Abstract

Latar Belakang. Pre eklampsia adalah timbulnya hipertensi disertai proteinuria dan oedem akibat kehamilan setelah usia kehamilan 20 mg atau segera setelah persalinan. Kejadian yang sering dihubungkan dengan pre eklampsia diantaranya adalah paritas, umur ibu, usia kehamilan ibu, riwayat penyakit ibu.Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan karaketirtik ibu hamil dengan pre eklampsia di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Nambangan Selogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan retrospective study. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel yang diambil yaitu seluruh kejadian ibu hamil dengan pre eklampsia di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Nambangan Selogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri sebanyak 31 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah checklist dan merubah dari data kuantitatif menjadi prosentase. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang digunakan adalah uji validitas konstrak dengan menyusun instrumen berdasar teori ahli. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah data univariat yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan variabel penelitian guna memperoleh gambaran, dengan hasil penelitian ditampilkan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi pre eklampsia terbanyak yaitu pre eklampsia berat 23 responden (74,19 %), gravida terbanyak yang mengalami pre eklampsia adalah multigravida 18 responden (58,05 %), umur ibu terbanyak yang mengalami pre eklampsia pada usia 20-35 th 21 responden (67,74 %), usia kehamilan ibu terbanyak yang mengalami pre eklampsia yaitu >20 mg 31 responden (100 %), dan faktor predisposisi terbanyak pre eklampsia adalah riwayat penyakit hipertensi 11 responden (73,33 %). Karakteristik ibu hamil tersebut berpengaruh sebesar 0.0001 terhadap kejadian pre eklampsia. Berdasar hasil penelitian masih banyak kejadian pre eklampsia di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Nambangan Selogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri dengan beberapa faktor predisposisi, diharapkan kedepannya Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Nambangan Selogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri selaku Rumah Sakit rujukan RB dan BPM wilayah Selogiri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penanganan kasus pre eklampsia utamanya adalah pre eklampsia berat, sehingga tidak ada kasus pre eklampsia berat yang meningkat menjadi eklampsia dan atau bahkan mengakibatkan kematian. Kata kunci: karakteristik, pre eklampsiaKepustakaan: 35 (2005 - 2010)

Abstract

Background : Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a shrub plant that is very easily found in Indonesia. The many benefits of Moringa leaves for health make Moringa leaves called magic leaves. The content of antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C and selenium in moringa leaves can help reduce blood sugar levels in the body.Objective : Obtained real experience and effectiveness of tomato juice diet to reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension to overcome the problem of high blood pressure.Method : This research is a observational study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were patients with type II diabetes mellitus in Sukoharjo Village with a total sample of 7 people selected by purposive sampling. Results : The results showed there was an effect of giving Moringa leaf decoction to decrease blood sugar levels of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights and increase knowledge about the use of herbal medicines in tackling Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

Antenatal screening is an important part of antenatal care shaping the way services are delivered. In accordance with the role of a midwife as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 28 / MENKES / PER / X / 2017 concerning the license and implementation of midwife practice which includes maternal health services, child health services and women's reproductive health services and family planning. Antenatal care aims to prevent complications and ensure that complications in childbirth can be detected early and treated properly. Antenatal examinations are an important part of antenatal care shaping the way services are delivered. Routine initial visits at least nine examinations which include: weighing, measuring blood pressure, nutritional status (measure upper arm circumference), measuring fundal height, determining fetal presentation and Fetal Heart Rate (FHR), giving complete tetanus toxoid immunization, giving iron tablets of at least 90 tablets, tests for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and talks in preparation for referrals (Sullivan. A, Kean. L and Cryer. A, 2009). According to the data obtained, the ANC visit at BPM Permata Bunda is classified as higher than at the surrounding BPM. At BPM Permata Bunda in 1 year in 2018 there were 754 visits by pregnant women. This is because the services provided by midwives are very satisfying and the check rates are very affordable. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that affect the utilization of ANC services at BPM Permata Bunda, Waru Slogohimo Village in 2018. The sample in this study were all pregnant women who examined at BPM Permata Bunda in Waru Village, Slogohimo as many as 62 people and the sample was taken by way of accidental sampling. The research design used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. This study uses a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of the respondents were: 66.1% of respondents were 20-35 years old, 14.5% of respondents were <20 years old and 19.4% of respondents were> 35 years old. The factors that influence the utilization of ANC services are knowledgeable (53.2%), have graduated from junior high school (38.7%), the decision makers are done by themselves (51.6%). Based on the distance traveled, respondents said that the distance was close (53.2%). Based on economic status, respondents have low income (56.4%). Then based on the actions taken by the midwife, respondents said that the actions taken by the midwife were good or according to standards (96.8%).

Abstract

Latar Belakang : ASI merupakan jenis makanan yang mencukupi kebutuhan bayi baik fisik, psikologi, sosial, maupun spiritual. Pemberian ASI eksklusif selain dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan juga dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan sikap ibu menyusui tersebut yaitu pendidikan yang tinggi cenderung memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan sikap yang positif sehingga cenderung akan memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya. Bila seorang Ibu hamil mempunyai pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif maka Ibu akan memilih untuk memberikan  yang terbaik untuk bayinya dengan memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya. Ada beberapa ibu kurang mengetahui pentingnya ASI Eksklusif.Tujuan : Meneliti hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap motivasi pemberian ASI.Metode Penelitian:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi. Rancangan penelitian Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan Accidental Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 32responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic kendall tau.Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang ASI eksklusifsebanyak 65,6% mempunyai pengetahuan yang sedang, 28,1% mempunyai pengetahuan yang tinggi, dan sebanyak 6,3% mempunyai pengetahuan yang rendah.Sedangkan hasil motivasi pemberian ASI sebanyak 40,6%) mempunyai motivasi tinggi, sebanyak 28.1% mempunyai motivasi tinggi, sebanyak 31,3% dengan motivasi rendah. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai r = 0,306 dengan p = 0,026 pada signifikan5%.Kesimpulan : Ada  hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang ASI eksklusif dengan motivasi Pemberian ASI. Kata kunci:  ASI Eksklusif, Motivasi, Pengetahuan

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women can cause labor complications, risk of shock during delivery, easy disease during pregnancy, miscarriage, premature birth, babies born with LBW, congenital abnormalities / fetal defects, and result in the maturity of fetal organ function imbalance. The frequency of pregnant women with anemia in Indonesia is relatively high, namely 63.5%. According to Riskesdas (2013) the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 36.4% in rural areas and 37.8% in urban areas. Data on the incidence of anemia in pregnancy in Central Java Province is 90.75%. The research objective was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 76 pregnant women who visited BPM Sri Widayatni for ANC from May to June. The research sample was 76 pregnant women. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Univariate, bivariate data analysis with chi square and multivariate logistic regression with multiple prediction models. The results showed that most of the respondents had advanced education (65.79%), most of the respondents had good knowledge (59.21%), most of the respondents with nutritional status were not KEK (60.53%) and most respondents had low economic status (60 , 53%). The incidence of anemia in pregnant women was 38 (50%). Independent variables that have a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women are maternal education (p value = 0.030), maternal knowledge (p value = 0.005) and economy (p value = 0.0001). The variable of maternal nutritional status (p value = 0.100) did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at BPM Sri Widayatni. The variable that has the most dominant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at BPM Sri Widayatni is economy with a value of OR = 6.554.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety was a condition of emotions and subjective experiences of individuals towards objects that were not clear and specific due to the anticipation of danger which allows individuals to take action to face threats. Anxiety in pregnant women was very risky because it could cause death to both the mother and the fetus. The distraction technique was expected to reduce the anxiety level of pregnant women.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to reduce the level of anxiety in pregnant women who are facing childbirth.Methods: This research used a qualitative study with a case study research approach. The number of respondents was 3 pregnant women with 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The sampling technique used a cluster random sampling technique. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and measuring the level of anxiety before and after giving distraction techniques. The instrument used in this study was the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire.Results: The results of the study showed that the level of anxiety of the informants before the treatment was informant 1 with a score of 21, informant 2 with a score of 21, informant 3 with a score of 25. The level of anxiety of the informants after the treatment was informant 1 with a score of 13, informant 2 with a score of 12, informant 3 with a score of 13.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that the anxiety level of the three respondents is resolved by the distraction technique, there is a decrease in the level of anxiety after giving the distraction technique.

Abstract

Background: Anemia in pregnant women often occured because fetal oxygen need in the womb increased so that the hemoglobin level needed to bind blood in pregnant women must increase. Giving Fe tablets was one of the government programs to prevent anemia. Goals: Knowing the effect of consumption of Fe tablets on the level of anemia in pregnant women. Methods: This study used with a case study research approach. Population: The population used in this study were all third trimester pregnant women in Purworejo Village, Wonogiri who were willing to become research informants with a total of 3 informants. The instruments: Observation sheets, Fe tablets, notebooks/stationery. The tools used in this study were the Easy Touch GCHb Tool, Alcohol swab, Hb meter stick, lancet needle, measuring tape, body scale. Test data analysis: interviews and observations. Results: The results of this study showed that 2 of 3 informants experienced an increase in hemoglobin levels in their blood, and 1 of 3 informants experienced mild anemia after being given the action of giving Fe tablets. 1 of 3 informants experienced a decrease in hemoglobin levels in their blood but they were still within normal limits. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the administration of Fe tablets can affect the third trimester pregnant women in preventing anemia. The administration of Fe tablets with tea and non-adherence to taking Fe tablets on the incidence of anemia need to be investigated further.
