Abstract

The judge is the enforcer of the law in deciding all matters faced by the state. The position of a judge isa very important position for any country to grow, if law enforcement by a judge can proceed in accordance with the law and render justice to the people then the state will receive its share. The judge in carrying out his position as law enforcement is not only fixed to legislation legislation by the government, but there is an obligation for the judge to look into the legal values of the living community so that the decisions that society will receive are in accord with a sense of justice. In view of the importance of the role of the judge as well as the great effect of the office of judge, a judge must keep his freedom of judgment in judgment, for when an intervening judge then affects the ruling he renders would in no way be proper and illegal so that the determined justice would never be realized. Abstract

Di Indonesia, bisnis kuliner Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah semakin maju. Namun, para pelaku usaha masih banyak mengalami kendala, diantaranya adalah dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara langsung dengan usaha bubur ayam Pak Maman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jumlah biaya produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Bubur Ayam Pak Maman dalam jangka waktu satu bulan adalah Rp10.200.000,00, dengan HPP per porsi sebesar Rp. 4.533,3. Harga jual produk per porsinya adalah Rp. 10.000, menghasilkan margin keuntungan 120,6%. Metode Variable Costing membantu Usaha Pak Maman dalam menetapkan harga jual yang kompetitif dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter dan keagamaan sangat penting dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi yang cepat dan perubahan masyarakat yang kompleks. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menyebabkan degradasi sikap dan perilaku masyarakat. Pendidikan ini mencakup pengembangan spiritualitas, pengendalian emosi, peningkatan kecerdasan, dan pembentukan akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai ini dalam konteks novel dan relevansinya dalam kehidupan masyarakat untuk membangun harmoni dan keadilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai-nilai Ahluss Sunnah wal Jamaah tercermin dalam novel Hati Suhita melalui tokoh-tokoh dalam novel yang menunjukkan keteladanan religius, kesetiaan dalam menjalankan amanah, serta pentingnya ukhuwah Islamiyah dan nilai-nilai sosial dalam menjaga hubungan antarpribadi dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit menular di SMP Muhammadiyah Sampang. Rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kebersihan diri di kalangan remaja dapat meningkatkan risiko terkena penyakit menular. Oleh karena itu, edukasi menjadi langkah awal yang penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa mengenai pentingnya PHBS, khususnya mencuci tangan dengan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung cuci tangan yang diikuti oleh 107 siswa. Edukasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Juni 2024 di aula sekolah dengan bantuan guru dan melibatkan dosen serta mahasiswa keperawatan sebagai fasilitator. Kegiatan diawali dengan pre-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal siswa, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi dan praktik cuci tangan, serta diakhiri dengan post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program edukasi berjalan lancar dengan partisipasi aktif dari para siswa, terbukti dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam rata-rata nilai post-test dibandingkan pre-test, yang mengindikasikan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang PHBS. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu edukasi PHBS efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya kebersihan diri, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu mencegah penyebaran penyakit menular di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Learning outside the study program and campus is a learning option for students to improve the quality of graduates who can adapt to the industrial world at the national and international levels. This study aims to analyze the level of awareness and participation of students in the MBKM policy and its impact. The type of research used is a survey with descriptive analysis techniques. The subjects of this research were 11579 university students. The instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of two parts, namely the identity of the respondent and questions about the MBKM policy. The results of this study indicate that the level of student awareness of the MBKM policy is quite high, including the level of student participation. Meanwhile, the response to the impact of the MBKM policy on students was said to be high. This is based on the benefits of the MBKM program such as learning experience, recognition of 20 credits, and improvement of soft skills. Therefore, this MBKM policy has implications for increasing student participation in participating in learning activities outside the study program and campus to support Kemdikbudristek's Main Performance Indicator (IKU) 2. Thus, the findings of this study have several implications. First, the MBKM program will continue to be attended by students with great enthusiasm due to the high student awareness of the MBKM policy. Second, the quality of learning outside the campus will increase because student interest in participating in the MBKM program is quite large. Third, the sustainability of the MBKM program organized by the study program will run well. This is based on the benefits of the MBKM program which is able to provide many skills, cultural knowledge, and adaptability including leadership abilities.

Abstract

Students' critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving skills are important elements in learning mathematics; however, facts in the field still provide notes on the average learning outcomes in the material of sample spaces, and simple event probabilities are still low. This study aims to develop a mobile-based mathematics learning application to improve students' critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving skills. This study uses the ADDIE development design (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) and quasi-experimental methods with a pre-test-post-test design in the experimental and control groups. The study subjects were 11th-grade public and private high school students, with a total of 145 students participating. The instruments include critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving tests based on established indicators. Quantitative analysis uses a paired t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the average score of students in the experimental group with critical thinking skills (experiment 88.77, control 72.65) and mathematical problem solving (experiment 86.55, control 76.54) after using the application. The development of mobile learning applications on the material of sample spaces and simple events can effectively improve the critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving skills of high school students. Abstract

Technological developments have driven changes in the implementation of activities in various sectors, including government. Cirebon Regency also utilizes technological advances by implementing a mobile-based Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) system to reduce the number of traffic violations and accidents. The implementation of ETLE in Cirebon Regency is still not optimal, because public awareness to comply with traffic rules is still low, especially when there is no physical presence of officers on the road. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to measure the effectiveness of ETLE, obstacles in implementation, and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The results showed that the implementation of the ETLE system in Cirebon Regency has not fully run optimally. Some of the obstacles faced are the culture of people who are not orderly in traffic, limited equipment, and issues with the distribution and validation of violator data. The Cirebon Police Traffic Unit's efforts are needed to overcome these obstacles, such as conducting more evenly distributed socialization, procuring more adequate equipment, and developing face recognition technology to identify violators.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding and representation in mathematics are both important mathematical abilities to develop. Conceptual understanding and representation abilities are needed by students to solve mathematical problems. The aim of this research was to describe the representation of mathematics of RME based on student's personality type, the conceptual understanding in RME based on student's personality type. In this research, 8 PGSD students from artisan, idealist, guardian, and rational personality types were selected as subjects. The methods used in this research were tests, interviews, and documentation of personality type questionnaires of the students according to (Keirsey, 1984)). The tests and interviews were analyzed to describe the conceptual understanding and representation abilities of the students. The results of this research were that the students with the rational personality type were very good at identifying and making examples, traits and conditions. Students with the idealist personality type were very good at identifying verbally and in written form. All four personality types’ conceptual understanding when identifying and distinguishing concepts was still poor. Meanwhile, for the mathematical representation aspect, all four personality types were very good at visual mathematical representation in the form of figures and tables.

Abstract

This study explores students’ perspectives on the mathematics learning process in the classroom, highlighting the importance of effective teaching methods. The purpose of this study is to understand students’ preferences and needs regarding the teaching styles of mathematics teachers that can improve their interest and understanding. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with high school students. Thematic analysis identified three main themes constructed from interview transcripts. The results showed that students desired a more student-centred mathematics learning process with a focus on practical experience and personal support. This study concluded that students desired a more intense and actual integration of the mathematics learning process with technology. Constructive feedback from teachers to students is essential for identifying errors and correcting students’ work. A teacher’s enjoyable learning style will leave a positive impression of mathematics for them in the future.

Abstract

Assesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) merupakan program pemerintah yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbutristek) sebagai pengganti ujian nasional. Program ANBK bertujuan untuk pemetaan mutu sistem pendidikan di suatu institusi sekolah. Hasil ANBK akan menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan sekolah-sekolah. Peserta dalam ujian ANBK di SDN Cihanjaro merupakan siswa kelas 5, namun banyak dari mereka yang masih kesulitan dengan ANBK, termasuk dalam pengoperasian komputer dan kemampuan membaca dan berhitung Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari proposal ini adalah untuk membantu SDN Cihanjaro agar lebih siap dan mahir dalam pelaksanaan ANBK, dengan cara membangun situs untuk SDN Cihanjaro. Website ini dirancang sebagai platform pendidikan interaktif yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi ujian ANBK dengan berbagai fitur untuk memfasilitasi proses belajar siswa dengan tampilan yang menarik dan mudah diakses oleh siswa.
