Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of existing business strategies and develop new business strategies into a business model canvas. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interview. The collected data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and the results were elaborated into nine elements of the Business Model Canvas. The results showed that the business strategy obtained from the Business Model Canvas mapping is good enough because each element supports each other to increase revenue. The practical implication is that several strategies must be improvised to increase revenue, including by developing key resources, increasing the cost structure for advertising, and persuading customers to become resellers as key partnerships, customer relationships, and channels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di BMT NU Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sehingga dihasilkan data yang menggambarkan secara rinci. peneliti akan mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian deskriptif tentang model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di kantor BMT NU Jombang. Peneliti mendiskripsikan model kepemimpinan digital yang digunakan di kantor BMT NU Jombang serta membentuk budaya organisasi dalam kantor. Mengorganisasikan digital dalam bentuk budaya organisasi dikembangkan dan di terapkan dalam aktivitas orgnisasi, teknologi digital juga menjadi peranan penting sehingga mempengaruhi pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku anggota organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan peraturan, serta mengendalikan dan mengintegrasikan tren teknologi dengan menggunakan transformasi digital yang menggunakan teknologi komputer dan software dalam pengelolaan data.

Abstract

The high demand for quality drinking water in Indonesia, at least Indonesia needs 570.40 million liters every day. PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk is a drinking water producer with the first producer in Indonesia to receive a food safety management ISO 22000: 2005 certificate and has a Top Brand Index 2021 achievement of 39.7% with the first rank in the Oxygenated Bottled Drinking Water category. Management performance appraisal is important not only for internal, but also for the government, investors and the general public. This assessment can be used as a tool used to assess the level of efficiency and effectiveness of management in implementing strategies and preventing company losses. This study aims to determine the management performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk for the 2018-2020 period using the Balanced Scorecard method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The object of this research is the Financial Statements of PT Sariguna Primatrita Tbk for 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that the performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk in 2018 to 2019 is categorized as good by getting a total score of 16. However, in 2019 to 2020 there was a decline in performance due to non-optimal use of all assets to generate company profits but still got a total score of 10.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the proportion of debt, EPS, and oversubscription on the underpricing phenomenon in IPO’ s on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. To test the hypothesis, this study uses secondary data obtained by means of observational studies, literature studies and internet research, and processed using eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of debt has no significant effect on underpricing . Earning per share was found to have a significant positive effect on underpricing . Oversubscription was also found to have a significant positive effect on underpricing .

Abstract

By using a quantitative study, this research aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability on Firm Value. This research used food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period as a population and all companies listed in same sector with an observation period of four years as a sample because the sample technique used is a saturated sample, so that all 30 companies are obtained for the 2016-2019 period as a sample data. This research is tested through E-Views 11 using Panel Data Regression Analysis Method with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study are there is no significant effect between Liquidity and Firm Value, there is a significant positive effect between Leverage and Firm Value, there is a significant positive effect between Profitability and Firm Value.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative study that aims to find out how effective Gojek's online advertising is for students living in Jakarta using the EPIC Model method. The sample in this study used 100 active students residing in Jakarta as respondents. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. In this study, measurements will be carried out on the 4 dimensions of EPIC by looking for the average score of each dimension, the results of the study show the empathy dimension makes advertising able to attract customers' attention, the dimension of persuasion that advertising can affect customers, the impact dimension makes the advertisement give a deep impression to the customer, and the communication dimension can be stated that Gojek advertising can be well remembered and understood. From the results of the EPIC Rate of the four dimensions, the average EPIC score indicates the effective category.

Abstract

Perusahaan menyusun strategi bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yaitu pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan salah satunya melalui pengembangan produk. Strategi bisnis yang berhasil itu harus relevan dengan lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal Perusahaan. Sedangkan perencanaan pengembangan produk harus dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Penelitian studi kasus di PT TMG bertujuan menyusun rancangan alternatif strategi bisnis pengembangan produk kemasan karton bergelombang mikro flute menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan teknik analytical network process (ANP). Sedangkan pengembangan konsep produk kemasan karton bergelombang mikro flute menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan prioritas alternatif rancangan strategi bisnis dan rencana disain atau kebutuhan teknis pengembangan produk kemasan mikro flute.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between consumer confidence, business confidence, consumer price index, and composite stock price index in Indonesia because the indicator describes a country's economic cycle as a result of sentiment that occurs. Quantitative descriptive research using multivariate methods of cointegration and granger causality within the VECM statistical framework. The period of the study is from 2015 – 2020. VECM estimation shows that in the long term there is a positive relationship pattern between CCI and itself. Then PMI shows a pattern of positive relationships, while CPI and JCI show negative relationships. Only PMI variables have a significant effect on the CCI in the long run. Then in the short term, PMI has a positive relationship pattern and has a significant influence on CCI and JCI in lags 1 and 2, and has a significant influence on CPI in lag 2. JCI has a positive and significant relationship pattern to CCI and CPI in lag 2. This research still does not discuss the dynamic behavior of the VECM model through the response of each variable to the shock of other variables and forecasting how the response of a variable in the future if a shock occurs in other variables. Governments and central banks must be able to reduce market panic and build a level of public trust. It can be said that optimism from the point of view of the business world and consumers needs to be maintained by stakeholders, especially governments and central banks.

Abstract

Networking and modulary sesion dengan kemajuan teknologi telah menghasilkan perubahan signifikan dalam cara pengelolahan sistem pemasaran dan administrasi dalam memberikan layanan mereka sehingga straregi pemasaran dengan memafaatkan media sosial dan situs web, meskipun adanya strategi online, direct selling atau pengelolahan ofline perusahaan dalam memberikan layanan marketing tidak dapat dihilangkan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi marketing PT. X menganalisis penyebab turunnya pemasaran PT. X ditinjau menggunakan fishbone. Hasil analisis diagram fishbone menunjukan bahwa faktor man power kurangnya pelatihan karyawan, method tidak adanya SOP penjulan, kurangnya kreatifitas karyawan dalam penggunaan metode pemasaran, manchine kurangnya dukungan sarana pembuatan iklan pemasaran dan pengelolahan administrasi serta tidak adanya sistem pendukung administrasi yang menjadi penyebab permasalahan penurunan jumlah pemasaran dan pemasaran tidak terkontrol secara sistematis.

Abstract

Kopertais Wilayah IV Surabaya adalah sebuah Lembaga negara di bawah kementrian Agama yang tugas dan fungsinya secara administratif melayani Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta di JawaTimur, salah satunya pelayanan jabatan fungsional dosen, pelayanan jabatan fingsional ini dilakukan secara daring dan menggunakan sistem informasi ketenagaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan di Kopertais Wilayah IV kepada dosen PTKIS dan sebagai sarana untuk merekomendasikan tindakan yang mungkin dilakukan kepada manajemen dan bagian ketenagaan dalam upaya perbaikan pelayanan kedepanya. Mengintegrasikan metode  Servqual, Kano Model dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mengukur kualitas atribut-atribut pelayanan Sistem Ketenagaan kopertais IV. Penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang rendah terhadap kualitas layanan Kopertais IV saat ini, dan selanjutnya diidentifikasi atribut-atribut yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan. Sebagai Hasil akhir, House of Quality Berhasil dibangun untuk mengusulkan prioritas perbaikan yang sistematis dan terukur yang harus dilakukan Kopertais Wialayah IV untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna Sistem Kenetenagaan yang berkualitas.   ABSTRACT Kopertais Wilayah IV Surabaya is a state institution under the Ministry of Religion whose duties and functions are administratively to serve Private Islamic Religious Universities in East Java, one of which is the service for functional positions of lecturers. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service at Kopertais Wilayah IV Surabaya to PTKIS’s lecturers and as a means to recommend possible actions to management and the workforce in an effort to improve services in the future. The approach involves integrating the Servqual, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods to measure the quality of service attributes of the Ketenagaan Kopertais IV. This research shows a low level of user satisfaction with the current quality of Kopertais IV services, and further identifies the attributes needed for improvement.
