management, especially in the implementation of Incident Management and Service Level Management (SLM). This study will discuss the evaluation of the maturity of the service operation domain in the management of information technology services belonging to PT.XYZ. The goal of this study is to measure and determine the maturity level of PT. XYZ related to incident management service in order to find out recommendations for the improvement of IT service management operations. The following procedures were to analyze the interpretation of the existing and the company condition, and provide recommendation lists of the corrective actions to overcome weaknesses and to create improvements in IT Service. Then the recommendations are formulated and refer to several processes that are not yet optimal. It is necessary to evaluate the measurement and recording of existing performance and services so that it can describe the performance that needs to be improved, reduced or eliminated if it is felt to be an obstacle to the progress of the PT. XYZ services related to the incident management.

Abstract

Problems/Background (GAP): The author focuses on problems where there is still a high level of complaints that have not received a good response, and it is seen that not many people use the application or the application is not widely known. This shows that the e-connection application has not been effective. In order to realize a good complaint facility in meeting the needs of the community in obtaining quality public services. So, the e-connection application must be improved and further improved. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of using the E-Sambat application in improving the quality of public complaint services, supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of the E-Sambat application. Methods: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach and an analysis of effectiveness theory according to Gibson (2011: 32) and measures service quality using the theory of Zeithmlin et al. quoted from (Hiplunudin, 2017: 112). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Results/Findings: The main obstacle faced by the E-Sambat application is the low number of users which shows that this application has not been widely used by the people of Pasuruan City. Conclusion: The results of the study show that the e-Sambat application is very effective in improving the quality of public complaint services in Pasuruan City. The quality of the e-Sambat complaint service by the Municipal Government of Pasuruan is of sufficient quality. The e-Sambat public service by the Pasuruan City Government really has a positive long-term program and impact based on the results of the input of complaint reports that have been submitted by the people of Pasuruan City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine filling and development as well as factors causing a decline in interest in joining functional positions within the scope of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government in supporting the successful implementation of bureaucratic reform. This study is a type of qualitative and quantitative descriptive research on 24 employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency and functional officials of the Provincial Government and 60 employees of BKPSDM and functional officials of the City/Regency Government in Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study show that: 1) The level of achievement according to the criteria for job analysis (task description instrument and job requirements) for Pemprov employees has been carried out with procedures compared to the Municipal Government and the Regency Government. This analysis is important because it forms the basis and reference for the formation of each position; 2). Workload analysis (comparing weight/workload with time norms and work volume). The Provincial Government is still very high compared to the Municipal Government and the Regency Government; 3) The first appointment to the Provincial Government branch has been carried out in accordance with the procedure, both in assessing the determination of credit scores, final rank/class decisions, STTPLP/functional training and education certificates, as well as DP3, etc., compared to the City Government and Regency Government; 4). The appointment of transfers from other positions of the Provincial Government has been carried out in a better procedure compared to the City Government and the Regency Government; 5) Appointments through inpassing/adjustments to functional positions have been carried out with procedures for both the Provincial Government and the City and Regency Governments. Adjustments need a competency test if not then the process will not be adjusted/inpassing; 6). Evaluation of work performance in the provincial government employees is carried out in accordance with the provisions compared to the City Government and Regency Government; 7) Competence improvement has been carried out in a balanced manner by both the Provincial Government and the City Government and Regency Government because it is realized that it is an important need for organizations to increase knowledge, skills and attitudes as well as increase job satisfaction and performance , as well as mobilizing employees; 8). The decline in employee interest in following jf is caused by factors of not having power, narrow duties and authority; educational qualifications have not been met; lack of socialization; the absence of clear incentive standards; and the process of increasing the class is quite long.

Abstract

Inheritance is the transfer of property from the heir to the heir after the heir dies and the transfer process is valid according to applicable law. This type of library research (library research) in which researchers collect data from the literature. The research object that the author focuses on is how the application of the distribution of inheritance law in the land of Java, in relation to positive law and Islamic law in Indonesia. In reality, the division of inheritance in the land of Java prioritizes deliberation rather than directly applying the applicable law. The approach method used by the author is a qualitative method to view data from a quality perspective. The source of this research is divided into 2, namely primary and secondary. The primary sources in this study are law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Civil Code as material for analysis, while secondary sources are writings such as journals, books or others related to the research theme.

Abstract

ASN neutrality violations are an issue that frequently occur and constantly needed to be discussed as it repeatedly happens especially prior to the democratic elections. The handling of this issue is regularly centred on monitoring and taking measures against violators. Despite the fact that ASNs who violate the neutrality do not necessarily constitute ‘perpetrators’, they may also be ‘victims’ who are obligated to follow their leaders’ instructions. The purpose of this research is to describe the ASN neutrality problems in Southeast Sulawesi. The research aims to discover various policies of the Regional Government of Southeast Sulawesi Province and identify the obstacles in implementing those policies. This research was conducted through direct interviews with the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi and literature studies including books, journals, and articles, as well as other data that support this research. This study found that violations of ASN neutrality were quite widespread in Southeast Sulawesi when compared to other regions. Consequently, ASNs must be empowered in order to gain adequate competence and a clear bargaining position. Through an analysis using the empowerment theory, looking at the spreading awareness, promoting capacity building and empowerment efforts, it is known that the Provincial and Regency/City Governments have made tremendous efforts to empower ASNs. However, various obstacles hinder the implementation on the ground, such as limited budgets, unnecessary programs or activities, and inconsistent implementation of the regulations.

Abstract

Management of Hajj funds for investment is a necessity that must be done to subsidize the shortage of costs for organizing the Hajj. This type of research is field research (field research) where researchers collect data directly from the field, the community, Bank MuamalatPurwokerto which is the object of research that studies intensively the background conditions that occur in accordance with the research theme. Furthermore, the place used for research was Bank Muamalat Purwokerto Branch and this research was conducted from December 20 2021 to November 20 2022. The approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach to measure data in terms of quality. The primary sources in this study were interviews with 10 customers who registered for the pilgrimage at Bank MuamalatPurwokerto and interviews with the leadership of Bank MuamalatPurwokerto, Mr. Bambang Haryonugraha. The secondary sources used by researchers were journals, books or others related to the research theme. The investment made by BPKH is a must because the contract used between the three parties is in accordance with the Shari'a and the resulting benefits can be felt by all parties, especially the prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

Tujuan Studi ini adalah guna menganalisis trajektori kebijakan otonomi daerah di Indonesia. Ada dua hal penting dalam mendiskusikan otonomi daerah di Indonesia. Pertama, pilihan pelaksanaannya antara desentralisasi atau sentralisasi sebagai pola yang mendasar dalam kebijakan otonomi daerah. Kedua, otonomi daerah malah mendirikan rezim oligarki, primordialisme, maupun politik klientelisme. Penerapan otonomi daerah sudah menjadi permasalahan baru bagi Indonesia yang mengadopsi sistem negara kesatuan. Otonomi daerah setelah era Orde Baru bertujuan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan dan demokrasi lokal justru dibajak oleh kepentingan kaum elite. Dengan kata lain, otonomi daerah lebih berpihak kepada elite daripada berpihak pada masyarakat.

Abstract

Communication is a process by which a person or group, organization, and society create, and use information to connect with the environment and people other. Management is often also defined as the art of carrying out a jobthrough other people. Therefore communication management is a combination of communication concepts and management applied in various communication activities with the aim tomake the implementation of the communication run effectively, so that the message or the expected result from the withdrawal of the information was as expected. Communication Management consists of two words, namely Management and communication. In the process of implementing managementnwork through its functions, namely planning, organizing, controlling and lead various efforts in achieving goals. Communication management was born because of the demand to bridge between communication theorists and communication practitioners. The role of communication in education management is communication as a source of educational information, communication as controller and coordination, communication as planning and achieving goals, and communication as an effort to increase motivation.
