Abstract

Rukun Warga is a community institution that was formed through deliberation of neighborhood association administrators in order to provide government services to the community that are recognized by the local government. However, along with the rapid development of information, the services provided by RW administrators. 013 Cipinang Melayu is still not optimal because it still uses a manual system. There is no information system to find out any information available in the RW area. 013 Cipinang Melayu is one of the obstacles in the field. Therefore, it is hoped that this web-based information system can reduce the risks faced by manual systems so that the services provided can be more effective and efficient. The results of this community service activity are in the form of a website-based community information system. By determining an attractive user interface/appearance of a website and the UX designer is tasked with determining how the website operates so as to produce an information system with a user interface that is effective for use. With this information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for RW administrators and the public to collect data or obtain information.

Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 make technology is improvement, because of that make so many things activities all fields become very simple, especially in companies engaged in the IT sector. Seeing these conditions need to upgrade the capabilities of new and old personnel, specifically for the sales force. By seeing this the team became very interested making an activity that could improve the quality and performance of the personnel by providing evaluation and training, which is expected in the future to be able to help in carrying out their duties. This community service aims to be able to provide good utilization for the company in the future. The team will use Quizizz an e-learning media delivery because attractive and interactive and for the research method used the Quasi Experimental Design. For the evaluating of a product and for the medium purposive sampling we are using documentation, observasion, pretest and posttest, for data used in making these questions category volume, profitability, product and other relevant measures. The final results from material carried out by the team the results quite 85% - 95% in very good category. The conclusion from this study is that e-learning using Quizizz is very effective in improving the ability, which previously got enough marks very good at the assessment and Quizizz can be used as a data bank, which can be used continuously as a media e-learning for other staff at PT. Alfa Cipta Technology Virtual (ACTiV).

Abstract

Saung Baswet's batik group business is categorized as a small and medium-sized enterprise. It is, therefore, very vulnerable to business continuity because it has several areas for improvement: weak capital, weak marketing, weak management skills, and weak innovation. Its produces and sells both written and printed batik. The objectives and benefits of this service activity are to create product design innovations with new patterns, namely Nagasari Flowers. They were creating direct marketing and expanding Saung Batik's marketing area at a lower cost, bringing Saung Batik closer to its customers by promoting products to be sold and creating two-way communication through the web and e-mail. Facilitate stock management and make displaying the latest products from Saung Batik easier. The results of service activities are that problems of its partners in field of batik innovation have been resolved. Design of this batik group has increased and is expected to characterize group's style. Marketing Batik products of the group becomes effective and efficient because the market reach is not limited. The solution offered is to provide Android-based online marketing and sales facilities. The batik marketing and sales application is named "E-Saung Baswet," which can reach the entire archipelago and global market as a new market share with one tool, namely a smartphone. The application is registered in Playstore, so all internet users can access it. Increased partner empowerment was achieved 100% through training on Android-based marketing and sales computer application programs and training on innovative batik designs.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Indonesia's increasing economic growth cannot be separated from the role of MSMEs. In particular, the contribution of MSMEs to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Of course, e-commerce can also be an access for MSMEs to enter international markets. As technology develops, it becomes easier to do this, so this opens up opportunities for MSMEs to be able to optimize company operations and e-commerce. To make this happen, of course, cooperation from various parties is needed, from the government, e-commerce practitioners, academics, economic actors, and of course community support. It is hoped that e-commerce will be able to encourage the progress of MSMEs in Indonesia and especially in Kriyan Village in order to increase Indonesia's economic growth. The community service method is carried out through socialization, lectures and discussions, mentoring/practice and evaluation so that targets and goals are achieved according to targets. The result of this service activity is that the MSMEs are very enthusiastic about participating in online marketing training. Kriyan Village MSMEs have used social media as a marketing medium with a composition of 90% Instagram, 25% Tiktok and 50% Facebook, or it could be said that 85% of the skills of Kriyan Village MSMEs have increased so that they are able to operate digital marketing in promotional media. MSMEs not only know this, but they can also identify social media models that can be used as marketing material.

Abstract

Students' interest in learning English is still low, which means students' English language skills are also low. This is because during the learning process in the classroom, teachers do not use learning media such as educational tools. Educational tools are very important if applied in learning. This is because educational tools can increase students' learning motivation so that learning is more meaningful, innovative and creative. Therefore, the service team carries out service activities regarding the use of educational tools in classroom learning. This service activity aims to increase students' interest in learning and also students' English language skills. This service activity was carried out at MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan. Participants in this activity were class V students consisting of 30 students. This activity will be carried out on September 6 2023. This activity will be carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is to give a pretest to students before carrying out implementation activities using picture card educational tools (flash cards). The second stage is implementing the use of flash cards in English lessons. The third stage is giving a posttest to students after carrying out implementation activities using picture card educational tools (flash cards). The results of this activity were that the student response was very good and students were more interested in learning using the flash card educational tool and there was an increase in student ability obtained from the N-Gain score which was in the medium category. So it can be concluded that the flash card educational tool can improve students' English language skills.

Abstract

The Badan Pengelola Perkuburan Islam (BPPI) is an organization that manages cemeteries and provides burial service facilities to the community. BPPI in managing cemetery data experiences problems in data management and cemetery information service facilities are not updated and are slow. The facts found by the PKM team when visiting BPPI were the lack of data management knowledge and skills in using information technology to manage data and service facilities for the community. These findings prove that BPPI has not implemented information technology in managing cemetery data. Based on these findings, the implementing team has prepared a series of activities using structured training and mentoring methods through Community Based Empowerment (PBM) activities. PBM activities are expected to optimize the application of resource information technology and data management training with information technology as an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of BPPI administrators in managing cemetery data. By implementing hybrid-based resource information technology, administrators are helped in managing cemetery data management and the public can use hybrid-based applications to search and find information on cemetery locations online so that cemetery information services are provided more quickly and accurately. The results that have been achieved from PBM activities are an increase in knowledge by 81.93% and an increase in skills for BPPI administrators by 74.37%.
